[Music] my name is Christian aralo I've been a software engineer for three years I've been doing blockchain for two years ER well I'mma start telling you about a bit about um rootstock uh rootstock is the first Bitcoins ER H well bitcoin's first and longest standing side chain uh the value that b Co that rootstock proposes is that is the first uh fully evm compatible um side chain with Bitcoin allowing Builders H with the H with the uh allowing I'm sorry the developers can also position we have a merged mining uh like technology in which like you use a Best of Both Worlds Bitcoin and ethereum uh we also allow developers to use uh the same uh solidity tools and libraries as I already said before the ones you came uh sharing Bitcoin and ethereum like benefits and uh we also host a variety of DS and protocols uh in rootstock so uh it is designed to combine the security and store value of Bitcoin with the compatibility of H and program programmability of ethereum uh so what makes rootstock outstanding so these are some uh uh stats that we have um we've had uh 50% Bitcoin merch mining hash rate uh average uh the average uh block time H is 28 seconds dropping to 5 Seconds H with micropeg that is um tool that is currently being worked on uh we have uh more than 125 protocols and partners live 85 million USD Bitcoin locked in two-way p and we also have 272 million USD native total value locked in D5 so these are uh some of the stats uh well work are uh the security we have uh well the one of the most secure uh Networks er uh we have a sort of value uh from Smart Bitcoin well the PE our PE native token and uh the compatibility with all the standards from ethereum uh like erc20 erc721 ERC 777 ERC 1155 and ERC 4626 and also the scalability as I told you before the microp power that's being work that is going to low our average time to 5 Seconds currently 28 seconds um thing thing like us build like us uh join our growing ecosystem of Partners we have a like I no I'm going to tell you about the grounds later but uh we some of the uh tools that we also have in um rootstock uh are uh JavaScript R wagi some very popular tools that you also can use like in other chains like the transition to developing on rootstock is seamless and um also we have H some interesting partners that we've uh linked with that's like third web uh like it has many services that are very useful ether spot gelada tenderly uh these are some of the uh well Main uh companies or protocols that we have on the rootstock ecosystem building on bitcoin we have defi platforms like Sovereign tropicus uh stable coins money on chain uh also refund chain uh wallets global global exchanges uh onof you should really uh think in applying to our um er grants we have three like 3 million USD um on and grants H created to grow and support the rootstock well builders in general Bangkok we have two main price tracks uh the best defi app on rootstock that's uh $5,500 a demonstration of how you can deploy a smart contract using uh well in rootstock blockchain here I have uh like a resource to our RPC API uh I'm going to be using uh REM for this time so let me just look for it construct wizard uh okay we're going to have a token this is like arbitrary you can choose whatever you want uh and I'm going to copy well I'm so uh here we have an erc20 like common token we're going to compile the contract we see already compiled and um one uh important thing uh test net added to your metamask you can use our RPC API or Alchemy okay uh let's say the initial owner is my own address and uh let's say uh deploy I'm sorry I am the deploying in Cancun I'm going to use use uh the injected provider so here we have teamed up with uh Alchemy and we well well they offer um also rpcs uh to like the connect to our blockchains uh also you can use uh one of our um really useful resources that's the RPC API from root you can uh create an account here uh and you you'll get a private RPC uh like uh end point H that you can uh like point to and I think we already have the our contract deployed in here and yeah um we're going to check on it on the Explorer and this is our contract uh as we saw well in remix uh we it is called uh I'm sorry yeah it is called E I'm sorry we're gonna let me see if this is the contract that we deploy okay yeah it is good okay yeah I think it is the one that we deployed ready like two minutes ago yeah okay so this is uh mainly how you can deploy a contract on um the root stock blockchain you can also use uh tools like heart and Foundry and they will work uh the same and uh let's go back to the and thank you so much for this head to our stand and we'll be more than happy to help you with that and that's it [Music]
