Okay. So, my name is Seil Rodriguez. I bas in Argentina. So, today I'm a local. Uh I'm the head of DEX at Rooto Labs.

So uh if you're asking what is rooto, rooto is the bitcoins first and longest standing side chain uh we are secure uh by bitcoin uh proof of work using uh the merge mining. We are fully VM compatible uh that means that you can deploy or bring your apps uh with no issue. uh and uh one of the main things about or the added value uh from rooto is uh that we enable defy over bitcoin right so uh rooto is if you ask me is designed to combine which means that we take the best of uh two worlds the security and store of value from bitcoin and on the other side the scalability and programmability from ethereum So what actually makes rooto so outstanding? Well, first security.
As I mentioned, we have merge mining working and securing on rooto. Uh we have the two-way uh app which allows us to exchange one bitcoin for one rbc or smart bitcoin. We will see in the next slides. Uh everything is open source. So you are more than welcome to check our GitHub repositories uh at github.
com/sk smart or rooto or others uh and also one remarkable thing regarding us on security is that we don't have any exploit over the blockchain uh so this is regarding several security layered mechanism that we have on on main and test net. Second, a store of value. Uh as I mentioned, we work with RBTC, which is basically the same as Bitcoin. So, uh you will be paying your gas fees with RBTC. Uh you can buy RBTC using the OP app.
Uh and uh yeah, that's it. compatibility. As I mentioned, we are fully EVM compatible. So, you can bring all your smart contracts and the app from Ethereum or or other EVM blockchains. Plus, we support all the uh token standard for Ethereum like ERC20, 1155, uh 721 and so on.
Eccability. Uh if you want to do a transaction in Bitcoin, it will probably takes you up to 10 minutes with rooto it's on average 24 seconds. Uh also our transaction fees are much much lower uh in average 20 cents and probably with the new price of bitcoins is less than that. uh and uh also the research team is working on enhancing this uh transaction speed uh with uh faster which is uh trying to achieve a 5-second block time. Okay, this is are some metrics uh from our ecosystem.
So we have almost 400 millions on TVL lock onto stock. We have uh since January uh 2018 uptime on mainet. So this is uh kind of more than 2,800 days of uptime. Um we are 100% uptime. We have more than 185,000 active wallets.
Uh this year we uh did a huge milestone which is uh working with all the bitcoin miners uh to bring all the bitcoin hash rate into rooto. So we have plus 90 90% of the hash rate of bitcoin on rooto. Uh this can be checked live on the stat. Roostock.io site.
Uh you can check it there. uh as I mentioned we have on average 24 second erh block time and erh we have 225,000 transactions every month. Ah, plus on the two-way pay, we have more than 2,700 Bitcoin locked. So, you can actually get in and get out of stock as an Okay, these are lot of our partners on the ecosystem. Uh as you can see the main ones are or the oldest Tropical Sovereign uh Manion Chain uh but also the new ones are Oku Oku third web tenderly the graph uh layer zero sambiosis uh and so many more.
Well, I just mention or spoil a little bit of the dev tools and libraries that we also have in place. Uh we are compatible with MetaMask uh hard hat, TypeScript, JavaScript uh and also we have integrations with alchemy, third web, edport, gelato, tenderly and so many more. Activator it's a contribution program. Uh so uh you can check our website uh it's a as I mentioned a code contribution or educational content contribution program uh which uh gives you the possibility to receive up to 1,000 in rewards. Uh we released uh something around one month ago the activator marketplace where as you can see some screenshots.
Um you can submit your ideas and get rewarded for that then also claim your idea or somebody else can claim your idea and get also rewarded for the content that they submit. uh and you can do all your questions or uh doubts uh in a conversation inside the of each idea and so many more that you can check it out on the site. The rooster collective this is our DAO. Uh we have also there are two grant programs which are the builders and backa builder uh programs. Uh in here you can uh stake your reef tokens and get rewarded for that because we have a yielder and on the back builder program you can actually bring your liquidity and support a builder.
One successful use case or success case sorry it's h this which is a bridging swapping application. You can check them on dapp.io. Uh and as you can see they already get uh 60% of the rewards on the on the program from the program. Okay, these are our two of three tracks that we are uh having today on on this global hackathon everyday defi.
Uh so this is regarding V strategies, lending protocols and so and liquidity pools. Uh then we have a freestyle where you can erh bring your ideas regarding AI usually uh plus crosschain interoperability, decentralization, governance and so on. And uh the last track is reef economy. This is all related with our reef token or USD reef stable coin. Uh and as a promoting on this track is the X42 technology.
So if you are into it now that it's trending, you're more than welcome to submit here. Okay. Uh one of the biggest releases that we did from Devx uh in this second part of the year is the rootoestation service. As you know uh this is uh verifiable proof on onchain or offchain. It can be both.
So we fully integrated with the rooto explorer. Uh so you can check the attestations there. Also, we added a a small guideline with code snippet and everything that you will need on the the portal. Um, so you can actually integrate that with your D app and then check the the attestations in the explorer. Uh, examp use use case example for this are digital identity, reputation system and P2P lending protocols.
Okay. Uh, Replet, we have a official account rooto debx the deex sorry rootodex again. Uh, we release all these four play templates. So you can you are more than welcome to use it on the hackathon. Uh, plus the last two that we release is the rooto scaffold which is a contribution from the activator program and h the last one the rooto lending boiler plate.
Okay. Uh as I mentioned the rooto portal developer portal is our main erh site for documentation and guidelines where you will find all all things related with roofto uh integrations code guidelines what is anything that you are asking regarding I don't know merge mining or so on uh we released uh again a couple of months ago the rooto mcp P project. This is free on GitHub. So you can check it out at rsk smartskmtp server uh which allows you to interact with roofstock through a prompt. And we also released the npm package.
So you can also integrate this in cursor. So you as a developer can use it on the recursor prompt and have everything h that all the features that you can do on MCP on cursor directly. Okay. Uh the last program that we released is the builder root camp. This is focus on developers that want to learn.
uh we are now erh receiving submissions erh for uh getting in the program and the program is officially being released on the first week of January. So we are ready to release soon.
