Hello everyone. Boo. Uh, very nice to be here today and it's a great honor because this is the second time I've been speaking at our uh, great token 2049. Uh, I'm less nervous than last time and also uh, I can see there's almost nobody sitting down there. I guess everyone left for lunch.

Well, you can see that on this screen. uh the J is really a very simple letter and J works like punctuation and sometimes it's even a comma and a pose and sometime is a bridge and always change between the two different states and this re uh really reminds me that trust works the same way. Um as our DMC just mentioned I came not from a tech background. I came from luxury background and I also worked in the world bank uh group and uh often that you can see that the trust is really built from the small cues repeatable cues consistent uh packaging and al clear tone and consistently aligned global standards that when you are facing each touch points of your users and my years in luxury really showed me how trust can take shape in the rhythm of small details.

And for me and for drew.com the crypto really works the same way because um the J in our identity signals transformation and sometimes uh things that doesn't seems possible it could be possible and this the letter J our logo uh I am possible so this is really our focus however I think um we are not just going to be another exchange because there are so many of them and um we are all facing this hard truth uh that is 65% of user losses after the they tries the decentralized apps uh after their first attempt.
