[Music] GM GM, welcome everyone. Thank you for joining the Botcam welcome so early. Okay, while we wait for the rest, let's give some pointers. Today we begin the search with the synchronous parts, the training part in which you will be able to interact with the speakers, listen to the experts, especially with all the topics that we have already been seeing, the entire agenda that we have and we are going to have many challenges in which each one will explain each of them in their respective session. So, uh, first of all, thank you very much.

Okay, now we're going to listen to some of our guests , but above all, we'll also try to clear up any doubts you may have regarding registration and other matters. We'll see it at the end. So, to have a better order of the agenda. Uh, for that I'm going to share a little bit about what the bootcan is. Many of you here have already seen what we're really trying to accomplish with all these activities, precisely with a view to the upcoming activities we have, such as the hackathon and of course the Death Connect in November.

And we are already beginning this training path, this educational path in which we want to accompany each of you so that you can grasp these concepts and not only that, but also transform them into an idea and of course into a project that will be beneficial to you and that can continue to mature this great technology such as blockchain, such as Ethereum and, of course, many more technologies that each of you can encompass. So, I'd like to introduce Ethereum Lima. This organization has actually been around for a few years, since its founding in 2022 by Adolfo Morán. What it sought, and continues to seek, is to transform and unite a large technology community, especially in blockchain, so that they can continue to educate themselves. And from there, what has been sought is to offer free training; in fact, every training we have is free.

Some have been in person, others virtual, as we have been having precisely during this season. And of course, many more communities have been sought out and adopted. We have seen that not only are there communities that have been born and developed over the years , but there are also student communities that are already coming together precisely with our PQI route activities. Visiting some universities, we have realized that there is real interest from builders, developers, and programmers who want to start creating products, and of course, in addition to that, there are people from various fields who also want to adopt this Ethereum blockchain technology for these projects. That's why we're interested in each and every one of you to propose this bootcamp so that you can have this knowledge at hand, together with our allies in Ethereum in Lima.

And of course, as we already announced in our group chats, this won't be the only opportunity, but there will be many more. And what we're really aiming for is that you can participate in this great body of knowledge and receive certification each time you complete an activity. Uh, it could be this year, next year, and so on, that you can continue a career within it, right? Good. Well, more are joining, welcome GM GM, to those who are joining.

As I mentioned, Ethereum Lima has been around for a few years now, since 2022, and since then a great team has been forming that has been developing great activities, and currently we have a team that are the coordinators, who happen to be the ones who are managing the parts of the activities with all the events that you have been able to see so far , right? With the celebration of Ethereum's 10th anniversary, with the PUCI route, various events that have already been taking place in various communities, and so, of course, well, I present to you myself, Javier Arteaga, in charge of the education area, right? Brian Becerra, who you'll see quite a bit in the communications area, in the digital area, social media, precisely where we connect, manages a large part of that community. María Teresa, or better known as Mate, of course, is in charge of public relations and is precisely the person who handles relations with various communities, various allies, and of course, if we ever manage to form an alliance with one of your communities, you'll see Mate quite involved in that process. And of course the great Cris Valladares, whom I'm sure most people know, since she oversees the operational side and she really connects with and empowers the team to carry out each activity.

We have already seen their efficient organization, just in the last hackathon we had collaborating with the great community of Argentina for the hackathon that was at the end of August and it was a great success at the Latin American level, right? that we were able to connect with great communities, with great builders, with great mentors too, just as we will have for the Jacatón in October, at the end of October. Okay, and we just got a new layer which is porting. I'm sure many of you already know him, but for those who don't, let me introduce him. Uh, of course, we have the big blit, the finance and training part.

To the great Arturo Mena who oversees the technological aspects and, above all, provides support for all the knowledge that is currently available, right?, in the Ethereum and blockchain areas; we will see him quite a bit in the training aspect as well. In past editions we have offered free, in-person Solidity courses. So, he is one of the main professors we have at Etio Lima and he will continue to provide this training in the future in various places such as universities and institutes, right? The great Cris Valladares, of course, who oversees all the operational aspects, as we mentioned.

And here we have right at the bottom, at the bottom, the great Adolfo, who is the founder and who continues to be part of the team, now handling the legal side of the entire organization, and the great Cosmiki, actually looking at the public relations side of Ethereum Lima, at the national and international level, right? And of course, we can't fail to mention the great Yamil Celis, who has been managing all the programs internationally and is precisely the driving force behind these great changes, this great organization, and in every event, in every experience we have, such as at the Ethereum Lima Day, the great concept has come precisely from her and from the team she manages in her community, Mercurio Legacy. So, these are part of the team that we have been managing each activity, as I can mention. And well, uh again GMGM, to the new ones who are joining, thank you very much for joining. Having just mentioned a little about the team, and to get down to business I want to mention the agenda we have today.

Today we have a busy agenda to start, which includes the welcome to the bootcamp. This is precisely the first video that you will see, not only on the platform where each of you has already registered, but also at the end of the day we will upload each video to our YouTube channel so that you can review these concepts and, of course, any interested audience can watch and follow along in the same way that each of you is interested. Also, at 11 we'll have the first session with an introduction to blockchain by the great Gian Alarcom, who will be here in a few moments to tell us a little about himself and his community, of course, and of course about Quantum Trs, right? At 3 pm we begin the afternoon sessions, starting right at that time, watching the Ethereum and Arbitrum One part with the great CL, who is the Arbitrum ambassador in Mexico. And at 5 pm we're also going to look at another great aspect, as I mentioned in the initial sessions, which is Starnek and Cairo, of course, they have an intra Bitcoin, Ethereum, L2 and of course purely Cairo language, right?

With the great Javier Montes, who is a blockchain engineer. So, this is the agenda for today. I would also like to mention and remind you that the dynamic is to manage the sessions as full days on weekends. Today it will only be this Saturday and then we will have other sessions next Saturday and Sunday so that you can have this knowledge at hand and be able to develop the great challenges that will be presented by each speaker. Similarly, you will find these challenges within the Discord server and the platform so that you can have the links ready at hand and , of course, solve them and ultimately propose an idea, which is precisely the objective of the bootcamp.

The training aspect, of course, we cannot fail to introduce our partners precisely for this purpose of continuing to train, to continue cultivating these trainings, these concepts that are really needed so that you can carry out a project. We have Arbitrum, Starnet and Scroll as our main allies, of course. And also in addition to Quantum Tabs as director, I mentioned Grand Y, we have SK For Star and De Pack, and we have already started the first training sessions, seeing the video part, the asynchronous part on their part, and the activities and tasks that have already been proposed. Likewise, we're going to continue seeing some more of their tasks, and you'll be able to see them on the platform. And for that, before continuing with a bit of what we have today, I would like to invite the Quantum team if they happen to be around.

Hi how are things? Yes, Javier, can you hear me? Yes, yes. One minute. Ah, yes, yes.

Let me know if you can hear it. Let's see. Yes, we can hear you. If you want to present, or... Yes, give me a minute, I'm going to turn on my camera here.

Okay. [Music] My camera is visible. Yes. Hello. Hello.

Yes, we see you, we hear you well. Hi how are things? Nothing, hello everyone out there. Ah, thank you for being here today. Well, my name is Jan Alarcón, I'm from Quantum Trelabs, we're a laboratory, right?

Or, to put it another way, a company, a business, that we've been in the blockchain world for more than 3 years. I am from Peru, I have the founders, we are from Peru. Ah, but our team is quite globalized. We primarily conduct operations in Asia. We are from China, Malaysia, Vietnam, Singapore.

Ah, some of our teammates are in Europe, others in Latin America, Peru. And well, I'm super happy to be here, to be part of the putcom, both me and Javier Montes, whose name you may have seen, and Javier Naday, who is another speaker, and we'll be supporting the bootcam part, whether it's for Starnet or for Arbitron Stylus. And well, welcome everyone and we look forward to your participation and feedback during these sessions. Yes, thank you very much, Jan. Actually, we do have great speakers from both Quantum and Starnec.

And we're going to see that these sessions will take you from the introduction to the advanced part, and of course we're going to see great tools that the speakers will offer, and we really hope that you can take advantage of them, since they are tools that you will have at your disposal that are not normally openly available , but we hope you will have this great opportunity, and they are sharing them in the chat so that you can learn a little more about the community. Of course, we will continue to share, and in each activity, in each session, you will have access to each platform. Of course, uh, excuse me, I think someone has their microphone on, please. Ready. Thank you.

Okay, to continue anyway, I wouldn't want to fail to mention that we actually have great allies who are not only what we can see here, but also a large part of the activities we handle, and they are always behind them, right? Looking at the communication aspect, looking at the design aspect. As we already mentioned, Yanilet in our elite manages a community called Mercurio Legacy, which focuses on the experience and design aspects, and we can also mention another community called Tritomorphosis, which focuses on the multimedia aspect, led by the great Mirel Mirira. Okay, GM, GM, to those who are joining, thank you very much. And as we already mentioned, there are great topics to see.

Today we're going to see the intro part, as you've seen. Actually, we hope you can all stay connected, as it's really necessary to watch the first few sessions so you can keep up regularly and it might make it a little easier to finish the challenges. We 've already seen the blockchain part, the Solity part, and the video part. Now we're going to go straight into the Arbitrum and Starnetmente part with today's sessions. On the other days we will also have different sessions from Quantum, Starnek, Scapul and of course there is one more ally that we haven't mentioned yet, but who has joined, as you could see in the previous slide, this bootcan which is Scroll, and we will give you the sessions that he will provide, but who are quite interested in continuing to share with the community.

unity with you in your knowledge and that you too can continue developing a project. And not only that, giving you another scoop, they're not only going to have it in the bootcam, but also in the Hakatam, where they're going to offer several bounties, several prizes according to the challenges they're going to set and that you can solve. Our community is opening up nationally and internationally so that you can have these opportunities. And in the projects section, as I initially mentioned, it is very necessary that you complement each piece of knowledge, each skill that you acquire with the training component in order to carry out your initial idea into a final prototype that does not necessarily, as we mentioned, have to be functional, but rather demonstrable and coherent so that your knowledge can truly be reflected in something real. So, by the way, we have sessions on UX, MVP, and a bit of B-coding where you can take advantage of quickly implementing these ideas, creating a prototype, and validating it within the time we have.

While it is true, the bootcam ends on October 20th. Uh, we have this knowledge, uh, for several months actually for each of you, so that we can actually follow up with each of you as a community. Also, by the way, this won't be the only bootcan directed by both Arbitro, Starnet or Scr. So, the goal is for you to really be able to start a journey and continue to develop the idea you have. Dates, of course, we've already completed the first week.

Each one has had the opportunity to solve their questionnaires and challenges on the platform. We had an initial welcome session where we were able to answer questions that they had, and during the first week we also covered the registration process for the platform. This week we started quite intensively with the Arbitr Starnet Jet Scroll sessions and, of course, projects. We'll have some special mentors who will be mentioned internally. And of course, 2021 is graduation and the awarding of certificates, which is precisely the objective of having enrolled in the bootcamp in real time.

Well, now that our new partner Scroll is joining us, we suggest that you maintain a certain order in each part of your training, both Arbitr Starnet and Scroll. I think it would be good if you could have an idea, have these videos on hand, so that you can ultimately formulate this prototype, which is being asked as the final objective, and take advantage of each line of the project. It's worth mentioning that every training session, every resource is provided free of charge by Bootcam, and of course, it's forever. So we'll be providing information on how the certification process works. Again, class attendance is very important; it will be evaluated and verified, of course.

Also, the presentation of a pitch without a prototype at the end of the graduation ceremony will allow us to review and verify that you have truly had the desire, the will, and above all, the imagination to bring this knowledge to life in something tangible. Lastly, the virtual campus is already up and running; the second week section has already been enabled . As soon as each session ends, we will upload the sessions first to the platform and then to YouTube for the general public. So, since you are enrolled in the bootc, you will have the privilege of having at hand, first of all, the sessions and, of course, the resources that will be available in each session. Incidentally, I also open up the opportunity for each of you to interact in the forum.

In the first questionnaire, we already had a section where you were able to ask a question in the forum, and of course we have great mentors who will give you answers not only on Discord, but also in each session. This will also help you to get a closer look at what we're really trying to achieve in the bootcamp exercise, but also in the Ethereum training exercise, so you can have training at hand, something personalized. And well, just to finish up, uh, with this we end and close. Similarly, in the rest of the session we will have the question session, but on a personal basis to continue. So, to all of you, this is really a journey, the beginning of a journey that doesn't just end on October 21st, as I mentioned, but a journey that we can have for months so that you can carry out many ideas, not only the idea that you will formulate here, but also during the bootc, during the hacato, during various events, not only national, but also international, and it is my pleasure to mention that we not only have people from Peru here, but also people from Mexico, Bolivia, Guatemala.

Thank you so much for being here, and thank you to the whole team that makes this possible. Finally, our hackathon was officially launched on social media last Wednesday. So, I want to mention that you can register now. In fact, the guidelines are already available so you can start reviewing them now and start assembling your teams so you can register. And we'll have the sponsors and partners you've seen at this bootcamp.

So that concludes the welcome portion. I am truly very grateful. These are also points we have seen, but they are also very necessary points to review and that we will see later on. Yeah.
