Hi everyone, I'm Hilo from Miner Wallet. Japan has issued more than 100 million smart ID card minor card and each card has a secure element and inside it there is a secret key pairs. Today that key is used only for identity verification nothing more. So we turn this ID card into a smart account by reveling account of selection and ZKPS. So this is minor wallet, the smart wallet that works with the government issued ID.

We make self custody super simple, easy recovery and no key management. The point is that every minor wallet is KYC verified by default because the card carries a government issued identity identity certificate. This create a super rare opportunity, a path for entire country to access onchain value. We are now working with government stakeholders including the prime minister's office and major cities such as Tokyo, Osaka and Fukuoka to explore public sector use cases such as stable coin based benefits and local digital currencies on base. Japan is looking for a trusted web free foundation that can reach every citizen and the minor wallet becoming that foundation.
