Stratos, co-founder of Open Bands, and we are building communities of real humans. And I want to start with a personal experience. I often found myself staying silent on political, economical, social, or migration discussions within my countries. And I'm pretty sure many of you in the audience have experienced the same. So why is it?
Why do we stay silent? It's not because we don't have an opinion or because we don't care. It's because our identity has become a liability. We don't want to risk being labeled, judged, misunderstood, or in some countries even prosecuted for speaking the wrong opinion. So we are looking to solve this issue with open bands.
Humans first prove attributes about themselves such as their nationality, their age, their company affiliation, and then join authentic communities where they can discuss those topics with their peers and without disclosing their identity. So our mission is to bring privacy back to a billion social forum users and we want to provide two community types. Free communities accessible for everyone and subscriptionbased communities for content creator. We received the first place in Estex hackathon among 500 participants. We were accepted into self-protocol residency where we explored identity systems and our early test users include privacy advocates from Ethereum Foundation, PSE and AdSt.
We are a team of two. I used to manage Germany's leading social creator. So I am very aware of the problems social creator platforms have today. And my co-founder is a technical backbone who is also a 10 times sackathon winner and a strong technical engineer. We are in a preede stage right now.
And if you believe in what we believing and if you see the vision that we are seeing then I encourage you to join us and contribute towards a future where the human rights of privacy is deeply woven into the fabric of our society. Thank you very much.
