hi my name is Victoria ad I'm a f hi everyone my name is um I was a full hello my is I am a font developer with a bit of learning experiences in the we space hi my name is mar from Nairobi Kenya I am a recent graduate of ALS and a background of data analytics hello everyone my name is man I'm hello my name is everyone my name is I'm a FR developer my name is I'm a computer scien and developer bed out of state basically to build products to build F products right have a number of ideas some that have started some I haven't web basically offers a decentralized and more secure platform compared to web I want to Lear how to decentralized appli I wanted to transition from build STS full STS those are calized issues have been in the space for a while is a community contribut def Trad something like that but I want to have more value in Sp so being a developer isue today come to understand that in this space other skills are quite transpiring and um I believe with my knowledge of fun I can also build awesome applications leveraging of the Technologies available three SP is something that I really like like is like part of my life something I enoy some not me get in the morning this something myself understand even though you're there you're not there I know how to go about it myself and everybody in my understands so that's why came to Lear more people I to let know and there job apart from working hard I want to Lage online con and um Technologies you know that comes with we you know decentralization um massive security because you know we can all agree that um we threee enhances more security comped to what we have Curr to so um speaking about security um I am more interested into Call engineering engineering part of the blockchain because um yeah even though there is security blockchain that doesn't guarantee 100% security um so I have a same same people from the states so I I have a goal of um making um it very secure even on the um Z blockchain not really young but all the blockchain networks all right so one of the reasons why I wanted to come into fre space because there a lot of ideas and Innovations are yet to come into light so one of the reasons why I'm here is to bring those ideas things to light so I heard about we three brige from my mentor he's also an alumni for this program so he told me about we tree and how the things that can benefit from it and how he it has fre he helped him I get to know about prage from um two of my M uh who were once um members of the before so I about from a friend and my to work then was doing the same thing so this he about after he came to this Tre this and the name was name is joh so he told me he gave me the the this thing I sign off I got to he about web three Bridge from good friend who invited me to the web three Legos conference in um 2022 he was a speaker at conference so that I got to know with from ladies they were offering a scholarship for people to come here so yeah they sent me the link and app I about Bri from some of my mentors a lot of them organized by Niger well just one of the best some of the best developers developers and why not go for people that know what they do and they can first I found through Mr I found um he was in conference back and um I've been calling ever the entrance it was it was good the quiz was very good actually it was very good it was it so the time was enough and the task was not so demanding um the interview was smooth right I think the only part of the whole process that I didn't really like was the fact that I wasn't sure if I was going to get or not until you know much early into this year I was super happy super excited that I eventually got the experience about getting into was not so T but I test so to the inter process I was I was get I wasy I and also a bit intense because I I as a lot of questions from Prim of the program and then lot of vorous questions I interview which I'm so happy to be it well to be honest yes I felt I have a bit of mixed feelings because already going into the new year I had plans two actually which is one of them and the first plan actually came to first I was already plan that and then came second was the best option for me so that's why I chose the application process was easier than I thought but yeah it was easier than I thought and when I got the news about the acceptance I was surprised I did not expect to accepted because I was competing with world class developers and I was right but I think it was quite it took me a year to get to cuz I applied for and I missed out on very important information then for Port nine I I didn't pass my assessment test but I was opportuned to get into to advance which prepared me for where I am today on the 31st of December 2023 when I got with me the first thing I did was to switch off to put my phone on airplane modes cuz he felt is this real is this a joke or some franking again I turn on my phone again when it was first of january2 and I saw the second me for coming outside and I was so excited the exam came I took it the interview was very very okay so the one problem I had there was me every like this I'll be checking my phone to see message enter my grand complain that I was not e i wasi on new first first me I receiv the that F so I was very happy I my going you know this is what I wanted to do well it wasn't so intense I would say because um I PR to the knowledge I have on two SP um that g me more grounds to you um do my best to make sure that I get the test all done set when I got chosen well um I w't say I was super excited um I just have a feeling that hey man you're on track you know so you have you have a goal to achieve you know so that is the thinging I have my experience in the program was really was smooth so the assessments went well the interview process was was also really good went well so one of the the packs I don't like like was it really you know was the the waiting period like when I need to like wait before I got the accept it wasn't I didn't like it because I was like did I get get you know all this kind of yeah okay so when I was when I finally got that I was so really I was so excited I was like oh my God some come to leg to come todge just I was so excited because I know that I'm going to be achieve a lot I'm going to get a lot of um projects really contribut to this space and I was really excited um build the community of like have have the skill set to build three products basically and also gain all valuable knowledge required to be blockchain developer well to be one of the best um blockchain developers that he produced to be able to return to the worldall even after I've learned because it's not about what I've learned about what I can Okay so by the end of 16 weeks I engage to be one as the in building decentralizations at the end of 16 weeks I expect to be a one to developer I expect to be a valuable person in the space and have a valuable network of my classmate years so yeah it's going to be a good life then for the 16 weeks of um learning in the three brid I look forward to having a solid understanding of the space and the technology in it I also see as an opportunity for me to network and collaborate with likeminded people in this space because there are really awesome people in I then I also want to make money lot of money after this 16 weeks I believe that my name will be on number after I don't this my own app website app for good to help people solve different kind of problem so I'll be your number one my expectations before or at the end of the program was um you know to achieve my goal which is um provide solutions to the community at large you know and also uh maintain my relevance as well in the tech ecosystem in general so I expect to be an expert iny space and also get a job because I have a lot of ideas a lot of um things I think about that can really help in the community so I just want to put all those ideas into life and bring all those ideas to you so those are the things I hope to achieve I hopefully get a job as a we developer because yeah regardless it's turn to need that space to put all those ideas into life so is that one of the things I want to achieve and I also want to say thank you to the sponsors and also you guys are amazing what you guys are doing though it's it's it's matter so thank you
