[Music] thank you Anna and uh thank you hamat for this very inspiring message uh and good morning to everyone so dear excellencies and distinguished guests it is a real honor for me to be in front of you and share the official unveilling of the ADI Foundation the ADI Foundation is a unique initiative supported by serus International holding IHC and other investors to deliver a trusted infrastructure to governments and institutions in the digital world let me tell you why it is important imagine a young woman in East Africa brilliant and determined with an idea that could revolutionize Health Care in rural communities that could save countless lives today that idea can only be a dream not because of lack of determination but because she doesn't have access to the same basic digital infrastructure that all of us in this room used 24/7 in my discussions around the world I have and I am sure you have met many Brilliant Minds like her potential innovators entrepreneurs and leaders but their opportunities are limited we live in unprecedented technological advancement blockchain is A3 trillion Market artificial intelligence is reshaping every industry but the gap between those who can access those tools and those who cannot grows bigger and bigger at government level the blockchain market is projected to reach more than $200 billion by 2032 yet many world leaders face significant challenges a fragmented technology Market a lack of trusted partners and a limited access to transformative Solutions this is not a technology problem it is a society problem when governments struggle to deliver essential digital infrastructures entrepreneurs cannot bring their ideas to life citizens cannot access the resources they need Society loses loses Innovation loses progress loses the chance to make our world better and this is why the ADI Foundation was created its mission is bold but clear to bring digital infrastructure to 1 billion people by 2030 to support every government to leverage digital Technologies to serve their citizens better for entrepreneurs to have the infrastructure they need to succeed for everyone to participate in the digital economy the ADI Foundation is not another blockchain Foundation it is the foundation of Foundations to create real impact by Building Bridges between governments businesses and technologist and as hammad said there is no better place to have the foundation than here in Abu Dhabi an environment where Innovation regulation and ecosystem can create the most unique hub for blockchain and emerging Technologies this is why the ADI Foundation was created here in the capital of capital to catalyze blockchain innovation in Abu Dhabi and to build digital Bridges with governments businesses and people all around the world the foundation is working with 20 governments in Asia Africa and Europe with 75 blockchain use cases in four key verticals digital government transformation Finance healthc care and sustainability at Abu Dhabi Finance week the foundation is signing M us with multiple transformative Partners such as Mesa in Kenya Africa's largest fintech platform and mobile money provider serving populations in 10 countries and Finn Street here in Abu Dhabi a novel financial markets company that launched the first regulated International Security exchanges here at adjm in parallel the foundation has initiated Partnerships with several local governments and is developing Frameworks to issue launch and operate the stable coins thanks to this ecosystem the ADI Foundation starts with a potential reach of 300 million users facilitating hundreds of millions of transactions every day across government services Health Care finance and sustainability and so today it is my honor to announce that the ADI Foundation is launching with a $120 million fund to support social impact businesses using blockchain technology this funding is the first step to create trusted Partnerships to deliver critical Public Services globally to make a real impact on lives of people such as the farmer who can Access Financial Services for the first time or the mother who can access her family's medical records or the entrepreneur who can register a business in minutes and so let me conclude this announcement today the ADI Foundation opens its doors to you we are inviting governments technologist innovators to join us in this Mission whether you are a government working to accelerate transformation a business building the next Innovation or simply share our vision of a more Innovative digital future the EDI Foundation is for you you remember that young women in Africa together we can turn her dreams in reality together we can build a future where Technologies serves everyone and so I thank you for being part of this journey and I officially announc the unveilling of the EDI Foundation thank you [Music] oh
