Ethereum Malaysia·Mon, Oct 9, 2023, 12:00 AM
Rust has been a popular language in recent years and we have seen Rust slowly being adopted across the blockchain ecosystem. We are honoured to have Astar come and share with us an introduction to ink! (a Rust-based smart contract language used frequently in the Polkadot ecosystem) and Wasm. They will also be sharing about an Astar Ambassador Program - you wouldn't want to miss this one for sure!

yep I think we are good to go okay uh first of all my name is toga and I would like to thank you uh the team from ethkl for giving us this opportunity to present about esta in and wazam and uh it is a privilege to be here on a Saturday afternoon the weather is quite nice here in Malaysia by the way I'm from Malaysia I'm a Malaysian and I'm living in ampang so I believe it is not so far away from uh most of you so if any time you want to meet me I'm always available to meet yeah so uh some background about myself and in real life I'm a mechanical engineer I work in the welding industry and crypto is a blockchain is a passion of mine so I found about esta back in uh 2020 in the peak of kovit and then so and then I was a very active Community member and I became an ambassador and now I'm part of a team and I I started a few uh interesting initiatives which I would like to share share with you yeah so uh okay so let's start about the introduction about esta yeah so what is Esther Esther is an L1 blockchain and that is connected to polka dot as you can see on this diagram we are parachain on polka dot and then being a parachain itself we inherit the sorry please this share the full screen is still not a presenter mode okay uh where is my screen cool yeah so uh being a parrot chain on polka dot uh we inherit the security and interoperability features so at the same time we are connected to all other chains using uh any existing breaches like seller multi-chain and uh probably you know some other beaches in the future and then we support the both evm and web assembly virtual machine yeah so some of the statistics that we can see on chain and off chain we esta was launched in January this year sheden which is our Canary Network Canary here means like an experimental Network we actually where we actually test our features before we push it on Asda was launched on 30th August last year and then we received the most web free Foundation grants a total of seven yeah and during uh our early development stage we organized an event called lock drop where community members can actually commit to lock the ethereum for like 30 days 60 100 days or even 1000 days to earn tokens yeah so we have this ethics uh in our team that we do not want to actually raise money from retail investors to so that's how we actually built our early community members yeah so uh we are well funded uh we we raised about 30 million from uh private investors and we have a Runway up to I think uh five years so we can survive the bear Market so as of today we have over 400 000 voters and then over 6 million transaction tvl about the 200 million and then 40 of the supply uh stake and we have over 18 000 active stakes and 28 000 monthly active users on our evm site yeah so that wasn't site is not live yet on esta it's already live on shaded yeah so the products that we have now is the multi-virtual machine so I think this is uh esta is the only one that has this feature where we have both evm and web assembly and we are also uh planning to add layer 2 on on our Network so this is uh you know lay two is good for like gaming and then gambling and stuff like that so uh I think it is a good addition to have and we have one of the major uh products that we have is Step staking so I will speak about it later and we also have Bridges connecting to other chains so what is depth staking depth staking is the mechanism to incentivize depth developers yeah so native token holders like myself and to Guru or whoever post token can actually nominate on that and the developers can earn block rewards yeah so uh this is quite interesting because uh as you can see in this screen uh it's like white listed depth that is whitelisted through governance you can actually get listed on the uh that store okay it's just like a Google Play Store App Store so you get listed and then community members token holders can stake on you that right and then you can see the number of tokens being nominated on each of these steps and then the more tokens being nominated nominated on your that the higher you're earnings so it is actually a good way to uh for depth level developers to actually earn some uh income to actually pay for the expenses infrastructures and then you know for marketing and stuff like that yeah so and then the other product that uh is quite new to us is across virtual machine so with this cross virtual machine you know uh evm and wasn't can interact with each other so it is still at a very early stage but we did a demo at the sample event in Lisbon last week so we what we did was we actually transferred tokens from evm to awesome yeah so I mean the use case can be you know it's like uh when you have when you have uh when let's say you have an nft which can be used as uh you know as uh as an agency in your metaverse so you know it is it is good if this energy can be brought into another metabus which is built on another virtual machine so it's like uh right now what we have on esta is of course mice metaverse I have an outfit that I can wear but one day somebody else is building a metaverse which is on wasn't but I can bring this jersey to that metabus and put it on there so I mean it's it is an interesting feature that the uh we are very proud of yeah so uh okay uh building on Esther so uh I started this Initiative for space lab Circle so uh it is actually governed by uh committee members and then you know when you join this program uh a few of us about eight or ten of us company members can actually provide you the support with that you need and then you can be technical or marketing or you know social engagement Community engagement and we do also provide grants for uh wasn't projects yeah and we can also uh get you into uh depth staking yeah so if you're looking at this please uh scan this uh barcode and then bookmark everything and then you can always contact me on telegram or you know on Ethan group foreign so uh this is not the other thing that I would like to present here today which is the technical ambassador program I'm also the one who actually founded this initiative the reason why I I started this is because ing is still at a very early station this initiative can be a good one to actually bootstrap uh the being developers okay so and then what you do here is you learned you share and you earn okay but it is a self-learning there's no teacher in this program so you just have to learn but you are learning in a group you'll be placed in a group with all other ambassadors and then it's easier it's a lot easier to learn when you have friends to learn with right so you can ask them questions you can share what you learn and you can you can share problems and then somebody will always be there to actually help you because there's somebody who is ahead of you yeah and then through this program I expect the participants to actually build their reputation because you are actually constantly being monitored by our community members so whatever you learn whatever you share the whole public and yeah so it is a good way to actually build your reputation as a potential businessman because after all it's all a business you build a debt you build anything it's all business it's about it's all about getting users and then you know building it to like one billion market cap so it is a good start yeah and depending on the uh what you want to build on or what you can build you may receive a grant from uh she didn't know right and from here I expect the audience to be students right for so for a start I can I can say that you'll be earning depending on what you learn and what you shared on your contribution uh you may be able to learn earn between hundred to five hundred dollars a month yeah so so please do scan this and then you can find all the information on the website and please there's a form at the bottom of the website and you can fill in the form and I will call you for an interview so and then we are also always constantly hiring we hire developers we hire marketeers and then Community managers and stuff like that so if you think you have the talent and please uh go to the website by scanning this QR code and then please do apply yeah so uh that's all from me today if you have any question feel free to ask now yeah uh thanks yeah for anyone if any question regarding a star or what toga discussions now do you draw a question or if you can just turn your mind any question if any um and yeah I think it's pretty cool by the way right I think there are a few things that I think a video you can get the links there are a few QR codes that you provided you'll be I do probably you can share the links in the in the chat or in a group later um and yeah like for example the the grand for wasn't projects and also like uh the technical ambassador program and also the space lab thing yeah the QR yes sure I will share now the chat later when uh Guru is taking the screen yeah yeah sure no problem okay so if there's any question while I'm still here please uh raise your question on the chat and I will try to answer yeah yeah anyone can draw a question or if you're coming in cool yeah so yeah first yeah all right sure yeah yeah let's go all right so uh everybody says screen for free uh so today's another main topic is about ink and Watson and the reason is that because as toga mentioned a lot of blockchains these days have evm which is ethereum based and which is obviously cool as we are hosted by etia hkl but also we have another option which we believe is really the feature of the blockchain uh so uh let me a little bit introduce about myself first so I'm suguru from HJ coaching and I work in a business development team with toga and some other people and uh the you know the work I do is you know obviously Business Development uh you know helping jobs coming to Easter a lot of things but one of the thing is uh kind of develop relation meaning I organize hackson uh I work uh some technical Workshop so these kind of things are what I also love to do and I also myself studied engineering and computer science at my University so I was once uh engineer myself as well although it was not in a blockchain space but I also allowed to code and build a lot of stuff so if I'm you know business development person but I also love engineering anyways so what I will cover today is uh you know the problem what evm has right now and uh why a web assembly is better and also specifically about Inc and also a little bit about the future roadmap about what's ahead of us in terms of was an Easter and obviously after this I will do a demo of roughly 15 minutes about deploying it was an ink smudge contract on a Easter Testament all right so the problem is uh well basically a lot of innovation on depths are really lacking of fresh ideas uh it is also because of the nature of ethereum based virtual machine where you know you can basically copy and paste the code from existing adapts on uh say 30 you know ethereum blockchain to uh you know uh binance binance chain or other you know blockchain which are based on ethereum think of uniswap uh you know a lot of application so we're basically lacking fresh ideas because all users sometimes a copy and paste and also I think more fundamental problem is actually difficulty regarding employment complex logic in smart contract because the constraint there is in ethereal virtual machine call stack and obviously that leads to another issue which is a performance which is obviously because of the use of 60 256 bit and uh so it is you know not uh the best way in terms of performance and uh also uh you know uh limitation on the expandability of ABM with the other languages and um you know Estonian virtual machine is pretty good in terms of uh you know doing a lot of things but at the same time uh you know it's not like the best into one thing such as performance or other stuff so I think it's more like generalized uh uh generalized uh virtual machine and also it a VM because of the way how it's compiled it's obviously relying on a pre-compiled uh pre-compile contract so uh obviously these are issues uh which are uh you know we think can be improved but obviously it's not like that bad obviously it's great so uh ethereum uh virtual machine supports solidity which solidity is obviously the uh you know most commonly used language I would say uh for a smart contracts to developers uh developed by the co-founder with 30 of giving out right and uh you know obviously uh so it's you know user friendly uh developer friendly you can find a lot of research about solidity and stack Overflow Forum Reddit anywhere you can ask any question that's pretty awesome right I you know I can search up any question and obviously mature ecosystem for developers as I mentioned and also mature ecosystem for users as well because there are a lot of dabs already and obviously easier to learn compared to rust which we'll introduce today which is what the ink language is based on so you know solidity which is pretty similar to let's say JavaScript or typescript so you can easily Master a solidity which I think really awesome uh so yeah we are saying we uh you know supporting wasn't but we still support the event so as toga mentioned we basically support two virtual machines wasn't an AVM and that's the whole point because we see the benefit of using evm but also we see the benefit of using one soon so what's good about wasn't well uh it is designed as a portable completion Target for programming language uh basically the benefit uh is uh first of all white wide language support so today I'll introduce Inc language which is obviously uh based on Rust and uh you know works on Watson but also we have other language called ask ask is like a kind of uh typescript or JavaScript language so um you know in the end web assembly was can support a lot of language uh and just like web language and also it is is good in terms of performance at a high portability because of the way it is compiled uh it is much faster just like uh you know C or rust is faster than JavaScript uh so that's also a good thing comparison to evm based language and also it is memory safe and executed within a sandboxed environment well basically memory safe is another important thing if you think about security because um solidity is easier to write which I love myself but at the same time it sometimes exposed a little bit of a you know risks for hacking uh you know you you ask for auditing uh obviously but you know still there is some risk if especially you are a newcomers so that that's kind of the things we can uh you know fixed by uh what's the web assembly smart contract but also uh you know uh blockchains industry itself are moving toward webassembly-based smart contract in some way if uh you could get not a state but also uh uh you know Serana which is unfortunately not doing good these days but uh you know Serana supports them and also near uh you know other projects also started to adapt webassembly as well and um uh the yeah and also important thing is supported by various Industries leaders so uh Google support webassembly uh you know a lot of companies traditional companies because it can be also used in a web browser for example so there are a lot of also resources as well and uh yeah so simply because of this we see the huge potential for the future of the blockchain uh also internet uh web 2 web 3 and uh a little bit about tech stack so this is how uh you know webassembly smart contract Tech stack uh kind of constructed of so this substrate which is kind of the framework which is developed by uh polkata um uh polkador and so it's like kind of basis where uh most of our blockchain import auto chains in polka dot use and obviously we age to adapt the basis from substrate and then there's a smart contract engine which is a pilot construct so it's a it's a uh yeah it's like you can literally think of uh engine for smart contract and then there's edsl which is uh like kind of specified uh specific language used for specified purpose in this case a smart contract and we have ink which our briefly explain later but also ask as I mentioned which is assembly script which is a little bit similar to a JavaScript and a typescript and we can have even more options in the future as the development expands more and the standard we have is called the polkada standard proposal which is called PSP PSPs and it's think of it as a ERC in ethereum so you have a standard for erc20 for example and obviously that's uh you know ERC a common token standard and there's ERC 721 for example right and then we have similarly standard for token nfts P which is called PSP 22 and PSP 34 and we have more but it's just think of as a ERC which you have on ethereum but we have our own standard um so yeah let's let me talk briefly about Inc so Inc basically gives a structure to use rust in a smart contract ink Target contract as we explained in a previous slide and it is easier for veterans and newcomers to begin creating smart contracts without delay if they understand rust what I mean by that is uh you know solidity is more of specific to blockchain uh which is also cool but rust is obviously used in already web applications not necessarily web free but using web 2 applications right so uh if you are able to developers who are working on us it's obviously a lot easier to move into a blockchain space if blockchain adapt web assembly such as a rust based Inc and also ink level lenses rust and rust is also a language that is mature and it has a huge community in some way because um because solidity if we look at the origin it started in 2015 I believe and uh last hats are obviously much more history in terms of the the way it has been developed existing tools for rust also work for Inc so just because of the compatibility as I mentioned it's sometimes good if you're moving from rest and uh in case actively developed by parity which is uh you know kind of organization behind polkada which is initially developed by the co-founder of ethereum agavelet so all in all uh we talked about the benefit wasn't and what we see in the future is uh obviously we still keep supporting evm because you know we we also believe evm gives excellent option for users but also we support wasn't and what do we see in the future is uh support multiple languages that can be compiled on tourism so meaning right now we're more focused on ink but also we are right now actually developing the documentation for ask language which is another um another wasn't a compatible language uh which is similar to JavaScript and that's another thing and we can have more uh languages which can be supported or wasn't so that's something we'd like to work on we've been working on and uh right now unfortunately Ester doesn't support wisdom yet so it will be supported next year but right now as toga mentioned our culinary Network she then Network support wasn't environment so that's what uh we are going to bootstrap what's in the environment on shield and network and um yeah so student network is mostly similar to Easter and uh also uh you know use chain extension to extend more features for wasn't adapts and uh obviously extended documentation that's what Ai and the you know other Engineers have been actively working on because as I mentioned uh Inc lacks some documentation compared to solidity so that's something I and also anybody from this community like to contribute to can welcome and uh and uh launching a first real product with the ink on student is another thing and this is going to be actively working on by our business development people Engineers so we'll see this use case pretty soon and creating showcase together with parity and our case to show wasn't power and this is also actually going right now so we'll see some of your skills pretty soon and uh yeah so uh I'll now start the demo of how to actually deploy the uh was a smart contract and uh yeah uh so let me uh start a demo and then after that I have some time for answering questions if that all right so yeah uh so I already created a folder because of time constraint and um uh yeah so I created the folder called demo wasn't December 10th and from here we are going to uh deploy a simple very simple ink wasn't smart contract uh onto onto our test net called Shibuya because testing it is free yeah so uh yeah so right now I create a folder and uh what I want to do first is basically I'd like to create a oh first of all I gotta check if rust is installed so obviously if you haven't installed you have to install and obviously I've installed before because it takes some time so I want to save time so I already installed but if you haven't please do so and uh we also use the package manager called the cargo and cargo is a kind of npm for JavaScript so it's like a packaging manager and I also installed cargo as well but if you haven't please install as well so from here I run cargo contract new uh what will be the name let's say toga all right so this is just a simple name and I created a oh yeah cool there we go all right all right so oh maybe should I do more or it's fine yeah it's fine all right all right great so I created the cargo construct new toga and basically you can type new whatever and uh so you see uh already a very uh simple uh you know uh smart contract basis in Rust is created here so uh you can see it as like similar to solidity uh so we have you know a class name here and um here uh we set a basically storage of our contract and uh basically uh we have uh already the predefined kind of functions uh as you can see uh in Constructor so which is uh Construction And We Set uh initial Boolean value to initial value and then we obviously have a another Constructor here and uh we have uh you know messaging that can be uh called on instantiated contract so basically this one just flip flips the value so if you set it true and then it's going to be false and if you set a false is going to be true just like that and uh and uh also get a function which is uh um uh you know just simply returning a Boolean value of the function uh defined in this construct and obviously as you can see from here it's what just uh uh define basically like what what uh function does and uh basically you can uh uh you know you can use it as kind of API because uh you you know you can just call this function for example get uh if you wanna if you wanna have uh you know some more uh stuffs to be called and let me add some functions actually because uh it's kind of boring so let me add some functions for example let's do this public function and get uh toga and so this is Alpha because uh it's like you you do it Alpha in C language for example it's similar to that um and uh we return uh 32 bases and then uh it's simply returning uh some numbers so let's say one two three four five six nine eight uh nine zero yeah so it's it's just uh like returning uh some numbers uh it's just a simple testing of API and also I'd like to add uh sharp ink uh uh message yeah so I Define its message all right so this this also works kind of API uh if we deploy the smart contract and uh we also uh yeah so you you can't add any other stuff as well and also uh we obviously predefined some testing as well so uh you can also make sure that it it actually works and anyways uh let me let me deploy uh let me compile this smart contract first uh so yeah obviously you can expand this however you like and uh yeah so let me compile this smart contract so first let me save and yeah and so we use cargo package manager and naturally and build let's build uh okay okay uh so yeah I know what's the problem so actually uh so you see cargo.toml which uh basically uh it like defines all the packages and stuff and uh from here uh we set a we set our version to 2.1 previously but uh I believe this should be version three uh you can Google this basically but um basically it's like a new version came out and uh you know sometimes error comes up that kind of stuff so uh you can Google it and you can fix yourself but uh yeah to make sure the version is compatible I'll also change this to uh version version 2. yeah and uh yeah and so yeah basically the version was a version was old so uh then now it should work and uh uh yeah featured you know yeah it's a package compatible version issue so you can fix it if you Google it but basically now it should work uh yeah sometimes it gives to be harder attack when I see a lot of messages it should work all right Hmm this should not work oh okay so oh yeah uh obviously I have to go to the folder so right now I'm here but I have to go to older otoga and then yeah now I have cargo.toml and we have uh construct here so I'll uh I'll build yeah there we go and uh basically this defines uh this build a contract and uh car uh and uh you know our last uh contract already defined here and um we finished the building so from here uh we'll make sure it works in testing so uh cargo process nightly the uh test it's like just similar to how you do it in uh for example npm in JavaScript and then okay now all tests passed uh so uh we do uh axle contract building so finally we'll do cargo nightly contract build all right there we go uh Yeah so basically uh it's building a contract blah blah blah and uh it might take some time but uh I think it should this is the finished probably soon um yeah so what we are going to do next is after this contract is uh deploy uh compiled and we are going to actually deploy this on a test net and uh yeah so now contract was uh a contract was ready as you can see we have togado contract which is called the plus metadata and we have together wasn't which is contract code in binary format a meta data.
json which is a contract metadata uh so where is this well if you look at the yeah so if you look at the uh while this target folder and you can actually see a Target folder has the folder called ink and if you click that uh you will see uh first of all meta dot metadata.json here and uh it's uh oh boy what is the command block anyways it's it's basically has all the uh kind of avi file so obviously you're familiar with API for ethereum solidity uh but just like that we have a bi here so you have types and you have IDs and all the things storage uh everything uh everything is defined here and so we'll use this when we deploy to our test net and talk about our contract this is uh this is a called uh uh coach in uh you know uh binary format and uh yeah so it's pretty long but anyways uh we can see it's compiled and then this one cannot be displayed because of formal issue but basically uh yeah uh yeah so those threes are kind of the files we are going to use when we deployed to our test net and so yeah now because we have everything ready let's Deploy on the test net and for the point on testnet there are several ways of doing it but uh for for today I recommend and we recommend using a uh polkada dot JS which is uh pretty intuitive even if you're a beginner uh do you see web browser right now or you don't yeah we see okay okay so uh you have uh yeah you have access to uh pokemon.js and uh I already set a network to Shibuya test net because uh you know uh Easter requires some gas fee and there should be a network requires some gust fee but I can use uh gospel from the file set so anyways uh yeah so how are we deploying the code from here go to construct and then yeah it's best study as simple as it sounds uh click uh upload deploy the code and uh yeah so I already have some Shibuya token from the file set uh but you can basically use it from our Discord this file set available and uh yeah we first enter a VI uh so it's from uh I think it's somewhere here oh yeah there we go yeah and we have uh toga Inc and then we have metadata.ason so that's avi file we have so we uh you know we have that and now we need to compile the contractor wasn't so for this we have uh together was this is a compiled version of the contract so we have that and then yeah and then we simply click next and yeah uh deployment Constructor yeah you can just leave it as it is and uh you can click deploy and uh uh yeah and basically you can leave this as it is and it's science submit and uh from here you have to I'm just typing password but basically now it's been deploying on our should be a test net and uh yeah let's wait a little bit yeah so uh yeah so it's deployed and uh you can see uh you know uh flip function is is uh here uh so as you can see uh let's go back here yeah we see uh remember predefined flip function here and then get function get toga right and we have all of these here so uh yeah now it's uh deployed here and uh we can read the value as well so let's do this uh okay uh I think it's uh some small issue but basically uh basically you know you get the point uh basically the contract is deployed on Shibuya uh so uh yeah it's it's just it so uh that's uh how you deploy a smart contract wasn't smart contracts don't know should we attach that you can do something similar on XI then if you like uh yeah and uh yeah obviously you can add more functions if you like uh yeah uh but uh but that's very uh brief intro of uh uh you know how to deploy a smart contract on our test net yeah that's that's pretty it yeah cool yeah thanks for the demo and the sharing yeah for anyone if you have any questions feel free to drop it in the comment section um but yeah for me I have a few questions here right I think one question that I have is that um is there a reason that why we need um to transpile basically to compile um into wasm and only deploy wasn't to Smart contract is it because um the smart contract can only support wasn't or evm yeah so yeah that's a very uh that's a very good question and uh yeah the reason is uh so smart contract uh Indian support evm and then watch them so that's kind of the like two two supports we have so basically uh we need a compiler to actually you know make it compatible with the uh you know the you know format we support so basically uh we write in like kind of rust kind of format in Inc but then obviously from there we have to compile uh in a format where uh you know our virtual machine on Shibuya testing uh actually supports so that's uh yeah so that's that's kind of like you know things that we have to do just because of the support we have and uh uh obviously we can support other languages not just Inc but for example ask but uh so today I can't do demo because of time constraint but even if we do so ask we have to do something similar to be compatible with the uh you know executing environment cool cool cool so you mentioned you also support other languages the other language may I know why is it just curious yeah yeah so uh we support ask language which is uh so Inc is more like rust and ask is more like typescript than JavaScript and it's also a language we support and uh we actually actually developing documentation for ask so right now I asked as you can see is a little bit of heavy language I think but ASCII is a little bit more compatible with JavaScript so people love to use that cool yeah excited to see that yeah I think it's pretty cool yeah um yeah anyway anyone you have any question would be to drop by anything uh any question regarding a star regarding in regarding wasam um any questions yeah let's wait for a bit foreign uh hi so this is uh just a general uh question about our Stars so uh cool I think could you elaborate more on the bit to earn uh project and uh like uh what's the general uh purpose what does our staff give in the gaps we're doing like in uh in between uh internal upper breakable blockchains like let's say Cosmos or yeah so for that uh I can't answer but maybe toga has good answer can you repeat your questions again okay so like I'll just want to know like what are stars feeling the gaps right now at the moment so like um I from what I see is like uh it's more focused on build to earn and all that so maybe you could elaborate like uh what pasta is trying to fill the gaps yeah the gaps okay so uh the Gap that I see is that okay so uh so we have built to earn yeah that they can support the the projects that are building on the network which actually a lot of people are trying to do also like but they they use a different approach like Nia is like if you if you if you deploy a contract or near and then uh whichever guest fees that interacting with that contract you get about maybe 20 or 30 percent of that guest fees to your to your account so it is a method of incentivizing the contract developer and uh so the other thing that the we are trying to you know like uh to solve is that because we believe that wasn't is a language is the Smart contract of the future and hence we are supporting both virtual machine and one evm is what a lot of people are using now right and because of that because of these two uh different virtual machine we also invented cross virtual machine so it makes it there is a bridge between these two uh environment where people can actually transition yeah from their own method to the new method that we think will be used widely in the future so this is the gap that we are actually filling up yeah thank you very much yeah yeah also adding to what toga said uh we think that's taking like build two iron is really helping developers because like right now you know right now the market is not too good but like you know sometimes Market is good and the gas fee is too large and like it's so hard to cover the calls for developing the absence test but if we use build to arm basically you deploy the app uh on Easter and you can cover a lot of cost which I think really amazing for developers so that's one thing I really do the support Builder are uh okay let me share my screen my depth staking screen where is it exactly uh is this my screen okay so this is how the depth staking dashboard I believe most of you can see it so let's say I go into a study a study gen is uh it's a project done by one of our old one of our OG so they have like you know it is a dial and then nfts and then they have like three or four thousand committee members so it's like you know the fundraise from the dial from the nft minting which is used to invest in the you know projects building on esta and then the nft holders can get the part of the investment and stuff like that so but it was the first Tower and if you can see the total nomination is about I think 1.5 1.
5 percent of the total Supply so it uh from the statistics that I've heard over the last uh three months they've earned like 1 million esta that is forty thousand dollars yeah that it is a good reward if you can build a community and then the community belief in you your community can actually support you and your community once you to earn they will stake on you just like a study Jen so for the last three months they've been earning forty thousand dollars and it is a bad Market situation where the token is 90 down from all time high so imagine if it is a bull market you're probably earning like a 400 000 in three months but because it is now the Dow decides that the reward to be distributed you know like uh to the team members to the nft holders to the stickers itself because you know it's like it's a fair distribution instead of uh everything is taken by the team right so yes same goes to uh some other projects which have a good amount of community members whereas some projects that like Esther exchange they do not have a a strong community so they only have like a small portion of esta being nominated at that and they they don't earn that much so it is all about building your product and then building your community and then getting your community belief in what you're doing and then getting them to support you so that you can continue with your development and stuff like that cool yeah anyway if you drive any questions yeah I think just one more thing right um probably as a developer but just curious if someone want to start with eating want to start bosom and any recommended resources um by a-star to help people to um you know to onboard into ecosystem and the develop ecosystem yes we do uh on our Discord we have a list of uh documentation where you can actually follow and then we do have organized like uh Tech talk uh technical talk once every two weeks and then on a crack test and then so please follow our social channels and if you I mean if if you really want to learn and then you know you can always join the ambassador program and then learn along with all our community members along with other ambassadors yeah yeah just to refer this message program that um toga attached us now yeah looking to any questions mental complainings probably anyone like do you guys have any idea on this yeah I think burning token is like purely decided by the community so like it's really hard to say yeah yes depending on the proposals issue yeah uh if there are no any question you know we're happy to end the session here um if you have any questions you still can you know uh drop it at if KL and you can take Toka toga is there as well so guys happy to answer your questions and yeah well thanks everyone for joining thank you guys okay thank you bye-bye bye
