I'm Tero xan from uh utility net Asian tech tech team uh due to weather reasons you know um our Europe team cannot reach here uh today because uh it's floated but I'm going to on behalf of my team to show everyone a totally brand new one blockchain that was called um utility naet so let's begin as we could see that um utility net uh decentralized digital chipset Network right um what is a decentralized chipset Network the chipset we all know um currently the software I I have to say the software currently uh we are software developers and we build software based on the system apis right the SD case and the SD case based on um the drivers the drivers based on the um chips app this is a ecology for software so we call it it's a um HDs Hardware defined software but now we utility net team raised up new idea that is software definer hardware and um uh what you see from the picture that uh the hardware platform instance to decide the hard uh hardware apis for the drivers then to the OS to the middleware then to the application Level that's our apps right and um by the way we defined a lot of apis for the drivers and through the drivers we Define how the cheap set should be designed that's that's uh weird but that's crazy so um imagine that if you wanted to build a uh whole new blockchain you have to desire a chip set for it it's some some kind of a crazy thing but uh we believe that the token the value of a protocol is a very very huge so uh many uh chipset manufacturers may take may may take their may change their design for the chip set to meet the requirement so um soim stress out what is utility net and why we choose utility net and how util utility net serves the work um let's see the flyware for the utility app we all know there there was two um two role one is users who want to use the chips app and one is the providers who provide chips out the chips out in this ecosystem should be designed to meet the requirements so not the Nvidia not the Intel not the Apple not the Qualcomm but some with eyesight manufacturers like bitman yeah and I have a i to show guys you guys a chips set in my hand that is a utility net chipset meet the requirement it was made by sofom it's a TPU chipset used for AI model influence uh not for training you know TPU was uh raised by Google on 2017 and um bitman was the second company to uh product the TPU and it's used for AI inference uh for example uh the modern you know models like uh open source models like uh uh stabil diffusion x large and um llama from Facebook can be infered from this TB chipset and why we call this chipset a blockchain defied chipset because inside of IC there is a small module that can be used for cryptographic graic and the mathematics to to prove the chip set is real it's not a uh it's not a sgx from Intel or te uh some trust Zone from arm it's a hardware um and um the goal is to provide cheap resource for Next Generation H Computing and um uh artificial intelligence Network right um a lot of chips set in the world but not all of them will be interesting with us because uh as we know we are if we are miners we my Bitcoin right when bitcoin price are $1 doll one1 US dollar who will make cheap sell for it but currently right 10,000 or 100,000 Bitcoin everyone want to make a chipset to join it the chipset is expensive to make chipset is expensive but the protocol the Val the token value will be much huge than um the expansive the expansion um and we want to do is to incentive providers to provide chips to the world to make a resource pool to um lease the computational power the chipset resources to everyone who want to reach it um just like I donet you guys may heard of it but uh we are a totally decentralized way or we are permissionless and um uh there are two basis one is portion consistency security um what is portion consisten security we don't know the chips at making we making chips at we have to use some techniques like Photo lithography what is that um it is using euv through using euv through the um you know a mask to project projection on a um photo resist waiver so it's aing layer by layer it's is three 3D structure let's see this a picture uh revealed what why the chip said inside them is a 3D structure it means that we can't even alter ring one transistor if the tuip cell has been made we can't alterate any transistor it's um it provides the safety right the portion it means that the portion of the chip set have the same cons security with the whole chips set if we try and prove that the port part of the chipset is real then the whole chipset is real so uh it's our idea uh to prove the chips out why we need to prove CH chips out because we have to uh earn the token right we we have to be miners we have to be providers we have to prove our computational power for example 10t or uh 20t or somehow but how do we make it we can't use P because like Bitcoin Bitcoin is Success succeed right but if everyone use p as uh the the proof of work as uh the CH the the workload to the cheap set there is no spare computational power for the chips set because all the comput power can be will be used to prove the chipset has ability to win block so we have to spare them this is a uh huge goal for for us and uh if we uh prove a part of a chip set then we prove the whole chip set and we use computational conduction properties to prove that the chips have some ability to run tasks uh for example uh we use um wellknown benchmarks with third party where are organization Dow to uh give every Chief set that meets a requirement a benchmark and um how how can we combine the two bases that's PCI consensus uh the time is is not enough let's let's go through quickly um this is a short shorten of uh you know the uh algorithms but uh there's not enough time but we can what we see is that the part of a chip set has some cryptographic um accelerator it builds with transistors so we give us we give every manufacturer of chipset a protocol a design they added to for example Intel added to CPU it's a part it's a unit module everyone could do that um to combine the um random number from on Chan like d something to prove the chipset is real and only the chipset can prove the on CH chipset every chipset has an own CH address and this make the some some Define new kind of Define real work assets it's decentralized and uh almost all the tokens are descent are given to the miners to the providers so it's totally decentralized and why why we use it imagine that um for example if we were chipset providers we have two incomes one from the mining um one from the rent the chips renting yeah renting the chips at but why everyone wanted to use the chips set only to the net because it's cheap much more cheap we mind the token that's the main income for for the miners so um we can rent it at a very low price and uh the uniqu is decentralized attribute um and um it's LED chips set incentives and usage and it's globally accessible through the peer-to-peer Network um and um uh demand Supply logic um we can go through it quickly we use a container Cloud it means that every minor has a container Cloud it's a open source code everyone could start it with the one click button to start a cloud like Amazon like Google Cloud it's open source or project and how utility net serves the war um through the PCI every providers will be uh rewarded with uh UNCC tokens and um we open sourced um editable container Cloud to everyone who has ability to change the code or to Red deploy and um core Galaxy what's it it's a new new platform we call it D platform it's a web two platform but in web three way because every M minor can be listed but um the comment right we you are uh experience for the chipset should be centralized because we we recommend to our uh friends or with comment uh whether the chipset is not is good or bad or uh the container maybe lag lagging the network so it's a deep platform uh web examply VM uh we of offer the virtual machine to uh build more D apps through it and uh BDC chips what's BDC blockchain defi chip at that's our protocol everyone can find it on our official website and it's open source every chipset makers producers can uh download it and add the module to uh the chipset design and uh a lot of uh like uh container Cloud AI tools uh block Explorer blockchain Explorer utility SD case to build the apps and uh call Galaxy to make uh a you know a like Amazon just like a a Amazon a placees to buy and sell our uh resources and utility wallet and wallet extension for Explorer um so uh that's and this is um uh utility net uh container Cloud this means that this is a user interface uh for normal users we spend token to rent a container in container container Cloud that's drived by uh kubernetes so everyone can have easily um you know not no kyc into AI using for example to run code to run stabil diffusion x large to generate the picture through the utility net resources
