Quick Review: EIP-4844 Proto-Danksharding on Ethereum

now initially there has been this trima issue in AUM the scalability decentralization and security IP 4844 which is a new upgrade in on the interium it's called the Denon upgrade and iip 4844 is an important part of that upgrade EPO 44 is also known as brutal D Shing yeah before it4 introduced a new type of transaction called blob counting transactions whereby transactions can carry extra data Cod blobes and these blob kind transactions are cheaper compared to Cod transactions because they have carry more memory size compared to the call um this um help reduce the gas fees on the layer two which are the rollups but there has been the scalability issue now the prot and Sh actually tackled this problem there by efficiently handling transactions and then putting the finality on the layer one and also reducing the cost of gas because transactions on ethereum are very very expensive so these are just a way to help layer TOS make transactions less expensive the blobs are stored temporarily this upgrade was made to the ethereum network but it was not is not useful for the eum network for now until when Dam charging is implemented this IP proposes um to implement the major scaffolding such as the transaction format and U verification this IP supports um the rollups that perform transaction outside of the ethereum blockchain and with this expectation of be more scalable because the gas speeds will be reduced at the very conable rate
