elephants [Music] yeah yeah [Laughter] [Applause] so something sort of magical happened to me in that uh obviously for the past 48 Hours everyone in cryptocurrency has been celebrating um the xrp decision but I really think that there's something incredible going on people always say that lavonier De La France cryptocurrency is the future of France and I really believed it because France was the only place that celebrated the xrp decision with fireworks everywhere no it's um it's been an amazing time to be here in um France I really enjoyed the city enjoyed everything how many of you are all awake watching the fireworks last night yeah I could tell I can tell you're a little bleary-eyed aren't you so thank you as the saying goes we're so early and indeed this morning we are so early so appreciate everyone who made it up uh for what's going to be a groundbreaking Summit um anyone who's followed traditional media knows that the stablecoin industry is likely a multi-trillion dollar industry in the making and yet the only coverage we get on like National media is a Ticker on the bottom of the screen that says the price of Bitcoin cash and Litecoin so everyone here that we've convened for this inaugural stable Summit is uh absolute Giga brain that is going to be redefining the actual future of Finance so we're very grateful to have um curve Finance has been uh convening this event and Gathering a bunch of absolute Giga brains we're going to be hearing from them all throughout this weekend and getting really into the nitty-gritty there's no real conference like this that goes into the technical and mathematical design of stable coins there's no real conference that discusses all the emerging D5 Primitives that are going to be shaping the future of the economy and there there's absolutely um just no one that is going to be able to provide such a nuanced discussion of the regulatory debates that are happening throughout all the capitals of the world across the entire planet because they know that this is the future and we're here making it so it's a very exciting time so a big shout out before we get started to of course all the sponsors and the media for me one of the biggest project in defy and of course the founder of the particle which is here today and it will be I'm sure very happy to talk to some of you guys and discuss about technicality of the particle and what he actually see in the future of finance and now today with the stablecoin um so yeah so we have built over the weekend I mean we have put in place a bench of different panels we are trying to get all the biggest actors in a space of stablecoin uh over the weekend I think we have pretty much everyone except maybe uh Teeter that we're still working on but we have uh defy fully uh Fiat back uh uh stable coin we have uh algorithmic a stable coin and then CDP stablecoin type of style type of implementations so everyone is here like liquidy facts she Dao Circle conveys and all the different actors so it's a great opportunity I think for the first time to have a summit that only focus on stablecoin stablecoin today are the type of asset that is driving innovation in a blockchain space because without Bitcoin we cannot build anything so I think it's a great opportunity for us to always think about what we are building those different Protocols are they robust enough in order to tackle some of the different problems that we are trying to solve um of course as it was mentioned uh before so the the year ambassador of the stable coin Summit is of course a curve curve
