So good afternoon everybody. So let me say a few words about space 42. I am the chief financial officer and uh the company itself is quite a unique company. Uh it is perhaps the only company that combines advanced satellite communications, earth observation data and geospatial analysis all under one roof. No other company does that.
And for those of you who don't know, it was formed about a year ago through the merger of two homegrown champions, Bayionat and Yasat. It's listed on ADX. It has a market cap of about $2 billion US, about 650 employees generating about $600 million US in turnover every year. We own and operate a fleet of six geostationary satellites. And so for those of you maybe not too familiar with satellites, those are the large satellites about 35,000 kilometers from the from the Earth's surface.
And we're also in the process of building a constellation of low earth orbit satellites for for earth observation data. We've already got five of those and another two are in the process of being constructed. We have a couple of manufacturing hubs as well and a very very sophisticated IT platform which was actually developed in unison with the UEE space agency to analyze and interrogate this earth observation data and provide meaningful insights. So it's a very unique company. It has a diverse shareholder base and our two largest shareholders are two companies, two institutions that are well known to you, G42 and MUBA.
Now the first thing we did post merger was define our strategy. a strategy that is uniquely and very much closely aligned to the core priorities of the Abu Dhabi economy to be at the forefront of space technology on the one hand and artificial intelligence on the other and on this page we have our four core strategic pillars to be a preferred provider of geospatial data hence the foresight constellation to be a global leader in geospatial analysis and this is the extremely sophisticated IT platform that we've developed which is now actually available on the Microsoft Azour park marketplace. Also, we aspire to be a global leader in NTN. And for those of you who don't know, NTN stands for non-aterrestrial networks. And what that is about is about providing satellite connectivity to your mobile devices.
So what it means is that this time next year or one year beyond that the mobile telephone in your pocket when it falls out of terrestrial range it will seamlessly and automatically connect to our satellites and this is through a joint venture which we've launched with our our partner Viaat and we're in a process of building and constructing a fleet of low earth orbit satellites to do that. And then the final pillar is to be the trusted leader in secure connectivity. A position which we really have occupied for many years already through our close association with the UEE government. On top of those four pillars, we aspire to be a leader in autonomous mobility, an area where we brought a lot of focus and technology to Abu Dhabi already. So finally, how are we going to achieve all this?
Well, we have unique capabilities already. As I said, bringing together those three disciplines, but we also have an extremely strong balance sheet, lots of cash, low levels of debt, contracted future revenue of 6.7 billion US, cash flows, and a balance sheet that is commensurate with investment grade. So, we are uniquely positioned to execute this strategy. Thanks for listening.

Good afternoon. Thank you. I'm Ram Mayor, CFO of Preight. So, Preside is essentially a big data analytics company powered by artificial intelligence. We are majority owned by G42.
We build and deploy. We build and deploy national scale missionritical AI enabled platforms. For example, here in the UAE, we have been privileged and fortunate to build out the smart city Abu Dhabi smart city platforms and the safe city platforms, the emergency response uh platforms which are very mission critical in nature. And we are also pleased to note our platforms have played a key role in enabling and maintaining for Abu Dhabi to be maintained as the one of the safest cities for several years in running. The the success of these platforms is what we also export to various countries around the world.
Currently we are having deep and wide engagements over 17 countries across four continents. We are also the leading Emirati built technology exporter. Pre-site was listed on the Abu Dhabi stock exchange in March 2023. It's very important to note that the Abu Dhabi ecosystem along with the Abu Dhabi exchange has played a very important and critical role in connecting us globally to various investor bases and capital markets and also expanding our uh investor connections here locally. As a result of which in for the year 2025, Preide has been one of the top performing stocks on the Abu Dhabi exchange.
So how is it all built? How is presite able to continue to show robust growth? Since our IPO, our focus has been razor sharp on three key areas. Firstly, we continue to grow sectorally that is expanding into new sectors and also geographically expand which provides us with a great addressable market runways that we can capitalize upon. We also have a very pristine balance sheet.
We are debt-free and a and cash lending business which has enabled us to allocate capital prudently for mergers and acquisitions activities. A case in point would be last year June 2024 we acquired a 51% stake in AIQ. It's a joint venture between presite and adn no which has played a very important role for presite to be make for into the energy and utilities market. Today energy and utilities market roughly provide about 25% of our annualized revenue. Lastly definitely not the least we also allocate significant capital to home growing our uh homegrown R&D innovation efforts.
We have over 800 employees here in the UAE. Almost 75% of those are actually technology staff and they help us creating the next generation of generative AI products and also fine-tuning various models and sector specific software applications. It's one of the key growth areas for us and we continue to focus and double down on these areas. Moving on in terms of our strategic guidance and our revenue capture, we continue to focus and double down on our investments which has resulted in our ability to expand into new sectors as as you can see here on the slides and also expand into these new areas, gain market share. We have also been able to maintain a rule 40 uh company, be a rule 40 company and also more importantly the revenue growth and the market access.
We have also been able to expand our bottom line which has resulted in overall cash generation for the business and continue to uh build up on the cash on the balance sheet. Thank you. Good afternoon. It is an honor to join this room of investors and leaders who are actively shaping the direction of the Falcon economy. We are here to mark a significant milestone, the 25-y year anniversary of the Abu Dhabi stock exchange.
It is a reminder of how far this market has come in a remarkably short space of time. But while we celebrate the financial infrastructure built over the last 25 years, I want to talk to you about the infrastructure that will need to be built for the next 25 years. We believe early on that digital infrastructure will become one of the world's most important asset classes. And today that belief is a reality. Compute, energy, and digital value are the building blocks of the new global economy.
Right now, the world is facing a critical bottleneck. The demand for artificial intelligence is growing faster than the world's ability to power it. This global challenge presents a defining opportunity for Abu Dhabi. The Falcon economy is a vision of global leadership. But to lead the new economy, we must own the infrastructure that powers it.
As a company born and raised in this ecosystem, Phoenix is dedicated to helping build that engine. When Phoenix started in 2017, we didn't come here to chase a trend. We came here because we saw a place building the right foundations. long-term, stable, and future oriented. For years, our focus was Bitcoin mining.
But for us, mining wasn't just about the asset price. It was our R&D lab. Operating in that field pushed us to become efficient, resilient, and datadriven. We had to secure lowcost power and develop the most efficient data centers on Earth. We grew to rank among the top 10 miners worldwide.
A global leader proudly born and based in the UAE. So why does this matter today? Because the skills required to survive in mining, the ones pertaining to modular design, extreme power density and the cost optimization are the exact skills required to win in AI. So when people ask about our shift to AI, I tell them we are not just pivoting, we are graduating. Phoenix is evolving into a full stack digital infrastructure provider.
The world demands a new kind of computing, energy efficient, high density and AI ready. We have foundational elements that take years to develop. If the previous era was focused on mining bitcoins, our next chapter is about creating the computing that powers intelligence. This evolution is already underway. We are expanding aggressively in North America.
We are scaling renewable powered sites across Africa. We are unlocking new megawatts across the Mina region. And we are executing a plan to reach over 1 gawatt of combined mining and AI capacity. For the investors in this room, this is what makes the Phoenix investment case compelling. We operate in a global industry where margins are determined by cost control and power advantage.
We are an infrastructure company in a world where AI infrastructure is in critically short supply. Our growth reflects a simple truth. Energy plus compute equals value. Phoenix sits in that intersection with a model that has proven itself across cycles. We are built for this moment, not because we reacted to a trend, but because we prepared for it.
Our listing on the ADX in 2023 was far more than a corporate milestone. It was a statement of intent. It sent a powerful signal to the world that this region doesn't just import technology. We build it. We scale it and we back it with sovereign conviction.
As we look ahead, I'll leave you with a short summary. Quietly across our organization, our groundwork is already complete. We are currently operationalizing designs and securing exclusive partnerships to deliver a step change in compute infrastructure this region can only call its own. These aren't just plans on a page. The assets are positioned, the alliances are moving forward.
So until then, watch this space. Thank you very much. [music]
