Beyond Web3Bridge: Etim Paul’s Success Story

my name is Paul Joseph um from Cross River State so I started in the web two space actually as a frontend engineer and um I got to know about web actually from one of my friends my brother who um graduated from Court 5 from three bridge I do a little bit of technical writing as well I have a medium um blog I would say where I post um technical articles about web three and um personally for me right now I'm focusing on with three security I'm going to use three words to describe it um first of all I would say consistency um I'm going to say um preservance and I'm going to um mindset because why I'm I using this three words to describe like the journey um and um the benefit of the three Bridge three bridge is like um a military camp where you come in as um a young you come in as a baby and you live as a man like the few I've learned like through like my journey through web three bre is that I've been able to like um learn and relearn and relearn and have that Zeal and that energy that no matter what I come across no matter what um tax I have I can always SC through um I'm going to say the tax a lot of people would say it was not enjoyable but to me it was actually because I'm one person that um I love um someone like pushing me beyond my capabilities so I'm going to say the tax the tax we were given because you sometimes we giving tasks that normally would take you like couple of days to like um execute but they give us these tasks within hours and you have to submit it sometime they give you like overnight and you have to like perform like work on these TX them and submit them so like the most enjoyable parts to some people you maybe might have been stressful and I feel like those um mement are what shaped me to like the path that um I'm taking I got my brother was an um Alum of he um C five um Alum so like I got to know about 3 bridge then before W 3 Bridge um I was in the W two space working as a froner engineer so um it was through him I got to know about with three brige he was like ah there's this um School in Lagos because I'm from Cross River so back so he was there this school in Lagos they feed you they train you they like basically what you have to do is learn I like ah wow so like because before then I tried to like learn a little of a PR but I was not consistent and you know with the light issue data issue and everything so I would just learn one thing in 3 weeks and just relax but when he finished and he told me about he was ah go now go go go go go was always like gingering me was was like I register now this things so he you have seen how I left like I'm like um Tes money like can see like the um benefits of with three bridge and he told me about it like he was the one that really pushed me like to go on and register for the um program before like I came for the program because my brother did um the offline like um online so like he did not come on site so so I was like actually the first like actually like I came to experience it so before coming um when I had my interview I spoke to the guy they provide data they provide food I was still a little bit skeptical I was thinking like okay maybe when I come you provide afternoon food and food alone and you have to pray for yourself or maybe data is only during class that that was my mentality but coming here realizing that these things are not just like your imagination not just like I he say um they say is actually real so you have like food in the morning you have food in the afternoon you have food in the evening you have data 24 like 247 you have light like as if you in as V or something wherever I go to when I channel the we three Bridge um what like I would say the we three Bridge element like ah so you're from3 Bridge you this so like if you're in the 3 space and you have never of 3 brid then you're not in 3 space because I feel like if you TR in web space even though you have not gone through web3 Bridge you will know like there's like there's this thing that in like I think like in almost like the major companies in Nigeria like that does we3 you might have work either directly or indirectly with an Al from 3 Bridge so like leveraging like the the power of 3 bridge in what you are doing as a web3 agency web3 um company or whatever gives you like that that um I like gives you that Gap above like other um we three um companies
