hey guys Aaron from the SSC Community I'm super excited to be here to be presenting our second offline hackathon of the year uh following the success that we've had in Bogota it's time for us to bring SSV and the DVT technology to the U.S market and help you guys better prepare for the arrival of DBT to ethereum because many of you have probably heard of DVT but in case you haven't it's time that you did distributed valuator technology or DVT is a technological primitive in ethereum roadmap it was designed by vitalik with the intention of improving the resilience and health of the entire blockchain now this will dramatically improve the liveliness and security of the entire network while reducing the risks now SSV is the first public implementation of DVT is a fully decentralized open source and trustless DVT Network the protocol provides an infrastructure solution for decentralizing ethereum validators and distributing their operation between multiple non-trusting nodes now let's talk about the balance we'll be offering a wide array of different bounds so whether you're a front end a solidity back end it doesn't matter there's plenty to go around for everyone let's talk about the first challenge staking pools our main focus will be on teams building staking pools we'll be offering a total of twenty one thousand dollars to two tracks of teams the first MVP teams building on the devnip or testnet the second will be early stage startups that are already planning for the future the challenges to build a staking pool or a liquid staking solution using DVT as the core infrastructure now dbg opens a lot of possibilities and innovative solutions for you so please be creative the second option is dvt-based staking Services the challenge here is slightly different but also focuses on teams and developers building staking Solutions with SSD as their core backend now that will enable non-custodial staking and decentralized experience for any user so please just like the first task try to be creative third task Innovative DBT use case this is more of an open challenge Bounty so wherever you are whatever you're working on if you have an idea this is your chance to build it so if you have any interesting synergies with with DBT or any other protocols this is the challenge for you we'll be offering two and a half thousand dollars for the winning teams last but not least resources and tooling for the entire SSV Network we're looking for great open source tooling that will help us develop and strengthen the entire SSB Network this is designed to optimize all the the experience that users stakers and developers have within the network we'll be offering one thousand dollars for the best three teams building that solution so get your ideas and base it on what we already have in place it will speed up the process and help you guys get better acquainted with the DVT Tech stack
