NapulETH 2025

Transcript

Your patience and I am very happy to announce and launch this startup competition. Before we begin, I would like to read you a short piece of writing that, let's say, symbolizes precisely why we are here today in Naples, in one of the most beautiful villas in the Mediterranean. First of all, what is Napolit and why are we here? Napolite is living proof that Naples, this chaotic, lively, and multifaceted city, can truly become a global app for digital experimentation. Napulet was born from a very specific mission: to bring Southern Italy to the center of the international debate on artificial intelligence, blockchain, decentralization, and ethical innovation.

We truly want to contribute and build an ecosystem where young talents, developers, researchers, investors, and visionaries can imagine and prototype a better, shared, and sustainable future. So why did we decide to create a startup challenge? In a world where a new app is born every day , but in the end, as we all know, very few ideas manage to make it to market. The startup challenge is truly perhaps one of the most radical parts of Naples. We want to reward the potential to generate jobs, value, a future and, as mentioned before, the ability to try to look beyond and find new solutions.

Before kicking off the competition, I'd like to give a shout-out to those who believed in this project first and foremost. Three figures who believe, each in their own way, that the Southern Campania region can truly become a leader in the economic and technological transition both in Italy and Europe. So to begin, I'd like to welcome the Honorable Valeria Fascioni, Councilor for Research, Startups, and Innovation for the Campania Region. A thousand thanks. A round of applause.

Thank you. Thank you. Good evening everyone, and I too welcome this second edition of Napulet because I was also present at the first, so I'm very happy that after a first there is an after and then a future. This word was used several times in the presentation of why Napulet is in Naples, and I think it's really something I do n't know how to define, a format—I don't know, that's limiting—a fantastic idea that brings together minds from all over the world here in Naples and so many people who are professionals, enthusiasts, the curious, innovators, visionaries, call them what you will, but it's a fantastic community, and it's wonderful to see them and all of you here. A special thanks obviously to whoever had the idea of bringing Napolet here to Naples, first of all to Paola Paola Charamella m even when she told us the idea for the first times, no, of of of We'll try, we'll try.

It's nice to see that things are then done also with the support of many others and so I also thank Fari Impresa and greet Fernando del Rosso, Maddalena, in short it's clear that organizing these events requires a lot of energy and it's obviously also wonderful to be here in this special location and so I also greet the pro-rector Calza with the Parteno University and we have so many activities and collaborations too. We often choose this location because it's nice to bring innovation to places that are also a little inspiring and so I think in short this combination of having young innovation, a place of inspiration and also so many ambitions makes this event. In short, a truly special event right now , because as you know it's a three-day event and we have a startup competition. This too, let's say, is a game that we really like. It's nice to see startups showing up, obviously trying to grow, looking for space, visibility, and there's a great jury.

Um, it's also nice to see how innovation is transforming, and especially in this truly cutting-edge sector, it's difficult to follow all the evolutions. Not a day goes by without a new innovation emerging, and even when you think you've figured something out, after a while you realize there's still so much to study and so much to see. So I'm sure that, in short, these pitches will give us a cross-section, a flavor of where innovation has arrived in the sector, precisely, of artificial intelligence, of Web 3, in short, all the most cutting-edge technologies that are presented here at Anna Pouet. So we will really listen to you very carefully and thank you for offering us a learning upgrade too . And as always, it's a competition, but ultimately the important thing is to network, and a lot of networking is being created here, and I believe that for each of us, these three days—because, I repeat, there are so many events, Paola reminded me of them, all international— so there's a way to expand the community, expand collaborations, expand contacts, and Campania remains a region that we define as inclusive, open open innovation.

Of course, it truly makes innovation, startups, a tool for industrial policy, and I want to emphasize this. For us, startups empower local communities, enable large businesses, enable public administration, and are truly invaluable assets that we strive to protect, enhance, and truly grow every day of our business. Good luck to all the startups out there, and we'll see you soon . Many thanks to the Honorable Fascione and, I assure you, I would really like to give a voice to Francesco Calza, Deputy Pro-Rector of the Partenopean University of Naples. A thousand thanks.

Just a few words to welcome you, to let you know that the University of Naples is delighted to host this event for the second time. This event has always proven fruitful, even on a site like this, which is several years old. It also seems to me to be a fitting metaphor: that is, the fact that such an ancient space can host occasions that are not new but even more so, because perhaps it is precisely in this ancient substratum that innovation finds its foundation. Let's do our part. We thank the Region and the councilor who believed so strongly in this, and we can see the fruits of it because if it hadn't been for an early investment, even that wouldn't have been an opportunity.

Today, Campania is effectively a platform to which many players turn, not just universities, not just so-called freelance innovators, but systematic innovators. We increasingly hope that even, so to speak, systematic financiers will approach these opportunities to give our startups space to organize their future. Thanks for everything and good work. A thousand thanks. And finally, I'd like to give the floor to Fernando del Rosso, CEO of Fareimpresa, a MIMIT-certified incubator with over 25 years of experience supporting the growth of startups and companies across the country.

A round of applause. Thank you all. Good morning. And Startup Challenge represents the culminating phase of this Neapolitan format, which is effectively a visionary format. We saw so much energy, so many young people who want to find solutions to problems that now exist in new markets in the world, so inevitably what technology is today is not only instrumental, but accompanies the creation of new needs.

Therefore, doing business as a certified incubator welcomed with great interest and enthusiasm participating in Napulet because we are certainly an incubator that was born at university, born at university among the university desks but after we entered the market. Many years ago we each started our professional careers at Big F, then we returned to university to obtain PhDs. Today I thank the University of Parteno because we are, among other things, funders of a PhD, so we give back to the system and after having learned from the system and precisely according to the logic of startups which are adaptive business models , we continually readapt ourselves precisely because we always have to question ourselves. All those who are professionals in this system are questioning themselves like startups. Startups are laboratories that are constantly adapting because we operate in turbulent markets.

Naples today certainly represents the sea, it certainly represents a very attractive hub, not only for being by the sea, but certainly also for constantly challenging oneself. The challenge, the challenge helps you exercise. We are also pleased to see H join us today , a rapidly growing club deal. I would therefore like to thank all the participants, all the sponsors of Napole, and I now leave it to the work and mentorships to define the results of this challenge. Thank you.

[Applause] Thank you so much, and we are ready to start the Stardupam Competition. I will briefly explain how it works and the rules are very simple. Each startup will be entitled to a 5-minute pitch and a 2-minute Q&A. Our jury is made up of investors, managers, and innovation experts and will evaluate these startups based on their innovation, scalability, team strength, crowdsourcing strategy, and use of Web 3 technologies, artificial intelligence, and so on. And as for the judges, you've been sent an email where you'll find all the startups and there will also be a Google Form where you can vote directly there.

If you have any questions I'm here, so you can ask me. That said , a round of applause to start encouraging our startupers and I would like to start by announcing the first startup. The first startup brings us into art, but it also does so with sound, touch, and storytelling. It is an accessible, sensitive, yet highly innovative project. On stage Parts Accessible Art.

We are. Good morning everyone. I'm Carolina and I 'm here today to talk to you about art and blindness. This is a work that I think we all know, Botticelli's The Birth of Venus, and it is an extraordinary work that we are fortunate enough to be able to admire in all its details, but we must consider all those people in the world who unfortunately see it that way. Blindness is in fact a condition that affects millions and millions of people every year, with numbers continually growing.

Consider that one in seven people suffers from some type of visual impairment. Another key fact to take into consideration is the enormous amount of cultural heritage this country offers us, yet more than 50% of it does not have accessible tools on a sensorial and visual level. In fact, Brail methods, traditional methods, are very rare, because they are very expensive and, above all, not always efficient. This is where we started our research process. eh thanks to which we have identified a bias that is much more widespread than we think.

In fact, there is a misconception that people with visual impairments develop sensations such as hypersensitivity and hyperhearing, when in reality what they develop most is their sense of proprioception, that is, the perception of their own body in space, which helps them form a very precise mental model of space and their surroundings. And it is precisely on this very section that we founded our project, namely Pars, which is an application that makes works of art independently explorable, in an immersive and complete way, through a method of dividing the work into parties, which is why it is called parts. In fact, after scanning an NFC tag, the user will be able to view this painting on the screen, separated into parts, and will be able to explore it simply with a finger, thanks to haptic feedback that will help them move through the space, and each part will have at its disposal a specific audio guide for what is inside the painting. The user will then also have the possibility, if necessary, to explore in more detail all the individual components of the framework and therefore the idea we currently have of the UI is this here. But an idea remains an idea until it is shared, and to be shared it must work.

To be functional, it must be tested, and that's what we did in many extremely reliable testing rounds because we conducted them directly in museums like Musap, which is the first real museum with a huge heritage to have believed in us. We also participated in a wonderful festival with it. Then, after validating the idea thanks to all these tests and also increasing the value of the product itself, we participated in business competitions with excellent results and we also held events around Naples and the surrounding area. After that, we started working with Musap, establishing a collaboration that will begin very soon, and we also made ourselves known to museums that are slightly more well-known than Musap, such as the Capodimonte Museum, which asked for our help in accessing PNRR funds. Now, to do all this, we need a strategy, so we've obviously structured subscription plans for the app.

The first is a monthly subscription, which will be based on a monthly fee. This is ideal for all those museums that have a more constant flow of visitors and is also divided into three packages to, let's say, adapt to more needs. And then there is the pay-per-use, so there is only an initial FI which will then be followed by an FI for each visitor and the cost is reduced based on how many visitors then come to the museum. Now with this we have made some forecasts with which within one to three years we hope to expand to 150 museums, obviously to reduce losses and to do all this we need a plan. This is our roadmap that we have built by constantly communicating with all the museums with which we have collaborated and are continuing to collaborate, we are continuing to do things.

And I'm paying a little attention to the analytics dashboard because many of the museums we spoke to told us they needed a dashboard to collect the data provided by users, which we realized our app could do very well, having data from both normal users and users with disabilities. Uh , oops! No, you didn't see anything. This is our team, a very heterogeneous team, made up of people with skills ranging from digital programming, humanistic, economic, psychological skills and so on. And this is the initial amount that we believe we are asking for to start, excuse me, the project.

Um, we like to close with this quote from Saram Mago who says "I think we are all blind." blind people who can see but don't look because we believe that problems like this are there for all to see, but unfortunately many ignore them, so they don't look at them as we are trying to do. Thank you for your attention, this is the QR code. If you want more information it works. Perfect.

Oh, 2 minutes of Q&A. There are questions by show of hands, please. Hi guys, my name is Raffaele. I wanted to know, um, do you know of similar applications, not in Italy, because perhaps there aren't any, but in an international context, products that do more or less the same thing? So, yes, there are other applications that obviously deal with accessibility more on an international level than a national one, but we can say that they are not our direct competitors because no application at the moment allows for this kind of accessibility, allows you to divide the picture into sections and allows you to, let's say, meet the needs of multiple target audiences.

They are quite standard apps that don't offer a differentiated offering based on actual needs. Very often, especially international museums, offer generic audio guides, so they are not specialized as parts. At the moment, according to our research, we are unique in this. So have you studied them? Yes.

Okay, thanks. Thank you. HI. Compliments. As?

Ah, it's the computer. Go. Can you hear me better? No, I'm getting up. Better.

Okay. HI. Compliments. Um, I have a, I have more than one question. Can I ask more than one question?

Yes, if they're fast. So, the first one is why, I mean, why do you, uh, why this project, I mean, where does it come from? Why do you see the whole team here or is someone missing? Yes, you can quickly explain why. And then the second question is to get to your revenue roadmap, I saw that you're already making revenue in theory or at least you should already be making it this year, right?

Yes. To get to this roadmap here, first of all, for when the launch is planned and how many images your customers are museums. Yes, how many museums do you need today, how many do you need in 2 years, and how do you intend to acquire them? Ok, so the idea was born, I'll answer the first question, the idea was born in the context of the Apple Academy, which is an Academy located here in Naples, where we met, they guided us in a brainstorming process and it emerged that some of the passions we had in common were art, development and from there the idea was born, we developed it, it underwent several changes and reached the current stage. Regarding the launch planned for September, we need to reach 10 museums to start having a more solid sustainability of the product.

I tried to be brief and answer this directly. I don't know how you intend to acquire them, that is, what is your business plan? How do you intend to acquire all these museums? Who is in charge of it? How do you structure yourselves?

Yes. So, at the moment, in the cultural sector in general and even more so for museums, we need to work a lot on word of mouth. Our goal, especially with these first 10 museums, would be to create a network of accessible museums, especially in the historic center of Naples. So, spread the word, let us know by introducing the app to other museums, starting with the collaboration with Museap and the Capodimonte Museum. We would like to create a network of accessible museums.

Eh, it works. Optimal. A huge round of applause to Parzu, and let's move on to presenting our next startup. The next startup is about Yes. Eh, okay.

One minute to vote. We're done voting. Yes, perfect. So, I'm super excited to introduce the next startup that talks about blockchain, sustainability, and the reward economy. Three strong concepts in one platform.

Gianfranco Leone with Virtuosity. Good luck . Good morning everyone. Gianfranco Leone and Davide Galbiati. Tell me when I can leave if I want to change this slide.

Okay . Perfect. Good morning everyone. First of all, thank you for hosting us because, aside from the phenomenal location, Naples remains an incredible city and the problem we are going to work on is the CSRD regulation, so everything that involves the IS I ESPR, CSRD, Digital Product Password part, so all the regulations that will arrive, that are currently hesitating a little, but which will arrive in the future. Our target is obviously companies with over 250 employees, municipalities and local areas.

When I talk about municipalities, Biotosity unites companies, territories and people. We can practically convert the actions generated by humans, by individuals, into CO2 certificates and ensure that these are exchanged with the company in exchange for welfare. So, as far as the corporate side is concerned, it was promoted with the exchange within the exchange with welfare, but it is instead on the side of the municipalities with activities that the municipality can offer, entrance to museums rather than anything on the marketing side that can be used to increase citizen engagement. The product overview is very simple, in the sense that the user, as I was saying, performs a sustainable action, we certify it, the input and the entire algorithm are also certified by an external certifier. Let's generate a certificate.

This certificate, as I was saying, can be exchanged with the company within the exchange in exchange for welfare and or the company, in fact, uses it to integrate it into the sustainability report because basically what's happening now that everyone is talking about sustainability, no one is able to certify this sustainability and our first step is to try to work on the environmental impact. This project was born from a large company that asked us to slow down and reduce the environmental impact of 30,000 people who travel through the Milan area every day. I'm from Milan despite my Apulian origins, and the company was founded in Puglia precisely because my family and I decided to return to the South. Why now? because the regulations require it, they will be increasingly stringent.

Now the obligation is only for companies with more than 250 employees. This threshold will gradually be lowered over the years, so all SMEs, even those with VAT numbers, will be included in the future. This is also because sustainability reporting, while not mandatory, is strongly recommended for all aspects relating to funds, and to remain transparent with stakeholders, shareholders, and Zcato. There 's no point in showing you this slide. I'm obviously talking about huge numbers at a European level.

The business model is 90% based on SAS which will then be expanded to include exchange-based advertising. The technology we use is blockchain to then create all the certificate exchanges that take place within the exchange. Zero Knowledge Proof, which is a technology that not many people know about, but it practically gives us the opportunity to be privacy by design, in the sense that zero knowledge proof allows us to prove things without saying who did them, when they did them, and how they did them. I've said pretty much everything before. The impact is that we touch 13 points of 17 of the SDGs.

This is another very interesting topic. As I was saying, emissions certification , impact reduction, increased citizen and employee engagement, and effective valorization of sustainable data in compliance with regulations. We've already made agreements, we have a couple of companies that will be pilots, two banks and other multinationals, and we'll test the municipalities, thanks to ANCI, the National Association of Italian Municipalities, which has recommended some municipalities to us and we've met the mayors, we'll start with two municipalities in the Milan area. They are two municipalities with approximately 50,000 inhabitants. Obviously the difficult part here is finding municipalities that have some technology, that are slightly ahead of perhaps some villages.

The goal, as I said, is to reach out to these companies, municipalities, and sectors that are impacted by all the regulations regarding digital product passwords. The partnerships we are making are with consulting firms, actually with anyone who can certify the data that we can then convert and exchange. AP integration into management systems, so we are working hard to be a layer 2 under the RPs. Um, collaborations with, for example, can you hear me? which I feel with other apps such as Google Fit, Strava ATM which tells us the route, hence what the user did.

Competition is great competition, but everything on the market today is predominantly educational, meaning no one can certify what is then done within the application. Simply put, if I throw a cigarette in the ashtray, I can't prove that I did it . I say this, but we can give 100,000 examples, we can make this happen. No, I'm done, I'm done. Numbers, well, they are our huge goal.

Thank you. Finished. Perfect. Thank you very much, Gianfranco. Requests.

And hello. Well, how do you, as A2A, manage to differentiate yourself from the others? I said that basically other apps can't certify if you've thrown away the cigarette, right? And how do you do it? Do you have all the partnerships with all the ashtrays?

Thank you. On a technological level, Davide, who is here with me, wrote a thesis on the project, so it was technologically validated by the Polytechnic University of Milan, so he is my heart, in reality he is the beating heart of the technology. How can I prove this? I ca n't tell him. Oh, I ca n't tell him.

if he wants then in a confidential manner, because there are some No, it's not true. Wearable devices, such as Samsung and Apple watches, already provide us with all this data. In fact, we are collaborating with Samsung precisely to go and get even better data and then certify it and ensure that it can be exchanged and modified. The goal is to make what we do and what we certify beyond question. So this is actually what a bank asked us for this project, so exactly in terms of size and ethics and vision.

Yes. to her . So, two questions. The first in line to the previous one. Is there a precedent for credit certifications produced by private individuals?

No, it doesn't exist. The private carbon credit market. Basically we only want B2B. Exact. What is the purpose behind this project is not a token.

The token is generated by human action. If I can go, I go to work, I can show you that I go by bike, instead of by car, I can show you, without telling you when, how, why, I can prove that fact to you. As a result, I can tell the company that that data is true, they include it in the balance sheet, and in exchange they give me welfare. In welfare it can be anything from a meal voucher to whatever it can afford, right? Of course, but if there is a precedent for a proposal for at least a certification proposal with a positive or negative result, as far as I know, no.

Uh, I don't want to do what he's been trying to do everywhere in the world, but there's something similar that was done in China in 2017 on water. Oh, sorry, one detail. Let's start with CO2, we will obviously move on to the work we are already doing on waste tracking and recycling , energy saving and then water, but it will take a lot of IoT, it will take a bit of time. The idea is to build the entire exchange app where these certificates will then be exchanged between companies within these 2 years, be ready for when the regulations arrive, and then launch B2C. In fact, we will start with common B2B B2G, etc.

, we will unite that part, when we have a user base we will go to the market with consumers. Ok. Hey, how much are you investing to achieve this certification goal? Well, so, apart from the investment that started in 2000, January 2014, so we've been working on it for a year and a half, apart from the financial investment and I'm full time and other figures, eh, with a little less effort. Um, so is this a pipeline?

Yes, yes, indeed yes. Okay . And go to market to measure scalability. Within two months we think we'll have an MVP ready because we have the backend and frontend ready as well, but we want to make sure these things work well. We don't want the perfect product, but we want it to work and do something well.

But today you are working on a project Yes, yes, yes. We have now reached agreements with the companies I mentioned earlier to act as case studies, and they will take companies like A2A as an example. In this case, a bank is taking over a department where there are 150 people who will be testing, otherwise it will monopolize. But this microphone really hates me. So, um, marketing, when does marketing start, that is, the business plan, when do you start to invoice €1 and when do you think you'll break even?

Eh 27 is expected to break even, it was in the last slide, I didn't have time to show it to you. Um, departure. Well, I would like to be in line with the first quarter 26, the release directly of the test on the first paying customers. Then then then then it depends on how fast he is, eh, actually. Great, thank you very much.

A round of applause Gianfr, thank you all. Optimal. And with the next startup we talk about music, music rights, AI credits and web 3 and so I have the pleasure of introducing Spiral. You're welcome, good luck . Thanks for the introduction.

Hi everyone. Can I have the slides? Sorry, I'd like to start by apologizing to the people in the room who don't speak Italian. I prepared the presentation in English, I want to apologize for the people don't speak English in the room. So I'm gonna do it in Italian.

Buuse I see everyone is doing in Italian. I am Emiliano. I'd like to start with an introduction about myself, since I have very little time available. I work in Amsterdam as a manager for a record label and for a few months now I've been working on Spiral, a Web 3 platform for protecting artists' music rights and allowing teams to organize. Just a moment, we're seeing some technical problems.

Do n't worry. Thank you. Yes, yes, yes, here we are. Okay, so the project is called Sparal and um we're an application uh that allows artists and their teams, independent artists primarily, to organize metadata and their rights before preparing for the release. Can I go on?

Thank you. Our mission is to simplify metadata management, and I'll explain why in a moment. The idea started from a problem, the main one, which is that at the moment, globally, there are billions and billions of dollars of money that are not being distributed by collective societies like CI in Italy, meaning the copyright societies that collect the money but don't know who to distribute it to due to a lack of dated halves. Specifically, how does it work at the moment? There are two codes that have been introduced to try to standardize the process.

They are called ISRC ISRWC. Well, these acronyms basically identify the sounding, which is the recorded version of the song and the composition to which the recorded version refers. The problem is essentially that these codes are currently assigned by different entities at different points in the value chain. So the idea comes from here because there is a lot of money that is not distributed distributed and eh let's say that the mission is to allow artists to protect themselves as much as possible to create a sustainable career. Um so what is our solution?

Let's start, as I mentioned, we are a SAS too, so we have an application and we want to start ad source, so we want to start with a collaboration tool that allows artists to manage their catalog, where they can organize their versions and we want to basically aggregate and gamify all the experience management. In particular, we want to do this by using blockchain and AI to help collect metadata and compile metadata following DD standards, which are currently in use and which, unfortunately, due to the very fragmented industry and the fact that it's a very DIY industry, aren't often respected. So our idea, the product is an application that artists can basically download onto their desktop, where they can upload their songs and together with their management, if they have one, they can start collecting metadata in the way that we suggest and which complies with the standards that exist at the moment, which are obviously, um, how do you say, normalized thanks to this DDX and which then allow integration with export with the collecting societies. So the idea is to allow artists to register 100% of their catalog and have 100% control over their catalog and do it much faster with a much higher level of accuracy, a much higher level of accuracy. Um, here are some numbers to give you an idea of the size of the market we 're talking about.

I made this data, I just realized that I didn't put the source, they are from, uh, from Goldman Sax, we're talking about, uh, a lot of money, as you can see. I took the publishing market as a reference, which is where copyright comes in. Our business model is precisely fremium. We envision a free application, therefore a level of accessibility for user boarding and obviously with actions that allow access to additional features. Furthermore, in addition to B2C, we want to be B2B with white labels and API services, but obviously also because the final goal is to increase transparency and accessibility to data.

One thing I forgot to mention, which I'll mention now, is that there are many very fragmented sectors in the industry and there are many stakeholders who don't want to have complete transparency through blockchain. We can, um, not in a utopian way, so we're not trying to have a publicity, but a promise blockchain, so while maintaining a certain level of confidentiality for the data, we obviously want to increase interoperability. There are competitors and what I would like to make clear from here is that we compete both with companies that already work on Web 3, but also with companies that are instead Web 2. Um, however, we see it as a confirmation of the fact that there is a real need and that the industry is mobilizing to solve this problem. Our stage at the moment, our current stage is MVP.

We're pretty much done with the MVP now and we're about to start piloting again. The idea is to try to launch the launch at the end of 2026. 5 minutes. Yes, there are some numbers here. What I'm interested in highlighting is that with 600, looking only at B2C, with around 600 customers we can already reach the break-even point and the team is me and Gianluca who is the CTO with Mig Global Services behind him which allows us to support us on the development side.

Thank you. A thousand thanks. Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you. Microphone works. Perfect.

Requests? Uh, sorry, I'll give you the microphone. Good morning. So, we wanted to understand why the artist should be interested in your application. For two main reasons.

The first is to maximize revenue, obviously if there are many artists there is a general problem which is the lack of awareness, so there is a lack of knowledge about how to protect yourself and how to protect your rights. So that's one of the reasons and the second is to organize your catalog and have control of the data back to the artist and the team. How many artists do you need to break even? 634 was in the previous slide. Ok, these are the number of his artists or management, so clients in general.

And how and how and how do you want to acquire them? We have a Good point, we have as Got Market Strategy we basically want to do an ambassador program, okay? Where we collaborate with artists who are already active in the industry obviously and they help us with marketing basically. And what kind of artists are your artists ? I mean, what kind of artist are we talking about?

Where where where does he practice? There are musical artists, obviously, and they are artists who are, um, of all genres, principal, that is, we started from all genres. We will probably focus on dance music because that's the biggest market. Tr Dance, dance. Okay.

Yes. Or pop. Okay . Okay. A thousand thanks.

Any other questions? Yes. Hello, good afternoon. I know a competitor of yours called Soundrift in Milan. I just wanted to understand how you differ from them.

The main difference is that Soundrif is also a copyright society, which means that if you want to collaborate with Sound RIF you must be a Sound RIF customer. Whereas we are a tool, so we are accessible all over the world essentially, potentially and we integrate through, um, and we want to integrate with more collecting societies, not just one, so we offer more flexibility to artists based on where they are located in the world. Please. Thanks Vill. I give the judges time to vote.

Okay, I think everyone has voted, so we're ready to introduce the next startup. The next startup is called IM and will talk about production maintenance, sustainability, and IoT. Alessandro Francese. A round of applause. Hi everybody, this is Alessandro.

I'm the CFO and co-founder of Vivament. So we are a sustain tech that helps you cut downergy cost and reduce and reduce CO2 emissions. So let's imagine you are managing a plant in an energy intensive space in Italy. So you are probably facing one of the highest cost in Europe for your bills for your energy consumption. On top of that you are facing if you are operating in industries like the cement one even just stopping your operation for a faulty machinery for just a few hours may cost you hundreds of thousands of euros.

On top of that, your team, your maintenance and repair team is probably running from asset to asset just to do preemptive maintenance. So you are not able to understand which asset is failing and when. What we offer is a solution of predictive maintenance that thanks to IoT sensors is able to provide and read the data of those sensors in a proprietary platform. And thanks to the support of specialized and certified technicians with over 100 years of cumulative experience they are able to tell you exactly when and which asset is going to break. That's possible by leveraging AI.

So we are running a POC with Meditech you know it. This is an organization that is helping us creating the algorithm and data set to assess precisely how much more you are spending on your BS. The idea is to deliver actionable insights. So tell indeed to the plant manager when to act on which assets to act by delivering in reliable insights from in the trust expert. The way we do it by providing a nullinclusive subscription that combines the installation part, the access to the platform and the possibility to interact with certified experts on a weekly basis.

Our clients can have a return on investment in less than six months. How is that possible? Well, combining a few aspects on the one side of course the energy saving that I was mentioning earlier on but on top of that also maintenance cost. So if you are able to order the farts on well ahead of time you do not have to go for I don't know an air shipping of your parts of your spar parts and you are going to save emissions and money on that on top of that you also have the possibility to save on production loss and that in particular in some industries that's crucial to make the the company profitable the industry we operate in are white broad rotating machineries can pumps compressors those are applicable in many industries ranging from energy ways to conveyors. So whatever you might think of in the industry or infrastructure space might be an industry we are going to work with and that's actually why we are here today.

So we have already been accepted by one of the acceleration program of CDP just today actually and so we that's how we closed our preliminary round and we are now looking for partners that can help us making the industry a little bit more scalable and sustainable. Our solution is end-to-end. So it means that we can install the sensors, provide the access to the platform and all the way to the support of the technician also thanks to AI agents that's gna that's gna be soon just to provide immediate support on the insights we provide. The market is huge. It's growing double digit.

I'm just talking about indeed cement and other industries but actually it can be much bigger also because the team is already has already got international experience and we are able to operate across countries. Going to the team indeed we have over 100 years of cumulative experience ranging from startup, venture capital, consulting, of course predictive maintenance and AI, artificial intelligence, machine learning. So thank you for your time and I remain available for any question you might have. [Applause] I think we can move the conversation to Italian. Okay, perfect.

requests. HI. At the Green Hub we have a startup very similar to yours incubated, it's called IM Artificial Intelligence Monitoring. They are having a problem on the commercial side, especially in making companies understand the value of this very beautiful product that you presented. How do you plan to attack the market?

How do you plan to make your product as multiplyable as possible, I won't say scalable because that's difficult. So, first of all, the company, as I was saying, has been accepted into one of CDP's programs and this means that we have already received declarations of interest from players like Eni, Acea to launch POCs, paid POCs, obviously with us. So that's a very important first step. As I mentioned before, the team already has experience in predictive maintenance, so the guys have already worked in this area. Now the focus for us is precisely on correlating it and this is the reason for the POC done with Meditech with the aspect of environmental sustainability, but let's say the experience in growing from the point of view of predictive maintenance is something technical.

On a commercial level, how will you attack companies? We have a series of initiatives that run in parallel, from lead generation to the sales effort of the internal team plus external partners. Dimm, so yes, a mix of internal and external, as I was saying, the SIO is the frontman as far as the actual sales are concerned, but at the same time we have a series of external partners ranging from lead generation to referrals—let's say door openers if you like—who then actually introduce us to partner companies as well as, and this is a very important aspect for which we are very happy to participate in the acceleration program of direct introductions via partners to players like Eni which, let's say, alone can cover our pipeline probably for the next 5 years. Yes. No, I just wanted to know, I'm from A2A, I wanted to know if I've contacted other companies, but I didn't have anything satisfactory, so congratulations.

If they've already arrived at Ca Ener too , right? I wanted to ask something, but are those technologies you saw, like Siemens, the only ones you essentially work with? If we have other technologies, can you collect data under maintenance? Well, here obviously I couldn't, the list would be much longer than this. This is just a simplification, but it obviously includes, er, an indication of all the systems that are currently available.

Clearly there are a series of differentiating factors. First of all, what am I going to measure? Vibration analysis is something that is already being done. We have some certified category 3 technicians, which is the highest category overall. There are very few of them, I think there are less than ten in Italy.

Um, so there's that aspect, but we combine that measurement with others to also help save energy, such as the analysis of magnetic fluxes inside the motor or even the analysis of electrical fluxes, of temperature. So there is a series of data that we combine to provide significant insights that can be applied, for example, last week our SIO, who is not here now because he is in the United States, was actually talking to a person in charge of the dams in Molise. So that type of machinery, even from the point of view of creating energy storage, is all machinery that we are able to monitor extremely effectively and, as I was saying, the return on investment is extremely rapid. We're talking about a subscription that costs a few hundred euros per asset per year and which can obviously be easily recovered by simply intercepting an engine, a machine that has a problem within 6 months and therefore it is something that is very easy to access. Thank you.

HI. Um, okay, you can feel it. And in terms of traction, well, we founded the startup in February, so we're extremely young, but as I was saying, we already have some managers. The idea is to install sensors for €70,000,000 this year and then basically scale up from next year onwards, thanks also to participation in this program, but also, as I was saying, to previous contracts and contacts we 've had with players in the industry sector, waste water management and energy production and all of them. And when you say scale up, when you say scale up, no, of course, but scaling up means selling more than one unit, right?

So scaling, what do you mean? That is, how many customers do you think you will acquire next year? What is your roadmap for the next 2 years? Are you focusing only on Italy? Do you want to go to other countries?

If so, in which ones? I mean, what where? So, the team has experience having installed this type of IoT sensor monitoring systems that lead to, let's say, the most predictive maintenance in I think all continents, so from Asia to the United States to America, basically. Um our initial focus will definitely be on Italy. The founder's idea was precisely to want to offer a solution to slightly smaller companies, perhaps a slightly cheaper solution that could also bring an advantage and a diffusion of the sustainability aspect even to players that are a little less sophisticated, perhaps, if we want in some way.

As for the number of customers and installations we expect to do, it starts from 10 installations up to 35, so we're not talking about huge numbers. At the same time, the number of assets we install in the initial phase after a POC, a test by the customer, can obviously be expanded, especially if these—well, if we're talking about rather large customers, as I mentioned before, Eni, just to name one—um, and where it's actually possible to then scale with the same customer across a series of other assets plus a series of other markets and countries. Who does these installations and who takes care of the maintenance? Eh, maintenance of what? Yes, so we are the insiders, we are not the emaro.

Yes, exactly. They usually do maintenance, there are some maro, so some specialized players who only do maintenance, okay? but they intervene when we give them, then we give the insight to the company, not Yes, yes, but the owner of the asset does it, the owner of the asset does it, he does maintenance, so from that point of view we can potentially create partnerships with the MROs, but it's a bit auto scope at the moment. Eh, the first part of the question, sorry, did you ask something before? Oh, we'll do the installation.

I was waiting for it to end, but it's time. Thank you very much, a round of applause. I'll take a moment to vote. Ok, I think we're there. So, I'm going to introduce the next startup presented by Claudia, called Songs Ferear, which is a local music game that brings people together through quizzes, music, and real-world interaction.

Good luck. I can? Okay. Good morning everyone, I'm Davide from the Songs team, and today we're going to talk about music. With the end of the pandemic, we actually realized that many people have developed an ever-increasing interest in party games.

And that's why we actually thought Songspirere was the perfect app, because Songsfar brings together gaming, music, and culture, and they all come together to create our app. Indeed, after years of digital isolation, people are seeking out physical and, above all, real relationships, so they can create unique and, above all, unforgettable experiences. Okay? Songsfere is an application that we developed and was born in 2025 and above all it is an application that is a social quiz game, which is why Songsfar was launched in 2025 with a zero marketing budget and this is why we have managed to generate over 1200 downloads in more than 50 countries. alone, but Songsphere is also the first competitive music gaming ecosystem, which is why we use decentralized local multiplayer , so people are able to use Songspheres with each other practically.

Not only that, but we 're also working on the next step, making Songsfere available online, so everyone around the world can use it and, most importantly, create unique experiences. As I said before, Songsfir was born in 2025 and above all it was able to generate more than 1200 downloads. Obviously we didn't expect this result, but it was an extremely important and extremely rewarding journey. Especially when it comes to marketing, we focus primarily on working in two main markets: mobile gaming and, above all, music streaming. To date, speaking a little about numbers, approximately 80 million global users are subscribed to music platforms and, above all, pay to play on their devices.

Which is why our goal is clear: to reach at least 0.5% of this figure in the first 5 years. Our business model is a premium business model with the possibility of a monthly subscription at a cost of €4.99 which gives the institution the possibility of accessing a series of features instead of the premium business model. To do this, to achieve this, we used a very ambitious journey.

We have built and defined a very ambitious roadmap. In September we will release what is actually the online multiplayer version, but above all in the first quarter of 2026 we will also release the Android version, allowing everyone on the planet to be able to download now, always speaking a little about data, in the next 5 years we also intend to generate more than 400,000 with a conversion rate ranging from 5 to 8%. We know that this is obviously an extremely tortuous path, but above all a difficult one, especially to cover those that need to be accelerated, those that are the practices, the development activities and above all the marketing. We are looking for an investment of €150,000. Obviously, it's also important to consider that we are a very young and, above all, ambitious and enthusiastic team with completely different backgrounds.

We joined together and above all we created our family, the Apple Developer Academy and therefore consequently our intention, our passion we decided to transform it into an application and above all we want to bring Songsfir into the musical heart of all people. So thank you very much for your attention. Excuse me, if I may. Room for questions. requests.

Hi, a question about Traction. I saw 1200 users, but how many are paying? What is the current conversion? No, currently the version is completely free, so 1200 users are free, no one is paying. We focused on this initial part of development and on getting the app downloaded, making it known and having a first hard core of early adopters and therefore this.

Okay . And in the future, how do you actually plan to achieve the conversion I saw in the previous slide? We aim to develop new game features, such as Power, multiplayer mode, thus offering more opportunities and possibilities to users. This way they will be able to differentiate and choose a package with more features rather than a simpler one . Okay?

And also because with the online mode people have the opportunity to climb what would be the global rankings and above all we have also thought about a series of events that would also concern, let's say, the introduction of certain artists who would come and work in collaboration with us and above all the possibility of crowning those who would be the number one fans of a certain musical genre or a certain artist. Okay . Another curiosity, I saw 50 countries, 1200 downloads, one because, two actually more or less like the weighting, that is, mainly in Italy, abroad. Yes, clearly the majority are Italian, but 50 countries because having developed it at the Apple Academy, which features students and people from most of the world, we were able to have such a vast and varied number of countries for this and above all, let's say, also our strong point, using a zero marketing budget, word of mouth was actually the perfect function for us because even though, indeed, certainly a part of the users came from the Apple Academy, many of them then actually shared the application with their families, but above all also in their own social context and therefore this allowed Songsfar to expand even more than we expected. Um, in fact we also received a lot of feedback, a lot of reviews from people we didn't know and who really appreciated the app and continue to use it today.

Thank you. Any other questions? I do n't think so, so thanks guys. Thank you so much, and I'll jump right into introducing the next startup and let's talk about Eden Balam, immersive education, social impact, and blockchain. Eden bridges educational distances with VR and AI.

With us Agostino, good luck. Hi everyone, I'm Agostino. If anyone would like to understand better in English, you can come to our stand here. I'm Agostino and I represent Balamp, an innovative startup with a social mission. I'm also the founder, I don't know if you can hear me, I'm not used to the microphone.

I also represent another innovative startup in the emerging technologies sector where we deal with blockchain, artificial intelligence, machine learning, IoT, etc. For about 10 years I have been collaborating with international development cooperation organizations and non-governmental organizations. And that's why I asked myself how I could combine both realities to be able to, um, better, let's say, solve some problems in the world. And that's how Eden was born . I'm moving on.

The United Nations has mapped out a good path for the SDGs, but let's say I'm reminded of the latest geopolitical discussions regarding what some still say is civis paumabellum. I believe that in order to change something in the world we must start with education. Um, the project is designed to be global in scale, but the Excuse me, it's designed to be global in scale and but the focus remains clear and fragile communities and contexts. Today in the world 244 million children do not go to school. In the global South, one in four children does not complete primary school, and millions end up in child labor or forced marriage.

Educational inequalities are closely linked to hunger, malnutrition, and exploitation, which leads to the collapse of human rights and democracy, and thus to wars. This is why Eden was born to use technology not to isolate, but to connect, transfer knowledge, shorten distances. Eden sets itself a model which is the DSF model and is a platform for cooperation. Eden is an immersive educational cooperation platform that starts with a VAR viewer, but goes much further. Through the application of the DSF model, it seeks to build bridges between people, connections between communities and opportunities for those who have been forgotten.

Today, VAR is looking for concrete applications; we take it where it generates real impact. The model is very simple. The user subscribes to a monthly subscription, receives a virtual reality headset, and has exclusive access to a platform called Garden, where, through the subscription, 40% of the monthly subscription goes directly to fund underserved communities, nonprofits, or schools in vulnerable contexts. 60% is allocated to research and development in technologies that always have a social impact, as with everything, let's say, in a traceable and transparent way using the technologies that we are here for today with Web 3.0, zero, blockchain to make everything traceable, immutable, transparent.

teachers, interactive avatars and often guided by the I, where the teacher is missing can be replaced very well by a teacher guided by artificial intelligence, a proprietary cryptocurrency to primarize, perhaps in the form of an airdrop the participants and the R and VR which is the let's say the main reason. We have already carried out tests in Africa, in Senegal, Kenya and other cooperation countries, including in Italy with some public schools, and the results are expected between 2026 and 2028 in the next 3 years. Yes, we expect more than 1,400 participants to be involved, with the distribution of more than 4,500 headsets, 40 modules for VR educational content, 70 more jobs created locally, with a total value of €2.5 million, and 40% donated to the €1 million profit organization. Why partner with Eden?

Well, we ask you to enter aside from everything you can read there and to build new new opportunities. Eden is not looking for a new paradigm, not technology that does not divide but unites, philanthropy that is not renunciation but strategy and cooperation that is not welfare but empowerment. So Eden doesn't do charity, but redistributes opportunities, but also wealth, we could say, with a transparent and sustainable circular model. If you choose Eden today, you are not financing a project, you are investing in a new world, a world where education is accessible, solidarity and technology are linked to justice. Well, in the next one in the next slide I'll leave you with a video if it starts.

Eh, time's up, time's up, unfortunately. It's a You can leave it while we maybe do the Q&Profit in Kenya. It's a school we work with of 220 children and it's the first time they've used technology, a school where there aren't even notebooks, books or even uniforms. Thanks everyone in the meantime. A thousand thanks.

requests. I have a question, I'm not sure who develops this content. I imagine it's also differentiated by country and target audience, which means I imagine it's not a single piece of content. Yes, but I didn't really understand what the contents are. Well, I didn't want to speculate on the word metaverse, it's a virtual reality platform where various users can access this platform, which can be public and private schools, European public schools , but also private ones in Africa, for example, in developing countries where the schools are mostly rich.

So that's where the idea of redistributing wealth comes from, digitizing private schools, digitizing Italian European schools with the various calls for proposals that are also made available by the Ministry, by the European Community such as the PNRR, the PON, the various PONs, Futura, Erasmus+ and so on and so forth, in short where they can participate very well with Eden in any type of call for proposals, but also independently for private schools, for example. who intend to digitize, which in addition to bringing virtual reality and augmented reality, obviously within this virtual campus that will be created with the project, services such as training for staff and digitization will also be offered. The PNRR includes the School Plan 4.0 with Next Generation Lab and Classroom, so let's say that's more or less the goal . Thank you.

Please. I wanted to ask about experience, team composition, skills, and complementarity. Yes, as I was saying, I am the founder of another startup in emerging technologies. We're already working on it , and have already participated in several calls for tenders for school digitalization, including here in Ischia and in the Naples area. The idea was born because I have been collaborating for several years, about ten years, with non-profit and cooperation organizations, as well as projects of the Ministry where we fight human trafficking here in Campania between Castellturno, Piana del Sele, etc.

Then I am also active with cooperation in African countries, I was saying and mentioned Senegal, Kenya, Burkina Faso, I have another NG here in the area that we are present in Congo and Burkina Faso that we fight malnutrition and sexually transmitted diseases, but the skills are not clear to me because to develop a product like this I believe that multidisciplinary skills are required . Exactly. So here comes another innovative startup I founded, where we deal with, you know, the development of applications in augmented reality, virtual reality, as well as blockchain, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and my team is here, so maybe we'll be back here later , but we can go into more detail . Please. Thank you.

Ok, great. I'll take a moment to vote. Okay, perfect, we can move on and we're almost reaching the end of the startup competition, so we're continuing to announce the next startup with Ludovica Pagliarani, Monumental Ross, Self-Guided, Authentic, and Personalized Tours for Smart Travelers. A round of applause and good luck. Okay .

Hi everyone, my name is Ludovica and I'm here with Guom to introduce you to our mobile application monumental red. I know , like you I'm a developer. Okay. So, yeah. So, why visiting?

It's like if it's like planning travel like playing an Olympic sport because you need to find all the information the social media then you need to cross all the information that you found on blog or internet you need to save all the spot that you found on Google Maps and then you constantly need to update your program so we thought that you should be in 2025 a product that helps to travel easily. So we thought about a product monumental rosa, mobile application that gives you the opportunity to take a free tour that you can do on your own. You can choose your own language. So stop having like tour guide that speak Chinese and a little bit of English. And then you can have a variety of tours that so if you have like a problem you can take this tour take another one you can just simply take another tour on the application.

So our hub monumental Ross is really really simple as simple as your drunk grammar could easily use it. You can just connect on the application you take a tour and start to discover a little overview about the number. So actually the cultural tourism in Europe is about 120 million people each year. If we narrow it to the 10 most visited cities in Europe, it's around 17 millions of people. If we take 1% of this market, it will be a little bit below 200k people and if we try to make money on them, a little bit below 300k per year.

So our concurrent we proceed some interviews of people and highlight with that people aim for local and authentic experiences and with still maintaining flexibility and autonomy in the tour. So that 's why we promote the self-guided tour to let people enjoy everything by themselves. So how do we make money now? So we will all sell directly the tour around 10 euros per tour for now or doing digital support because we are working with travel agency and still in 2025 they are sending PDF to their users we can do better and we will let the possibility to let people add free walking to in the app and get a commission on the tips so the current go to market we put flyers in partner Airbnb it's already done and We are keeping to doing that. We will increase the ECO with the blog and like top 10 things to see in Naples and all of that stuff and we will focus now on more seasonal marketing to get more people for like vacation holiday and like that.

So for now we are expanding in three most important cities of Italy and we are trying like actually we achieved to have some revenues on the application we are planning to have more users and then to expand in more important cities in Europe for now and then at the end open to content creator on the application so we stop creating content by our own but get everyone the possibility to create content on our So in our team for now we are just two but probably as you underst we are like to have a marketing expert so I am more on the strategical part and more on the technical part and that's it. Thank you very much. Thank you. Thank you very much. Thank you.

And questions? Hi, congrats. What's the barrier to entry in developing this technology? Like why? It's very useful.

I think it's useful. I think there's a market. Not clear to me if it's more B2B or B2C. Um, probably you'll find it out you'll find out going forward. Um, but my question is what's the barrier to entry uh in developing this technology?

Why do n't you have like a000 competitors tomorrow? Actually we have some competitors. So the thing is that we are B2B and B2C because at the beginning we just B2C some travel agencies just send us message to be like oh can I use your support to send to my client instead of a PDF just your tour so it's probably easier for them. For now, we have some competitors actually but none of them it's that big. I think that because they probably have found the key to communicate to the final user.

So I think it's probably because of this because actually you can most of them are on focus are focusing on public founds not on the private one. My question is more like these kind of markets are more of like winner takes all right? You're not gna have 10 apps that do the same thing. people your application for instance have you heard of steak easy yeah okay stayy is whatsapp sort of whatsapp agent you speak to the whatsapp agent and they give you like specif why would I usey why would I use you and why don't you have like 10 more competitors tomorrow that will just take over and you stay behind and then you're dead for now We already have a product our competitor will actually be lower than us like because we already have an application. The application is already on the market so you can already use it.

I think that like probably on chat GPT for example you can ask for an itinerary ok so it's easy you ask what I can do in Naples in like two hours and so she gives to you she it gives to you a simple tour of Naples. cancel to that for your GPT but if you want to have more complete experience you will probably choose an application that gives you the possibility to even save the tour that you did to share the tour that you did or just I don't know follow the path Thank you. Perfect. Thank you very much. Do we have any other questions in the room?

No. Perfect. Thank you very much, guys. A thousand thanks. Let's continue.

I continue with Esther. Ester develops immersive and interactive experiences through advanced augmented reality, virtual reality, and artificial intelligence technologies. Antonio Porcelli, good luck. Good evening. Do you hear?

Ninth . You know. Ok, it was off. Good evening everyone. First of all, let me introduce myself.

My name is Antonio. I'm the CTO and founder of Estar, an innovative startup that aims to establish itself as a benchmark for all emerging technologies. In fact, we develop—my team develops immersive software— making extensive use of augmented reality, virtual reality, blockchain, and artificial intelligence. Today I want to introduce you to one of our products, one of our most recent projects, which we're very proud of, and which combines cultural heritage with technology. I'm talking about the digitization of the Gigo Festival, recognized by UNESCO as a world heritage site.

First of all, by using drones and other internal technologies, we are able to scan the lilies of the Nola festival by taking very high-resolution photographs. Using other technological tools we are able to obtain high definition and photorealistic 3D models. The 3D models immediately end up inside our platform and are accessible in AR and VR, allowing users to enjoy the party, see the party, and experience it even remotely, as if they were there in the heart of Nola. But we don't just limit ourselves to 3D models and creating the digital twin of the lilies, but we act as a digital and interactive archive of the entire party. In fact, we store historical information, traditional music, and multimedia content related to the festival.

Um, during the Ballad of the Lilies, then, a GPS system tracks the position of the lilies in real time, making everything even more immersive for users. We are also very active on social media, engaging the community and highlighting the highlights of the festival. Finally, with Fantaglio we are able to increasingly involve users, making the event unique and shared every year . In fact, each user upon registration can create their own team and can vote for their own lily in different categories. We launched the platform in 2024 with a web-only version , but already in 2025 we extended the offering by developing and publishing a mobile application on all stores.

The goal now is to expand because first and foremost we aim to extend the platform to other shoulder-held festivals, and there are several in Italy, such as La Vara in Messina, the Candelieri in Sassari, and the Santa Rosa festival in Biderbo. But this is just one example, because the medium- to long-term goal is to become the single hub for all traditional Italian festivals, and perhaps even beyond. Um, our technology is scalable and modular, in fact we foresee other uses and fields of application, such as museums and archaeological sites, places of worship such as the Ancient Forums, catacombs and sanctuaries, and medieval villages and historic cities. The goal is always the same: to create immersive, authentic experiences while respecting cultural identity. Everything I've talked about in this short talk is developed in-house without the use of proprietary external technologies, and this ensures our independence, quality, and above all, the certainty of highly innovative software.

Finally, we believe that tradition can live on into the future thanks to technology, and we at Estartiamo are demonstrating this. Thank you. A thousand thanks. Room for questions. Trial.

Room for questions. A question. Thank you. So, have you mapped out your target? Um, yes, so you have mapped out all the target parties.

How do you want to reach them? So, initially we're trying to contact privately, you know, possibly foundations or municipal bodies directly. Well, obviously we need support for all of this, because it's not always easy to contact these types of organizations, you know. So, anyone who can support us is welcome. How did you divide the team, that is, how is the team structured?

What skills does each member of the team have? what skills and how the founders all have technical skills, obviously we also have internal figures such as marketing managers and various developers who work with us on the project. Mainly the skills must be, that is, 3D modeling, web and mobile development for applications and this this here. And so you don't have to focus only on the technical aspect, but also on the market, you have to go to market. Exact.

So if it's not scalable. Yes, let's say that we chose the Gigli festival because we are proud of the Nola festival, given that most of the team is from Nola, we focused on that, but obviously to scale we need C Are there other experiences in Italy that have made applications for popular festivals? Well, we did some research, but we didn't find any, so apparently this project was a niche, there are no competitors yet. A niche. Well, one thing, one thing that is not entirely clear to me is Revenue Model.

Yes, and in fact I didn't say it. So, initially the first year was an investment entirely borne by the company, by the startup. From the second year, 2025, we opted for sponsors. In fact, we looked for sponsors in the area and I must say that the response was very high. Well, many sponsors have also offered their services, knowing that we were looking for, well, well, here are some sponsors to include and to be able to give visibility on our application, and so this has given us hope, well, also for the future, talking about the Gigli festival, but also for other events of this type.

So we will probably continue with this type of revenue model. Clear? Thank you. I'll give you a piece of advice: try listening to the founders of Reison DA Art. It was a startup that didn't do exactly the same thing, but it was similar.

OK thank you. One last question. You're already at the market, right? And have you already validated what your results are, what kind of turnover, for example, have you already produced from this project? Well, this year, as I was saying, was the first year we had any revenue and with sponsors we reached around €40,000 with the Nola party alone.

OK thank you. A thousand thanks. A round of applause. I'll give you a moment to vote. Perfect, let's move on to the penultimate startup called Universe, which will talk about adaptive, scalable, and smart training.

Universe revolutionizes learning with artificial intelligence. Good luck. [Applause] So, good evening everyone, good afternoon, and I'm Alexandra and I'm talking to you about Universe, the innovative startup born in February 2024 from the idea of a multidisciplinary team in the fields of education, technology, and neuroscience. Universe intends to renovate and increase capacity in the um Excuse me a moment because I don't see. Okay, anyway, here we go, Gli Universi intends to give a greater push to training not only for individuals, for public administrations, but in a broader sense.

The engine that powers Universe is Unitre, a proprietary system based on artificial intelligence and neuropsychological models that track the user's learning curve and, using these parameters, optimize performance on the site. Our solution focuses primarily on overcoming language barriers because, in the international arena of many startups, there are often external resources, and therefore Universe does not simply translate a course, but adapts it sociolinguistically to the user's background. We also clearly have real-time content adaptation and the paths are created in a very personalized way, which sets us apart from many other e-learning platforms. We also took, as an example, the principles of neurolinguistic programming specifically to address special educational needs . How?

The Universo engine, i.e. Unitre, studies its human interlocutor and, based on this, it is able to understand and grasp whether he is a kinesthetic, visual, or audiovisual user, then it adapts everything that is and improves the user's performance. To date, our Traction has already reached six active subscriptions, 9,000 active accounts, and 560 courses created. These are accompanied by vertical proofs of concept , for example in the real estate sector with the Freima Academy in Salerno, which has already generated around 30 courses in the healthcare sector with the Betania Evangelical Hospital, Aimiro, and Denmat.

Denmat is particularly involved in the dental sector, and here we have this agreement with over 8,000 dentists, and finally with universities and public and local bodies. Our business model is essentially based on software as a service and therefore we have a subscription proposal designed for three different targets: small, medium and large, alongside a white label solution designed for corporate companies and universities. This is our corporate Academy, following the example of the Freem Academy in Salerno, which has already generated 30 courses within the vertical platform in the sector. As far as competitors are concerned, Universe is positioned as highly adaptive and highly immersive, precisely because, unlike many e-learning platforms, it provides highly dynamic content that can be adapted in real time to the user. Our team is multidisciplinary, as I was saying, our founders are specialists in technology, information and neuroscience.

Here we have the tech department and the marketing department. And below, this is an example of the course where you can clearly type the topic of interest. The platform develops it in real time, creates it, supports it with images and as the user consumes this content, he increasingly implements his performance within the platform. Thank you for your attention. If you want to scan the code.

HI. Um, so, maybe I don't know if I didn't understand or, well, you skipped it. Is there a certification of the contents produced by the platform, let's say on the truthfulness, let's say, of the quality of the content? I wonder where he gets that from. So, currently the platform is based on artificial intelligence, clearly combined with neuropsychological models specifically to study the user.

Our roadmap does include certification, which will then be validated, but in 2027. So we are currently still working on the functional background of the platform. Then in the future there will be certificates that will validate the performance of the Sì user within the platform. Yes, I'm not referring to user performance, but I'm referring to content. That is, on Chat GPT we know very well that it can give true, correct results, but it can also give false, incorrect results .

A training course, I was wondering how the user is assured that the content is realistic. It is true. I'll explain it to you right away. So, for example, she enters the platform and registers, then she is indexed with respect to her data, then she writes a topic, a subject that interests her. This topic has a description that you can read and correct at the same time.

Afterwards, there is a preview; even before being published, the course presents a preview of the content you will be using, so you can understand if it is truly relevant to your objective. OK thank you. Thank you. A thousand thanks. So, even Chat GBT allows you to transfer from the knowledge base to educate and feed a prompt.

Yes. Now the question is, what is the technological investment that you have made and what is the difference and then the output that the platform generates? How in what form? descriptive, slides, video course. Yes, so yes, the heart of the platform is, precisely, as I was saying, Unitre, a registered code that one day will be an avatar with which you will speak.

So, this avatar is still a code today, it studies whether you are a visual-kinesthetic or audiovisual person, then it understands your way of experiencing the platform and then goes on to add the contents that it considers most coherent and relevant to your way of learning, therefore to your cognitive world as well. So if you want to visualize, listen, or practice, the Universe will understand these needs and provide them. So there's no MVP here today, right? Request. Does the MVP exist or not?

The product already exists, something exists. The product exists and it is Unitre that will monitor its performance. What other platforms don't do , it does it immediately and returns it. There is a path, a series of questions, it profiles me. Are there any questions?

Are there any cards? I can also attach documents. Documents? Can I attach documents? No, I ca n't attach documents, because it's not a platform where I just have to answer questions.

Yes, she is provided with a concept. Okay . Based on this concept, you have the opportunity to deepen, study, implement or change the path you are taking, because the more you approach the platform, the more the platform learns from you, the human, what its needs are. Okay . Okay.

Then the output it generates for me are quizzes, are they images? No, quizzes are always a phase of information acquisition. No, no, no. You type a prompt, a desire, to learn what blockchain is and then the platform generates a description of the course on how many parts with the supporting description and then you have your own tab inside which there are the topics that are then studied and as you learn them , in short, this is the method of progress. Ok, so wait you will create an avatar that also explains with a video course, the form of video course.

Exact. also because our idea is not only to create an avatar, but also to overcome all linguistic barriers, because, as I was saying, there would be, you know, resources, but trivially translating a course is not that valid and therefore our very idea of becoming universal is precisely the direction and projection we are aiming for. Okay , thanks. Thank you. A thousand thanks.

Just a moment to vote as always, but it looks like everyone's already voted, so let's move on to the last startup. The latest startup is called We need to applaud the latest startup. So let's give a round of applause to the latest startup. And so it is with pleasure that I introduce Bebip srl. Bebip is the first urban mobility platform where the customer drives and the driver supervises, offering safe and sustainable journeys on scooters that can be booked via app.

Good luck. Thank you. We are here to visit Florio. Can you hear me now? Ok, it was off.

Bib beep. It 's me, Vittorio De Logul, my partner, my sister Maria Luciano. What is Bibip? Let's start from the problem and explain what BBIP is. BBIP seeks to analyze or solve urban mobility problems .

urban mobility which suffers tremendously from some problems regarding public transport, therefore trying to go and smooth out those difficulties regarding waiting times. There are studies that show how many hours are spent waiting for public transport during the calendar year in Italy and Europe and there is a gap, there is a huge gap between Europe and Italy and between Northern Italy and the South, between Northern Italy and Southern Italy. So let's try to solve this problem, which clearly also affects another one, namely private mobility, because clearly if public transport is blocked, more private vehicles like cars are used, so there's more traffic, more time to find parking. What is Bib? It's an urban mobility platform that allows you to book a ride on a scooter that takes you from point A to point B.

When you book the ride, a driver arrives, simply the driver, the booking of the ride, role reversal, so the driver becomes a passenger, the customer becomes a driver up to point B, at point B the customer becomes a pedestrian passenger again and the passenger who was the driver becomes the driver again. Well, so basically the model is a mix between sharing and a taxi, but we're not a taxi. How are we? Obviously this is a bit of a blueprint for how the application is structured. There's the driver app, the customer app, the dashboard, so it's a little more technical.

Goive timing, actually today we are mobility sponsor of the Naples del, so actually we are testing in these three days. to try to test what difficulties are encountered on the application to return to go to market at the beginning of September. We had some timing difficulties with, let's say, the acceptance of the platforms, but we should be operational by the beginning of September. Well, let's say, what is the market like? Broadly speaking, we want to try to tap into what is a global mobility market that includes private urban mobility or, clearly, public mobility.

The estimated SAM in Italy is approximately 1.2 billion. In the first year, we would like to try to penetrate 5% of the Naples market by the end of the year, in order to be able to tap into some scopel cities by the end of the three-year period. 15%, so try to tap into as many of those who are eligible users. Simple revenue model, clearly.

Eh ehm ah important thing, clearly the drivers' vehicles are the drivers', so we try to be as light as possible in terms of activity, so the scooters are not our property, but clearly they are the drivers'. eh the model eh goes to draw on freelancers essentially, so if we draw on a percentage as well as the drivers. I apologize. This is the roadmap. very important roadmap, let's say, we would like to start from a phase one which is the current one to arrive at a second step of a hybrid transition with electric.

It's obviously a complicated process because it means having to surround the electrical part internally, but it's something we'd like to do. Phase three, clearly, is to discuss the owned publishers, understand how not to buy them, try to go for rental to get a portion of the deductibility. This is a bit of competitive analysis. This is the traction we initially did with a questionnaire from which we were able to derive the pricing, we were able to obtain the market's approval, because it wasn't easy to say "Do you want to ride someone else's scooter?" you are interested in doing it.

In reality, the traction was very positive. Clearly the data is like this in an attempt not to disclose it here. This is a quick stress test we did in early June. What does it mean? That in less than 15 days, in reality, more than 150 people have given us their data for the first free ride with a cost per click of €1.

76. So, what does this mean? that the conversion rate is very high, even if the, let's say, the div campaign on the meta media channels was done with 5 minutes, oh, almost finished and therefore it was basically done quite fairly little impactfully. These are a few comments, this is a little bit of the official sponsor app, as we were saying, the important point I want to get to is this is a bit of the general roadmap. sale of advertising spaces inside scooters and merchandising.

Okay, let's say this is the definitive roadmap of the cities and these are our social channels. Thank you, sorry for the big thank you. Questions, questions. I wanted to know, but if I can't bring the driver along, is it possible, right? in the sense of driving it without the driver behind, that is, in the sense that it is the driver who takes me because maybe I find someone a little bigger, I can do that.

So in reality we say the driver is free, but the problem is that if the driver is stopped by the police, his license would be taken away and he would be given a hefty fine. So actually they can do it, they're free to do it, but the problem is that legally they can't do it. OK thank you. Another question at level Eh, great question. Great question.

Did you want to know about insurance? Yes, because I was thinking in case of an accident rather than anything. I am not the owner of the scooter. Absolutely sure. It's just that the insurance side of things is actually a short time away, and how it's filled is something to understand.

One thing is, it's not a temporary rental, it's a lease, or rather, a temporary concession. What the customer pays is lost on the scooter. So what happens? that the rider's insurance covers the damages. Furthermore, we have already implemented an insurance policy, actually two, one that covers damage caused in an accident to the driver, therefore physical damage, and another that covers damage caused to property or third parties that is implemented to the other.

Absolutely yes. Any other questions? Yes, yes, yes, yes. Revenue model. So, the revenue model is quite intuitive, let's say.

The reservation is a reservation. You manage the booking. We handle the booking. I apologize . What is the revenue model essentially?

We have a fixed cost quota up to a certain route. The customer already knows how much he is paying when he books the ride . Because we don't go by time, but by kilometers, work with Stripe, collect, turn over. Yes, absolutely yes. Okay.

And how is the service provided by the driver invoiced for tax purposes ? How do I share VAT with an invoice? If you have a VAT number, if you have a tax code up to €5,000 it is an occasional service, after which you must become a registered freelancer. The idea— the future idea, clearly futuristic and desirable—is to try to surround some drivers within the business and leave, let's say, self-employed those who want to work temporarily or not on a permanent basis. It's clear that we had to start like this now because just hiring 10 people was already taking away more than €300,000 a year alone.

No, because there's a problem with this aspect because you have an incoming flow. Yes. That can be traced to you as revenue. Absolutely. And you would have a cost that you maternally do not receive fiscally because there is the problem of occasional performance if the driver does it for you, he does not do it for you.

Yes, but that doesn't provide us with the tax document, do you understand? No, yes, he has to do that, otherwise he won't get paid. Simple, that is, the payment is made after the invoice, if you don't issue an invoice you don't get paid. Like a quick question here, let's say there 's €10 at stake, 30% goes to Apple. 35 Sorry, he leaves the remaining 30% to Apple.

You're taking the 65, okay? Well, because for all in-app transactions you have to give 30% of Fi to Apple or Google, so 30, 65 and the driver is left with 35% of the total after deducting the costs. I mean, I'm sorry, no, wait a minute, gross, no, be careful, the free one is from Stripe, Stripe which takes 4% on the transaction, or rather 3 plus cents from What's the point? It's just that we don't want too much on the driver, but we want to give 35% to the rider, the remaining 65% is a good amount. From there we go to Scorp Stpe, Verifenda.

Yes, but if you make an in-app transaction, yes. You can't exclude stores from F, you can't even legally open a little bit. Sure. Clear. Yes, but it is scaled.

No, but it is clear that based on what is deducted, it must then be given to the driver. Of course and always thank you. A thousand thanks. However, most of the startups have stands, so if you have any further questions, you can go and visit them directly at the stands. And first of all, I'd like to give a huge round of applause to all the startups.

A thousand thanks. Thanks to the jury for listening, thanks to the jury for voting, thanks to the sponsors and speaking of sponsors I would like to invite Nicolas Nati, CEO of H to talk about H since we are in the startup world. Thank you. 5 now. Yes.

Okay. Hi everyone. I'll be very brief. This presentation is a bit improvised , so I'll be very brief. Um, I was a judge for this startup competition.

I am the CEO of H. H is a startup investment club, we invest in tech companies at European level. We are a club of about 1500 people today, we have been here for a year and a half. Well, and the goal is to make venture capital investing, so startup investing, accessible to private investors with, let's say, affordable tickets. Today, access to high- level venture capital, let's say, is limited by two things.

The first is the deallow, so today to access a certain type of deal, you need a network. It is not an accessible market, it is a non-public, non-listed, non- liquid market. Nowadays you need to have a network. And the second point is economic access, okay? Because to do venture capital well, you need at least 15-20 startups in your portfolio.

And our model is precisely to make this type of investment accessible with a view to portfolio diversification. Hey, who are we? We are all industry professionals. I have founded four startups in Italy. Well, the founder of H was born in France.

H was born in France, a project that was born in France. Today we are present in the Nordics, in Spain, in Italy. Well, the founder DH is called Tomarob and he is a former unicorn founder, so he created a startup that is now valued at more than a billion dollars and then he is a serial founder, he has many others and has invested in more than 50 startups throughout Europe and was the number one business angel in France for two consecutive years. Um, and in Italy I founded H with a former footballer who you may know, or rather who you certainly know, his name is Giorgio Chiellini and we invest: me, him, Riccardo Zanetti who you saw yesterday, Gianluca Comandini, we are the core team of H, then we have an investment team of six people, we operate exactly like a VC fund and we give our members the opportunity to access our deals, under the same conditions as us. So this is more or less what we do and today in Italy alone we are 450, we launched H Italy in November, the end of November 2024, we have already made six investments.

Our portfolio is currently made up of 70% solids, so startups that have a potential to make between 5x and 20x, 20% in startups that we call moonshots, so potential unicorns and 10% in preo and well, in fact invested in Revolute, in Antropic and then the other startups are much earlier, but I'll give you a bit of the sectors, we are a bit agnostic, we have a bit of Ltech, Spacete, Biotech, Deeptech and so on. So this is a bit of everything and we are a pretty active community and we do lots of gatherings, lots of afterworks, lots of events even in person, we get to know each other, we touch each other and shake hands. Thank you. Thank you. Great, we have the names of the winners and will announce them soon, but first I'd like to explain what prizes are up for grabs.

The first prize is the Fare Impresa prize, which includes incubation, business planning, mentoring, and fundraising services worth €10,000. The second prize is the H prize, which is a quarterly acceleration program that includes feedback on the Peachtech product fundraising strategy and finally the Deffio prize which includes UIUX Design and Free Peachtech worth €3000. I would like to call Fernando del Rosso to reward our winners. A round of applause. A thousand thanks.

So, let's start right away with the third place winner. The third place. You make me an Oh, spiral. Compliments. Come, come, come.

Yes, yes, yes, of course. We deliver you to the prize. If you can, please come up on stage so we can record you too . Very good. Thank you.

Thank you so much and I need another drum roll. Second prize for momentum. Compliments. Come on up on stage. Congratulations.

Optimal. And for the first winner do I need another drum roll? Oh, parts, congratulations, you won first prize. The whole team. Well done, congratulations.

Please. The question is who is shaking my hand? One by one, who wants to say a word as the first winner and thank you all. Glad you liked the idea. Let's say that now we will try to carry it forward in every way.

It's not easy, both because of the problem we're trying to solve and also because of a question of our own relationships and operations, but like any startup, these are, let's say, the basic things through which we as a team will surely be able to, as they say, overcome, grow, evolve everything. So, thank you so much for the recognition and for the trust. and we hope to reciprocate. Thank you so much, congratulations again from the entire Napolezze team, a huge thank you, thank you for your attention, thank you for voting, thank you to all the startups that participated. Another round of applause.

Absolutely thanks to the jury. Exactly. And finally, thanks to Paola Ciaramella from the Napolet team, who perhaps you'd like to come up and say a little thank you. Thank you. Okay, on behalf of myself, on behalf of my entire team, first of all I would like to thank Fare Impresa Fernando for this wonderful format.

Thanks to Maria Maddalena who really put in a lot of effort and is part of our team. Thanks to Valeria Fascione, who, as always, has supported us from the very beginning, thanks to all the judges, and thanks to the startups for the enormous value they have demonstrated and brought here. It's also a thank you to all of us, all of us who believe in what we're doing, who believe deeply in our region, and who truly want to launch innovative startups everywhere. So thank you and have a great day at Sunset with the aperitif that awaits you. Okay, see you tomorrow.
