Premiation Hackathon NapulETH 2025

Okay. So in this uh last talk of the first day we are going to announce the AATON winner and there will be a little bit greetings for all our sponsor and we will explain actually what we have done. So in a nutshell um we have done the first aathon of web three in the southern of Italy. Um was our first experience of such a type. So you might be seeing a little bit of cows, you might seen a little bit of this organization, but we have done our best actually to provide the best quality in the less time.

So first of all, I I really would like to thank all the hackers that from all over the world they came here in Naples and you know like for me that I needed to leave Naples to start out to code because I I actually live in Amsterdam. This was really emotional because it's the first time that people are coming here in our city. Also, we have a lot of talents from our university from Federico Seondo and I'm really happy that finally web 3 is embracing those type of initiative. So, uh as you might seen on Takai, we had the different thematics, different tracks and Rafael is going to go little bit dive into that. Uh I just would like to say a few words for our amazing sponsor.

There is Glenn uh director of partnership of BGA. Uh blockchain for good aliens as you might see in the sustainability track was one of our many more most important tracks. So thanks a lot BGA for all of these. You know like a lot of people thinks that blockchain and web 3 is just about speculation and finance but that's you know the sustainability topics are really important in uh in our age. We need really to care about that.

So this is just the first time that we're going to focus on sustainability. We will do more uh those type of initiative over time. Then we had also other amazing sponsor. We had avalanche as a main network sponsor. We had Takai as a platform sponsor.

Then we have of course the university partnop that is also the host and the owner of this amazing villa. We have MGS that is our company. We code permissionless solution on chain and then we have different other sponsor from Cybercope that is an audit partner BL lead development kit on AVM chains. the amazing guys of Urbette that actually run an accountus one week before of the event and also this was really a special initiative because those type of initiative are not really happening in southern of Italy. So in a nutshell uh we had this campus that was basically a lessons a training that was uh educating engineers to to to learn how to code in blockchain.

We know that blockchain languages as solitary ras maybe often are not teached in schools right so that was really um a good initiative and thanks Raf and thanks the guys of urb to organize everything uh as a last but not least we had chain link and quill audits and base as as partners and sponsor of this event so let's do a last plow for all our sponsor Then I will leave the words to Raph that will go a little bit more in details about the AATON and we are ready we will be ready to announce our winner. Thank you guys. Okay guys, congratulation to have survived this experience and uh yeah it was an emotion also for me because we didn't know what to expect. It was our very first hackathon. So everything was experimental.

We we tried to to put um many seeds and check what came out and we are really really proud that at the end 11 projects have been submitted. So congratulations to you. Congratulations to the teams. It was also very emotional for me because I've seen myself like many years ago like I didn't know I didn't have any experience in in web three and I've seen some of you that they yeah you had a little experience but in those two days they were very intensive you had like a kind of a transformation that usually happens in weeks if not months. So yeah, congratulations also for that and for uh deploying your projects anyway without any fear without any fear of being judged or uh being wrong in doing something.

So I am so proud of you all of you and yeah that has been possible also thanks to our great sponsors that were very supportive and very also motivating with you because many of them they were also mentors and they were helping you during the whole process. And a big big thank you to Roberta. Roberta was also an agreer. She's still an agreer. She's a serial winning agreer.

She wins a lot of Agathon. Come on guys. And it was uh her first experience on the other side. So she has been our um in Italian is far. So our guide, our light, right?

And your light during the whole process. So a big applause to Roberto. Thanks to our great Thanks to our amazing Acaton coordinator. And now I believe that um that's the moment that all of you were waiting the moment of the announcement of the winners of the bounties and the trucks we had. So we we let you be creative.

So we we had a like a big general track. So you could use AI agents, you could use whatever you want and basically even some very um edge technology like quantum signature but yeah that's very specific. So we let you do whatever your creativity was um inspiring you to do with a little hint about being sustainable being uh having a social impact like we are having with this. believe that we are having a social impact with you guys uh doing those projects. So we believed in that BGA believed in that and we let you do your work.

So um first of all I wanted to ask if our sponsor they have some few words before announcing the winners and then we can proceed.

Uh yeah well thank you for being here. Uh I represent Mood Global Services. We are a software development company with a focus on crypto. Uh we also act as an accelerator and in that respect I've been looking at projects who have yeah basically the highest product market fit. Um yeah that's it for me.

Thank you.

All right. Can you hear me? Okay. So, yeah, my name is Glenn from the Blockchain for Good Alliance. So, just a quick, you know, recap.

We were founded by BBIT as the nonprofit arm. So, essentially, we're always on the lookout to support the best players in blockchain, especially using blockchain technology for social and public impact. So, most of the time, we actually sponsor hackathons remotely. So, we also virtual one from halfway across the world. So, nothing beats really being in person.

And I'm very thankful to the entire BGA as well as by bit for supporting our ventures and our initiatives allowing really me to be here to really meet the hackers on the ground and being a part of napolith this year was amazing. So it sponsored the one last year but really getting to see it this year. Januka props to you amazing stuff as always. So very happy to be here and the projects were very interesting as well to be very honest. So didn't expect some of the creativities that were actually presented in some of the submissions and very happy to really know that blockchain as a you know technology really can go a long way in pushing social impact forward as evidenced by a lot of the submissions that we saw today.

So once again all the very good and well done to all the hackers and let's hope that the winners get very well rewarded. That's all. Okay. So, I'm going to move there to announce our big winners. So, please a big round of applause to our upcoming winners.

[Applause]

So, Okay, at first I really want to thank you again for being here. It was amazing. I really really appreciated the bravery with uh you um appreci like um approached the acton with. So really

big approach for Robera. She's a bit tense right now because we had a very stressful judging session. It's amazing that a lot of newbies was uh like challenged themselves into this. And uh I'm going to start to announce winners. So uh the first winner we'll announce is from B.

We have two trucks uh for this bounty. We have a beginner track and uh and an advanced truck. The beginner track was just uh uh we needed the beginner hackers just to build their first uh the app using scaffolded and some teams did a really really great job.
