Web3BridgeWed, Oct 9, 2024, 12:00 AM

Join us as we explore the intricacies of blockchain communication with our in-depth explanation of JSON RPC. In this enlightening video, we delve into why Ethereum, a pioneering blockchain platform, relies on JSON RPC as its communication protocol. JSON RPC, short for JavaScript Object Notation Remote Procedure Call, serves as a crucial conduit for communication between Ethereum nodes and clients. We'll uncover the key advantages and functionalities of JSON RPC within the context of blockchain technology, shedding light on its role in ensuring seamless interaction and data exchange within the Ethereum ecosystem. Whether you're an avid blockchain enthusiast, a developer, or simply curious about the inner workings of Ethereum, this video promises valuable insights into the fundamental aspects of blockchain communication.

[Music] hi guys welcome back to our YouTube channel my name is Daniel and I VI I M7 today we're talking about Json RPC and why ethereum uses it as a means of communication protocol um so Json stands for this jaas object mation while on the other hand RPC is so um in the vast um landscape of we development and distri systems um seamless Communications is a lych p that finds components diverse components together and on the other hand just RBC images beon of this space uh offering lightweight and um language agnostic for um you know remote proced calls it um leverages on the Simplicity of Json which is a format um familiar to developers around the world um to you know facilitate data interchange so um some of the reasons why um it's young uses um jonc for as a medium for um communication show call one of them being um decentralized Network um decentralized network of interactions just IPC um is a very is a crucial role in decentralized networking um in blockchain environments it serves as a medium um between clients and lo you know um for smart cont and invocation you know um transaction and per various actions J RPC is a eum primary and standard communication protocol it is encoded in J uh it is very flexible and then it's widely adopted for remote proced C and so it's like uh the ethereum notes that are up there maintaining ethereum Network before you can actually interact with them you need to interact with them uh through uhing RPC it's like saying uh if you want to talk to me you have to speak my language and so for every uh client I mean um DS I mean smart contract I mean the wallet for you to interact with uh Network you have to go through casing and then so how does it work so uh uh this this nodes what they do that they they expose this interface for uh clients to call to interact uh with uh the network and so he spoke about one of the ways being used so imagine that you are on your wallet and then you want to make transaction want to uh uh do something all of the things that you do that have to do go to uh the network you have to do them through Jon you want to query you want to uh like when you want to even get your balance you send that and then you get you get the all of this communication is been done using one of the essence of RPC in eum is for node management so I mean RPC allows clients to manage ethereum nodes remotely I mean I mean this means that um with RPC clients can you know do um ad administrative functions can perform administrative functions for instance client can send commands to start or stop mining also um RPC is essential for interoperability so what is interoperability interoperability is the ability for blockchains to I mean different blockchains to communicate together how does um RPC comes into this so RPC provides this interface for different clients I mean different applications to interrup with themselves um on the ethereum network you see also rather in general I I see um Jason RBC as a bridge between blockchain and smart contracts as a bridge between blockchain and decentralized apps yes I mean this is like the blockchain is a separate entity the um smart contracts are different entities on their own so Jason RPC provides this bridge between the two we thank you for joining us today we hope you have learned something from our content today please join us next week yeah you can also like And subscribe to our YouTube channel thank you very much
