[Music] Web tree bridge is reputable for producing top tier blockchain developers in the world and having a chance to be a part of that community and being one of those developers was a motivation.

Web 3 stood out to me because it's not just a place to learn how to code but also to train collaborate on a global scale as well. My motivation to applying was one of interest and curiosity.

I was motivated because I want to gain deeper knowledge of blockchain technology. My motivation is to like deepen my knowledge in the in blockchain development. [Music] I had already gotten into the web three space as a technical writer. So I was looking at how to bring my development skills into the blockchain industry. So I talked to a friend.

He told me about web 3 bridge. So I was intrigued. I followed them on Twitter and waited for the application window.

Actually I discovered the program from my tech lead in a company I work. It's actually a former student of web three bridge.

I felt really excited about the program. Basically I've been wanting to explore the web three ecosystem and then I felt like okay this was my chance to do this. I was excited because I saw a community that was focused on growth and real impact. I would say I was surprised about what web 3 bridges doing in Africa cuz this is the first company that would have something like this in Africa. So I would say I was surprised that something like this existed here in Nigeria.

[Music] I was at home working on my system when the when I saw the notification I was excited then I was very happy I had to tell my friends that infor I'm coming to work

it was indeed an intriguing moment for me because I looked at my journey this wasn't long enough I started the whole tech team and then when I saw that I was accepted to one of the most renowned web tree facility in the continent. I was really happy. I was at home when I got the message and well I felt proud of myself and excited to get

when I got the mail about being accepted to land with your three bridge I was yeah over excited

I was elated and at the same time it came with a sense of paranoia I was if I'm not able to handle it but then it comes with the belief that I have to strive to be able to do whatever I have to do to get it [Music] Um in the next 16 week I should be able to uh know many things about web 3 technology

to have added value to myself.

I believe I would have improved greatly in my solidity. I hope to have improved my knowledge of web 3, immense myself in technology and at the same time build um relationship um that goes beyond the four walls of the classroom. It's an upscaling for me. Coming from my Python background, love to see how I can collaborate through and Python together.

At the end of the course, I I plan in enhancing my skills.

Technically, I hope to become a better developer and then I also hope to make friends and forge new connections within the community. I plan on achieving to be a blockchain developer and build um decentralized applications and on board as many people as I can to the web space.

I plan to network to grow to um understand the blockchain ecosystem as a whole and be able to make um impact in the system. [Music] And the goal is just like the way um Cassini was one of those that influenced me to come here. I believe when I'm done I should be able to influence more people by sharing my knowledge. I have learned from here and with that I can be able to like influence more people to come here and then learn. Also

I believe that if people see the result from me coming to web 3 that alone will speak volume and they would also want to come here and gain the knowledge as well.

My hard work also determines on that itself. So basically my rehears and me telling people about the space.

Most fundamental thing about web 3 is your background. So if I've gone through this program, my competence would speak.

I'm coming here to succeed and I know success derives success and I believe if I succeed here, I believe I can be able to motivate other people to come to this program too.

I'm going to evangelize victory bridge.

Preach victory bridge to other people as well. [Music]
