hey everyone um so what is CBE uh CBE is a hybrid crypto exchange uh we started roughly a year ago uh and what's exciting about it is uh we decided to split uh how custody and settlement Works uh for the exchange we build our own the centralized NPC layer with its own up chain um so think of it like as starting with fire blocks and then building exchange on top of it that settles directly to bitcoin ethereum Solana um uh and different uh networks um and the recent thing that we started building is actually runes uh so I was what I was planning to show uh is that we fully integrated runes right now before they are going live on testet um so what you are seeing here is actual order book with runes uh that are trading on testet bitcoin uh and settle with OP codes in runes so what I can do here is go to for example ordinals decom that's the Explorer for runes um and you can see that um you can take the tokens that are launched on bitcoin Network um trade them on the exchange and settle them individually to your wallet uh through the MPC layer um so to my knowledge like the this will be the first Central limit order book that settles into the central iway to bitcoin Network when uh runes are going live on uh like in two days on the Hing um and the the way we achieve that is uh through the set of validators uh that um take the transactions for the user sign them uh and then actually roll them up into the uh actual Bitcoin Network um and when you are user here uh each sub account that you have uh is independent address um that uh that you can actually see on the meole Explorer so um when you go to mle Explorer from your user account um it's very different from uh normal centralized exchange uh when you have a centralized exchange you end up rolling up all the assets usually to the Omnibus accounts uh and on the other side of the things you have like really like a postgress database that manages your balances and you need to trust the exchange in here you actually don't need to do that um you can go to any explorer that we support like so let's say on bitcoin it's mle dospace and see your balances over time in each of your sub accounts which is very unique right uh so what you end up with is um dedicated ownership and transparency of each of the blockchains but you have the speed of the centralized exchange so when we are trading on the uh Central limit order book uh we actually built everything from scratch um in Rust uh it runs on the bare metal machines uh and you end up uh with roughly 200 micros round trips uh when you are trading which is very comparable to CME and NY um but at the same time you see everything on chain um the other thing that you can start doing here is actually using it as a super fast Bridge across different Networks uh but settling native assets um so when you trade the Bitcoin runes usdc pair what really happens behind the scene um one part of the trade will settle on uh Bitcoin Network the runes one and the usdc will settle either on ethereum or Solana um so you can end up moving really quickly between the two and they set up in like settle independently um which is pretty unique um for spot exchanges right I think that's pretty much it all right thank you everyone
