three this category is where all these airdrop farming uh men's uh uh go to market campaigns go because what is it actually doing it's subsidizing your cost of trying web 3 it's paying you to try the product that's just exact you know that is literally the the objective here right so it's like trialability is about you know how high is the cost of trying a new thing airdrops and tokens and uh you know all those things make it make that cost lower because they're paying it to right there're Subs so that's a huge one um uh how many people here are working on a token project like have right so right this is tokens that's why people when they look at it they go okay web 3 made it really really easy to create new tokens to create new digital assets right and then well now we have these assets well how are we going to use them we're going to use them to align incentives we're going to use them to actually air drop people and and so that's why that's sort of become the go-to move to help you adopt it why are you using right so Tri biling there I think another one though to befly honest the tri mity side is just making it safer so just again you know everybody is so afraid right now of connecting to you know scam account or getting you know uh you just getting key stolen Etc yeah there's a lot of good Innovation here and on the wallet side where people trying to make it safer so wallet guard you guys are understand it's like you know Wars you if this is like a dangerous account that you're interacting with or a contract that's been compromised or you know a tyal scammer or if the website is not you know like uh it's weightless Etc all those those things are good right it means that you can you can try things you can be you can feel safer walking around the neighborhood and just exploring it being like okay I'm all right you know it's like I'm not going to die if I just walk down the wrong road right now in WB 3 you just feel like someone's going to like shoot you if you walk down the wrong road how are you going to explore how are you going to try it out how's the user going to be like oh yeah I want to just try this out so it's very you know making it safer overall is going to decrease the cost of trying by three it's going to bring more people and then the last one observability again this one I think and you know I think I think web3 does reasonably well again because of their asset side of things right like using your nft as a Twitter profile picture that's pretty good at least that's something to sort of like show observability of web 3 it's like we still have to convince the people that like it's something to actually own and like not just a j or something like that but like at least something then there's also obviously people who just post Lamborghinis that they're able to buy with bitn that they you know like burned um and like you know the air drops that they make it kind of helps to the extent that you know it's something adoption I mean you know that's something right if people are coming in web3 because you know they think that there's uh you know uh gold at the end of the rainbow right I me that's that's still something so these last two I think you know all that gold market stuff all the marketing stuff all that kind of like flexing it has helped with but as you can see there's of potential solutions to really help you know improve web 3 adoption if we really care about web 3 adoption there like major you know sort of underlying issues okay so then I'm going to you know again just take that the next level of scale down not too much time on this because obviously it's but like you know where are we so we're all the way at the left here if if you want to think about it like as a company we're all the way at the left if you want to think about it as a result of that we kind of have to think about it a different way so you know I want to use this example is because to help you guys it's like if you guys are a mature company you're going to probably want to compare yourself to your last iteration or your current product like that's already out there and it's already adopted but for someone like us we're probably going to compare ourselves with other wallet Solutions like wallet is an existing category already and we sort of say okay what are our relative advantages to that existing category and then over time then we start comparing ourselves with ourselves right there's always something before that it's just you know show before there's always another before that so if you're at the beginning of this C just compare yourself with PRS um so you know so if you think about it that way and you kind of assess web3 wallet factors what way are existing web3 wallets that are outs uh how do web3 wallets feel to right read every one uh and then so you go okay well wallets are interfaces web 3 they help you store your keys and interact with we3 but we're living in a world where we still have a TR of self custom security and accessibility right and as a result of that you have very low compatible native Labs kind of most compatible thing right now Behavior but users are still concerned about security browser plugins are super Niche hardboard wallets are Niche and csome I mean yeah they just are complexity is still very high everyone when they start using a new wallet you have to create you know you have to learn about private Keys you can learn about chains which wallet is which chain learn about gas how to connect to daps is a Dap what's a d you know Etc trialability again here is still quite costly right if you make a mistake you lose real money steep learning curve you lose your your you lose your seat braks you lose all your money right I mean and then you can't get access to it right so and then you you know you don't get started because it's compatibility and issues observability very B right I mean how often does somebody know that you're using gravy versus like M right I mean unless somebody's sitting next to to you and they see your browser plugin you know be like rabby pops up instead of phantom or instead of metamask but like you know Unchained all looks the same you don't even know what so for us you know then we think about okay how do we what kind of solutions do we have right and so for us you know we think again again wallets of the interface how can we make it better so we solve the tri using Innovation so there's MPC technology out there how how many of you are familiar with NPC yeah so NPC technology helping us solve this TR a little bit more right you can self custody with high security and also still have accessibility so kind of wipes away this trade-off classic trade-off between hot and cold wallets so you get the security kind of of like a hot wallet but the accessibility uh sorry the security the and the accessibility right and then we're doing a better interface so we would put it all inside a telegram so that we make sure that it's easy to use and also then gets want better compatibility we're bringing the wallet to the users instead of bringing the users to the wallet right so instead of having to be like you know hey go download a chrome plugin and like learn how that works and then like you know do a whole new thing we just saying you're already in telegram you heard about web 3 in I'll just get into right that's the natural next thing right it's a little bit of because then our existing users who never experienced W time might go awayy that's weird but you know that's which your side side Facebook um another thing we're doing is we're get chain agnostic they want so that it's universally accessible for all tabs and assets out right that's you know again just abstracting away the idea of and you know think about chains so we're abstracting away things uh you know making it easy to get from your inspiration oh I heard about a cool mem coin to being by meme coin trialability making on board on ramp um incentivizing migration from other Solutions increasing our security and safety me through Market strategies uh and then observability making it easy to share things inside of telegram it's a great Channel anyway uh you know some features which are only possible Toby wallet so that you know people know that it's all from us right so this is what I would do for for our Right Toby wallet okay now I was hoping that everybody you know might be interested in participating a little bit so you could apply it to your product right so first you might to think about you know where are are you in your product life cycle what are you comparing yourself to and then you can assess your product adoption factors like we just did and then think about just brainstorm some solutions about how could you increase your product adoption uh and to facilitate that I brought some print outs of this subject so um I'm going to pass this up so feel free to pass these along and uh after this what we can do is anyone who wants to can come up and sort of like present it uh and I was thinking that anyone who does come up and present it I was going to aird drop them $10 in E on Toby wallet so I'm just taking stock of like how many people are here right now just calculating my cost but I think that'll work out right so yeah so anyone you know feel free to participate or not but if you do participate and so all right cool so hopefully this is a helpful exercise I mean you know it's generally one of those things where it's like you know Frameworks it's not about sort of the the accuracy of it necessarily it's like sort of doesn't help you actually imp your own product think about it in a good way to sort of motivate you to bring the next Lev anybody want to talk about what they what they wrote how they felt short hi my name is Scott s and I'm the CEO of so we are over ler watching but I'll prob talking about our own wallet product specifically so we have this mobile app called TT wallet and it's a custodian wallet where the keys are actually spored into the Key Management Systems in so that's us user assets are custodian but we have integrated any social media login so the most popular ones are Google Facebook or weat and people can just download the mobile app use their existant accounts we sign up and we use to offer and sign up we used to be very generous about that when we on so I would like to compare our future PR to that Baseline so um my current idea is we would make the same accounts available through desktop application through a desktop web application through a website that you can my desktop and T essential So currently you have your account but it's locked into one open App application and now the same accounts will be available through the web and Tel okay um I would like to ask for experience of using tegram as a platform sure sure sure for example our Facebook APS actually causes us constant main problems yeah so making it more easier to fit in with like your user existing FS right it's on desktop on yep s and on the complexity side so transfering assets are the same chain Works beautifully and yet in this world of multiple chains cross chain asset transfer is like a necessity yes that is real we have integrated dat bridges that we operate ourselves it's somewhat okay and yet we do I see the Des tickets that we have to support and they are Conant us support us for y y y so you built the bridges bu Bridges and M M bridges that have impact okay would be interesting to check this you how solve the question as that transfers uh in our Lo we do have an eded web view with a uh with uh provider that you can use G room and that is a NE Mir for user that's a nightm complexity wise right users are just not used to that experience yeah so if it's a air drop or farming with Lin incentives you will just jump through that otherwise then yeah so I if you want to lower complexity this ront is going to still probably want integration and yet the development costs are sometimes quite prohibit to or let just going to be slower to Market yeah there no good solution how do you get ad yeah there must be a better one there must be a better one I agree I agree so in terms of uh travel ability and observability I think Mar program is a great idea um so um what we did is we had a ref system and we had a quest system where if you uh go our post on Twitter if you share your uh mobile app on Twitter you get some um can probably replie some of that for thanks yeah I'll love to chat for more Afters give a chance for a cple more people to share as well please go ahead yeah yeah sure well that we so iocus for the purpose of this I chose product that we have we're talking about accessible on boarding user soard is like Dam it's like so I think if I was kind of go through your uh Advantage I think the the better M part about it is um really it's the stability and frequency of pockets you have and reliability that we have that's function of us being here for a long time and U just show um but I think you know how we increase our product Market I think it could be also about being more visible to another another section of users who could be like could be when you know it's really close um and I think that's uh compati by how your um I think that that fit be the need to verify check and to see all your transs are performing or you know and I think in some ways we do that because in the in our to we have notifi Poss um but I think that's something that we can do better maybe it's understanding that that you know being able to see the transaction to more tou right um how easy is it to use your um yeah I think it's I think this it's quite easy for them to start appear um I think the the part is getting both sides to to adopt each other you know have the wallets get the Swit on the wallets the wallets may not able to reach so maybe cep um and uh yese maybe the the is the us then I yeah I think there something that we also trying to figure out because I think people use it and then they there other options out there and then they they go to re it and they and and kind of boomering to but I think that it's not clear from the on maybe there something that we can be obvious it's amazing yeah thank you for sharing well yeah thank you thank you thank you uh I'll come back to you cuz I I know and and second is a f EV because foration you can use for all the EV uh EV chain and but with the APC you can use for all kind of uh M chain BTC or other so for comp I mean it's pretty easy because uh if you want to have account you can use like ke if if you Goa Lo to contact your your own share so there are many ways you can do this uh just like the web user do so the solution is I think we have like just like but two so yeah and so for the child I think it's easy to un or UNR because for you can have a master so uh the way you can try something some air like you can give 10 then help and for I mean just like uh you use the social network or you can as SDK or get that's great yeah thanks no I love it I I think we're all sort of working on the the sort of interface to web 3 and sort of trying
