[Music] thank you Rebecca for helping us all understand the legalities of dows next up we've got Erin Wright from tribute labs to talk about the a in Dows a new era for autonomous communities please give a round of applause for Aaron hey everyone uh thanks so much for coming really excited to uh talk to you about um you know and I I know that there was a couple other discussions related to this but really since the beginning of ethereum and since even the early days of Bitcoin Dazz have really animated crypto it's been one of these Core Concepts and ideas that we've been really kind of geeking out and try to figure out and the core idea the vision is really how do we build these internet native organizations that are more automated they're more open they operate more democratically and they kind of fit the time that we live in which is the internet age um and I'm here to kind of talk to you guys about how the next wave of dows kind of dows 2.0 they're starting we're building them and they're really going to use it their core a lot of Aid driven tools that improve how we build and manage organizations uh so where are we kind of in the story of dows uh you know we've had a number of amazing early experiments like the Dow itself investment Dows collecting Dows service Dows defi Dows a whole host of them in the last cycle um and we've had a number of amazing pioneering uh companies and projects building Dow tooling everybody from uh the dorg Aragon mik tally a whole bunch of other projects that have been building out and building the tooling and it's been getting better and better um at tribute Labs where I'm uh the founder we've done our part with Dows like the Lao and Flamingo da which are more investment Dows we've been proving out that really you can have decentralized Capital Management that's not only viable but successful and just to give you some context related to that collectively these Dows have backed over 300 different projects and collected over 40,000 n s including some of the biggest projects in the space and craters in the space and it's not only in crypto we've been kind of moving beyond even into other areas of Technology uh yet we we've been living we've been in the trenches we know all the pain points right Dows are still too slow they're too manual um people love the idea of participating until they don't uh there's lots of ins and outs and cartilage that kind of needs to get handled to make organizations work um and that's changing and changing pretty quickly um uh for us and this is what we're really excited about we're really close to kind of fulfilling this original vision of the Dow itself uh that Vision was to have an automated and democratically run Venture fund where Capital flows dynamically and seamlessly pretty much like a vending machine but for Venture financing um and we've made great strides over the past couple quarters we've been heads down building out a new platform a new investment di that we're calling Aiden uh and we wanted to just spend a little bit of time discussing that with you guys uh a aen is pretty remarkable it's able to evaluate any project in a matter of minutes streamlining investment Dows and we believe that this is really what Venture Capital will increasingly look like uh in the future it can predict the value of a company without even knowing what that value is beforehand um and it's able to uh do an extensive amount of diligence pretty much superhuman diligence on a project in a matter of minutes and at the end Aiden's agents democratically vote on whether to invest in a project um and they recommended investment amount based on the dios thesis deployment schedule size stage focus and risk appetite so it's pretty much the entire process from beginning to end uh that you're able to do through agentic systems um and really come to a great conclusion this approach reduces human bias which is important uh and it accelerates the flow of capital um and it kind of prevents the what we see often times in Venture where you have to go to the right school you have to live in the right location you can really get judged on the merits related to this through a more objective system uh recommendations are automatically tailored for each investment vehicle so uh depending on what the Dow's Focus or investment funds Focus where they are in kind of the life cycle of their their vehicle uh how much risk they want to take what categories they want to focus it's all kind of custom and tailored to it uh but humans are still in the loop in this process and we think that's super important so humans are reviewing at the end and will be reviewing at the end the decisions related to um what these AI agents are uh discovering and uncovering and recommending to make sure that the best decisions are being made uh so me in other words members the of the Dow will keep Aiden in check by voting on projects and double-checking the agents work we think over time that's great for humans to kind of continue to improve these systems and at the same time uh it's great for the system to keep on getting better so we're blending together at the core something that we've discovered which is when you get a whole bunch of different folks together in a dow it kind of creates a high mind of of different people with different backgrounds and expertise they're able to kind of process information uh do a really great job peering into the future understanding what may happen but at the same time we can use these amazing new tools and mechanical Minds that we're building which have the speed and in some instances even Advanced uh reasoning uh so this to us is just the start we're super excited about it uh but what's next is we are going to be even sending out our agents to talk to Founders directly they'll be able to either click a link or possibly even get a phone call answer diligence questions and have the entire analysis kind of done uh we are going to be rolling out even more tooling where agents are going to be able to collect more information about a team their background maybe where they went to school other projects they worked on automatically so you get a complete picture not just on the project but what the team is doing we're also going to be providing as part of this analysis agent-based research reports so if it's a particular subject let's say electric batteries maybe you don't know too much about that you'll be able to kind of get quickly up to speed on what's going on that's good for people reviewing the projects it's also great for um the agents themselves as they're doing their work um we think that we'll be able to even begin to review code to the extent that that's available to make sure that whatever a project is saying the code is doing you can double check and make sure that that's the case uh automated an agent driven portfolio management to know that you're actually allocating at the right amount um maybe you're overweighted in one area and underweight another maybe you're a couple years into the vehicle and you need to start taking profits or cutting losses all these things we think it's now on the table for this to get automated completely and that includes really basic things like taxes um super boring but super important uh we think by the end of the year all these vehicles will be able to have agent-driven automated taxes um and automated legal analysis too so to the extent that it's a TR traditional business you'll be able to actually have that all done as well uh we think also that we'll see increasingly humans start to use uh agents to kind of delegate and express their will so they'll understand your preferences and weigh in on different projects different ideas that could be useful in our Dows and we think it's it'll be useful in other Dows as well so the headline is really it's a new era you know we've seen over the last two years dramatic advancements and really Dows are going to be at the center of this intersection of AI and crypto um at the end of the day we think that traditional Venture Capital will increasingly get flatter um and we even imagine that uh companies projects that increasingly are going to use token based uh initiatives this could be helpful as well so you can imagine a platform where where it's running through a system like aen to make sure that the project hits a certain bar before maybe there's a token launch or some Capital uh fundraising event um so instead of having kind of humans or even Silicon Valley or venture capitalist serve as that initial filter you can have these agentic systems make sure that the Bad actors are not there and the good actors are getting rewarded uh so that's less fraud more efficiency smarter and more open Capital markets uh we think that this intersection between I and Dows is super fascinating and just the beginning uh you if you pay attention to what we're doing we're going to be rolling out a whole bunch of different experiments in this in this area one area in particular that I'm uh pretty excited about is we've actually built an agent-based Supreme Court which is able to take in legal documents and render a decision uh that pretty much predicts what a normal Court would do uh so you can take historical documents loaded in have nine AI justices uh that are able to actually render justice so imagine a world where instead of waiting months or years to get a decision you can get it in a matter of minutes uh so if you're interested join us at Aiden online uh follow us on Twitter or at tribute Labs um the Dows are coming it's a big narrative they're coming back I should say um and it's going to really be a really interesting and fascinating future so thanks very much for your time uh and that is it [Music]
