Swarm & Fair Data Protocol: Interoperable Data Control

[Music] I have downloaded Fair Drive desktop app previously which you can see here after launching it I'm logging in with my fdp account it's simple and easy to register this is my storage space on the top level I will need to create a pod think of pod as a main [Music] folder mounting the Pod does an actual dis Mount you will see in a second [Music] [Laughter] [Music] now I'm going to copy a folder called pool physics from my physical disk to my web 3 storage if I were to switch machines I could still access this folder as long as I can log into my fdp account [Music] at swarm dashboard.com a d to manage my B node I'm going to connect to my fdp account the form looks different but the process is the same every single dep can make this integration by following the protocol let's check the billiard SP and verify my files are [Music] there seems all good [Music] I am going to manually create a new folder called [Music] notes then select a file from my physical disk to add it to the notes [Music] [Laughter] folder to prove my point about dep interoperability let's go to ether.com and set up a Blog on Swarm without touching my physical dis I'm going to import image assets [Music] first this is the login process you are familiar with by now [Music] and we have all the [Music] images for the text content I will use the load from FTP storage feature and select the file I uploaded earlier [Music] the preview looks nice but let's make the article a bit more interesting with some images [Music] for [Music] and we are live on [Music] Swarm the Fair Drive web application also deserves a mention it's a web- based version of the desktop app [Music] I have created a coffee pod off screen but I'm going to show you what browsing through it looks like [Music]
