Hey everyone, my name is Spencer. I'm the co-founder and CEO of ROVA. And um I'm sure a lot of you guys have seen this on the timeline. Will AI replace human labor or not? Take a few seconds to think about it.
At ROVA, we believe that AI is going to replace simple, repetitive tasks. However, it's actually going to make skilled labor even more valuable than today, especially those who've mastered AI tools. And we're starting to see this play out with the AI video uh segment already, where just because you have internet and YouTube doesn't make you Mr. or beast. If it did, we wouldn't be here.
Um, the same logic applies to AI videos. Only those who can tell really compelling stories and manipulate camera angles to tell emotions will be able to really capture people's attention. And there are two downstream effects of this like uh reordering of the labor market. First is there's democratized access. Anyone from Nigeria, India or any country can now produce same quality videos as someone from Hollywood.
And the second order effect is that uh talented labor are only going to become more and more in demand and as a result they need more incentives. This is where ROA comes in. So we're starting first by really dominating the AI video niche and creating marketplace for this. If you scan the QR code you'll see the video we made for base badges. Some of you guys might have seen our little base monkey.
Um and then once we dominate the niche we'll expand to other services like graphic creation, script writing, etc. and other creative services. And then lastly, we will launch an ICM launchpad to allow companies to launch tokens and incentive align incentives between themselves and the freelancers and workers. At ROVA, we really believe that the future of work is going to be super uh disrupted by AI, crypto, and these new tools and technologies. And we have the ability to kill Upwork and Fiverr and these freelance marketplaces by building a new one on chain.
