[Music] Good morning, good afternoon, and good evening everybody. My name is Cartik. I'm one of the co-founders of Eat Global and I want to welcome all of you to the Unite Defi finale. This was an incredible event. Uh we're all watching this on Eat Global TV and we're going to showcase all the things that came out of it over the last two weeks.
And uh for those of you who are joining us for the first time uh and I already see there's over 125 of you um this is a hackathon by ETH global and for the last two weeks we bundled a couple things together to get more people into the space. We wanted to do something um unique and special for the very first time and uh what we usually always do is do a hackathon and a summit and United was uh was that again however uh we were very systematic about what the goals of this hackathon would be. So want to kind of just summarize how the last two weeks have been. We started off with our our intro and we did a uh summit where Sergey and Anton from 1 in the co-founders gave a talk and uh their kind of version of what they think uh the future of DeFi looks like and how crosschain applications are going to change everything and how we can actually simplify that whole vision where everybody can talk to each other and assets can move freely between different chains and destinations. And then that kicked off a whole 10 days of hacking uh with the hackathon with a goal to uh think beyond limits and make web 3 a lot more uh seamless and boundless.
And uh we saw incredible amounts of people just hacking on all things you can do where you were not limited by assets on a specific chain and a single chain. We had a thousand plus people hacking um from 85 different countries and they span 24 unique time zones. People came in from all over the world. Um it was super fun to see people from all different parts of uh of all continents uh kind of share their perspectives on what they think uh is exciting in the world defi and how they think about crosschain uh future and uh overall actually getting things working where you get to transfer between different chains. Um this was also one of those unique events where um we got a lot more other partners involved from just beyond the the ecosystem.
uh we wanted to sort of make a massive uh splash here and uh this event we're going to be giving away over half a million dollars in prizes and uh our this was our very first collaboration with bringing on more than just Ethereum companies. So of course 1 in was the biggest partner and uh an incredible team that we got to work with uh and as somebody who's worked with the 1 in team from the very beginning and and somebody who came out of one of the global hackathons from years ago this was just an amazing moment for us but we also got an appto ether link internet computer monad near polka dot starkland stellar sooie ton and tron to be part of this uh we got to see how we can crosschain uh message pass between uh these different destinations and every side got to learn a lot more about how we can make that process even more smoother in the future. So what the next hour is going to be about is going to be summarizing all the things that uh came out of this hackathon uh from all the the hackers work and then we're also going to be talking about all the prizes that uh the teams have won. Um before we get into any of that I want to take a second to ask all of you to fill out this uh quick feedback form. Uh it just helps you um uh it helps us improve the future events.
But it it asks you a basic set of questions around can you rate the experience out of 10 on how the mentorship was, how the hacker u schedule was, how the whole experience was like, did you get enough help, what can we do better, what can we do uh worse. Um we just want to make we can improve this with the next hackathon which will be not only just next week but also in two weeks and we get to constantly iterate and make the experience of the next thousand people much much better. So these,35 hackers uh spent 10 days working on super interesting crosschain things and uh come five days ago on Sunday they pressed the submit button and uh kind of locked in the things that they worked on and uh we were blown away by the fact that we had 403 projects that were submitted. So uh it was uh a massive uh success and also a a big moment where we realized that we need a lot more time to process everything. So instead of this live stream being on Wednesday, we are here on Friday.
But from these 43 submissions, we got to seven finalist teams. Uh we're going to bring on these seven teams here. They're going to demo what they built. Uh show you a live demo of their project. Um, and you get to see some of the really, really cool integrations for uh, the one it's fusion API and how you can make crosschain anywhere from more secure to faster to just more seamless.
Uh, and we're going to show off some of our kind of favorites from this hackathon and then we're going to go into talking about all the prizes all the other teams have have won from all the categories that were offered as part of this hackathon. I want to congratulate for the very first time the seven finalist teams. Dungeonheim, Nju, CK Fusion, one is Teleport, Pony Hoff, One Option, and Zero. These seven projects are going to come here, tell you about what they built. They'll show you um how it was done and also how it works.
And uh the cool part about this thing is that you can actually try most of these projects live and uh play with them yourself, too. So, you have to just watch a video. You get to see all these things um and experience them on your own. But before we get to those demos, um I want to take a moment to thank 43 projects that are listed here uh for all the amazing work that uh you've put in for the course of this event over the last two weeks. And uh you should be proud of every single thing that you managed to push, publish, and and talk about.
Uh, not only is this a incredible moment to um simply kind of be listed here, but the fact that like you actually press the button to submit, which meant that others got to see it, whether it's other hackers, myself, the rest of the global team, and all of the 1 in team and their partners. Uh, they got to see the things that you were excited about. And that sparked a whole amazing network and thread of conversations around what can be done better, what can we improve just cross pollination of ideas. And that's kind of the moment that brings these things together and and creates platforms. So congratulations to all of these uh teams and um you're going to learn very soon all the prizes that you've won.
There's a lot of winners here for this hackathon and uh we're going to share all of that very soon. Um all these things that are coming out of this thing for people in the live stream is um uh can be looked at on eclip.com/showcase. Everything is public. Everything is uh available for you to uh read including everybody's source code which makes it easy for feature developers to understand how anywhere from best practices are done to uh some unique cool hack and trick that somebody used to simplify or make something more efficient.
You just get to understand uh the the actual work behind the scenes. So, we want everybody to learn and get better from this. And you can go on our website and see all 4003 projects. So, that's enough talking for me. We're going to jump right into our very first demo.
And for this one, I want to bring on the Dungeonheim team to showcase what they hacked on with 1. Hi everyone, we're Dungeonheim and this is our team. I'm Andrea, Ben, De and Toya. So, we built a dungeon crawler that integrates real defy mechanics directly into gameplay, all powered by the 1-in API. It's a roglike game where players explore a procedurally generated dungeon, fight enemies, and collect keys to unlock deeper rooms.
Along the way, players can find a variety of different boosts like extra health or speed and vision boosts to help survive the tougher rooms. The dungeon is made up of four main types of rooms. Normal rooms where enemies drop basic keys. Locked rooms where they drop gold keys. Golden locked rooms where they drop the boss key.
And then there's the final boss room. The goal to defeat the final boss in under five minutes. To start a run, players stake USDC into a shared onchain vault. This stake acts acts both as the entry cost and the potential reward for players. If you lose, you forfeit your stake to the shared vault.
If you win, you earn a portion of the vault alongside a winner's bonus. This gives players real exposure to DeFi in a fun and gamified way. Here's where it gets unique. The boss difficulty is dynamically tied to the Ethereum gas prices fetched live using the 1-in API. So, if gas is low, the boss has less health.
But if gas spikes, the boss gets stronger and his health increases. This creates a direct link between onchain conditions and gameplay. Players are not just reacting to the dungeon, but also to the state of the Ethereum to the Ethereum network, adding real world unpredictability and tension. If a player defeats the boss, their share of the vault is automatically swapped into 1-in tokens using the 1-in swap API. On the tech side, we used Phaser.
js for the game engine, RON, and EtherJS for the wallet and transaction handling. And then for the 1-in integration, we integrated 1-in swap API to trigger a token swap when the player beats the game. The front end calls the 1-inch classic swap API, retrieves the call data, and then forwards it to a smart contract. The contract then executes the USDC to 1-in token swap via the 1-in aggregation router V6. Additionally, we also use the 1-in gas price API for the dynamically generated boss health.
And now it's time for a demo. So, I already prepared um a uh the transaction where I stake 0.01 USDC into the shared vault. just to make things a little bit uh quicker. Hopefully, it's uh okay, the transaction was submitted.
And then as soon as the transaction is completed, we will be able to start our game. Transaction has been completed and we are essentially spawned into the first room. I already got a vision boost, which helps me to see what part of the map I did not see. I I don't have unlocked. I managed to get to normal rooms, normal room keys.
So, if you guys notice on the top right corner, there is a mini map and this is useful to identify what part what portion of the dungeon I still have to explore and where the different rooms are. So, as I mentioned, this is a procedurally generated dungeon. So, it's the first time that I actually play this specific map. So, it's going to be a little tricky. Oh, I already found the boss room.
Um, what I need to essentially do is let me increase my vision. Um, I need to be able to to get to all the rooms and collect all the different keys to then go in the boss room and actually win. So, I got the gold key and I can see that right in front of me. I have the golden the golden room which is highlighted as a golden area chunk in the mini map. I fortunately enough I got the boss key pretty much quickly.
Um, and now I'm going to go towards the boss room where I can finally beat or you know attempt at beating the final boss. So the as you can see we are in the boss room and the gas price is about 1.4 GU which is pretty good. So for the past couple of of days the gas has been pretty low but today the gas has spiked all the way to foray. So, this meant that about an hour or two ago when I was testing this, um, the boss had about 20 hearts and it was extremely hard.
I can use my health potion to recharge and then deal with the final blow. And congrats, I beat the game. And this means that I trigger the swap um from my staked um USDC converted into 1 in. So we can see what is actually happening underneath the hood um with the start game and the and the uh and the um reward transaction. So for the start game you can see that we're actually depositing the 0.
1 USDC into the shared onchain vaults. And then for the transaction for the reward distribution you can see that what is essentially happening is the contract approves the 1- in uh aggregation router to spend uh USDC. A portion of the USDC is then swapped to or transferred to the US uh to the unis swap v4 pool and then we basically have a conversion to wrapped ethereum to make it a little bit easier to find the best liquidity and then the funds are completely converted to 1in tokens and then sent back to the winner's wallet. And that's all. Thank you very much for listening and we're Dungeonheim.
Amazing. That's uh incredible, Teo with uh I mean the fact that you also won the game live is is pretty awesome. So, thank you so much
and uh yeah, people should check this out and this is such a good way of uh actually hiding what's happening on the DeFi side by just making all that super seamless and uh and actually entertaining. So, congratulations to uh the Dungeon team and uh hope you guys continue building this. All right, we're going to move on to our second finalist demo. And for this one, I'd like to bring off Ponyhoff. Welcome Tatiana.
Um, hi, I'm Tatiana. Um, a solo death of uh, Ponyov decentralized encrypted uh, darkpool trading. If you use 1 in limit orders, you know how gasless non-custodial trading changes everything. But public order sharing risks front running and censorship concerns for institutions and large traders. Ponyhof complements one inch by in introducing permissioned encrypted offchain pools um together with a decentralizedly P2P IPFS relay.
This replaces centralized resolvers with a censorship resistant network enabling trader control cryptographic privacy for selective order sharing. Together, this enhances one in protocols by providing much neededed privacy, trust, and user experience. Let's see how it works. Uh let's begin by connecting our wallet and joining a permissioned uh dark pool. Only authorized members uh with a proper cryptographic keys can see your orders.
Here are whales members. uh keeping your tra trading intent fully confidential and under your control. Uh now let's submit uh a couple of orders. Ponyhof instantly encrypts all order details and relays uh this encrypted order over decentralized lip P2P IPFS network. Uh this removes uh centralized points of failure ensuring censorship resistance and uh global resilience.
Once uh matching orders are found, settlement happens directly on one inches official limit order contract. This guarantees gasless fields non-custodial uh security and cooperatility with a broader defy ecosystem. Bony hof securely uh enhances the offchain order handling layer without compromising onchain integrity. Here you can see the transaction hash onia with all the details and IPFS uh data. Great.
Each trader uh and relay node build and transparent um onchain reputation based on honest participation uptime relability and successful fields or message relays. You can see uh this reputations on the dynam dynamic leaderboard. Um, bullet scores reflect traders reputation for fair uh, reliable trading while node scores represent relay operators performance in securely propagating encrypted messages. Uh, this uh, dual scoring system fosters accountability and trust for both sides of the network traders and infrastructure providers uh, reinforcing pony host privacy and resilience through transparent uh, reputation building. Together, this repetition mechanism supports permission pools with cryptographically enforced membership and trading rules enabling private trusted uh trading venues for whales, dows or institutions.
Summarizing uh Bunny Hoff builds trust through transparent reputation scoring and strengthens resilience via its decentralized relay. Whether a whale avoiding front running or an institution requiring confidentiality, Ponyhof delivers that scalable trust privacy layer and all of this is seamlessly integrated uh with one inches gasless move user experience. joined Ponyhof uh in building future of private decentralized trading. We're expanding support beyond limit orders to include one in fusion and RFQ protocols. We're also expanding developer tools to enable broad integration and innovation and explore explore and contribute on GitHub.
Thanks.
Amazing. Um that was such a cool demo and uh I'm glad that uh people are going back and uh caring about privacy even more. So congratulations on uh making this super functional and uh unique and hope that this becomes the new norm.
Amazing. All right, we're going to get ready for our third finalist demo. So uh for this one, I'd like to uh ask Hans to share your screen first on the back end before we get to promote you. Um, so we need to do that quickly and u monitor the the internal chat and uh as soon as we're ready we'll get on with our third demo and then we have four more finalists to go and uh then we get to talk about all the incredible prizes. So, as soon as we get to go ahead in a second, we'll uh we'll get ready for our third demo.
And uh hopefully uh everybody else is also blown away by all the incredible engineering accomplishments we've been able to make for this uh hackathon. All right, welcome Hans. You are good to go. Thank you, Karthik. Um so I'm Hans.
I built CK Fusion. Um what does CK Fusion do? Um you probably all know by now that um the fusion protocol runs a Dutch auction to uh find the price uh uh prices. You can do this by an onchain auction. Um you see it here on the left hand side.
Uh that has been done by uh 1 in. The problem there is that it takes a very long time. Uh if you want to go granularly down in price, the other option is to do it offchain but then you need to uh trust the auctioneer that he doesn't cheat. So uh you are left with a trade-off really uh no there's uh actually a solution where you can have both the best of both world and you need uh to do that with zero knowledge and that what uh is what uh CK fusion does. First I show you the front end that the auction runner um uh is using uh uh you see the intent on the left hand side and then the biders and the winning and all these kind of things.
However, I want to switch now to a a script to show you how the real uh detailed process uh works. So the script um is running. So the first thing uh we're doing we're running this on uh on forked uh um arbitum uh because we need the uh limit order protocol deployed. Uh you can see it here. And then uh the first step in the process is that the biders uh they need to basically put their bids uh onchain and they do that by um uh a process where first a commitment factory is deployed that's done once for the uh overall uh uh protocol and then for each individual auction there's a bit commitment contract created and then each individual bidder u u post the Poseidon hash um uh And uh because of a hash because we need to uh keep that bit uh private.
If it's not winning, it will never be revealed. Uh so it binds uh the amount the price to the address of the bidder and also to the address of the bid commitment contract. In this way we can uh keep the auctioneer um that he doesn't uh um modifies the auction. That's the first step. Second step uh is the zero knowledge proof.
Um and this one verifies uh the uh the auction. I've built u um it with circum and snark gs. It's a small uh 14,000 constraint uh circuit in this case with max 8 bidders. You can see here that it compiled in 1.29 seconds.
So it's really feasible. And then uh uh it uh uh through a deployed growth uh 16 verifier uh you can then verify that this uh that the specific proof actually went through. So we have now the proof uh generation and we have it on chain. What comes next? We need a referee.
Um that's another contract. It's uh the CK fusion executor contract. Um it needs to be deployed only once for the protocol. And what it does it uh it checks uh again the zero knowledge proof uh that we've seen before. So it calls this and then it also makes sure that uh all the inputs to the proof are actually the same that were basically committed in the commitment product uh um uh contract that I showed at the beginning and that makes uh uh the whole process temper proof.
What's next? The next thing is that we need to link to the 1 in uh protocol and this is done by the CK uh um um u fusion getter contract. It's also only deployed once uh for the overall protocol and what it really does it implements the um I amount getter interface from uh 1 in. And with this um you can now call um uh the um the scatter with a get taking amount uh and the specific uh um uh auction uh um u parameters and then it outputs the taking amount and that links it uh in the final step it links it to the construction of the fill order with arcs which uh then is basically called with extension data and all the relevant data we have here. This assembles the full execution uh of the CK fusion um resolver process.
That's the demo. Let me quickly uh uh move back to um the um to the PowerPoint. What have we achieved? So we have uh built a zero knowledge privacy preserving mechanism. uh it's real uh really uh CK proof generation it we have deployed the trustless infrastructure on chain we have a seamless integration with a 1 in uh protocol we have partial fill enabled so this is automatic and also it's economically viable and it scales so um our system takes about 0.
1 uh dollars on arbitum so it's for bigger uh options it's really feasible and it scales also to larger with our numbers. That's my demo. Thanks a lot. Uh and uh I hope we will see this in practice soon.
Amazing. Hans, thanks for uh prototyping this incredible thing and the fact that you got to uh not only introduce new properties, we also did that with that uh reinventing a whole processor and actually extending the the SDK and the infrastructure that 1 in already provides. So this is really good and I really hope that uh this gets used more widely. So this is incredible u and thanks for doing this. All right, four more demos to go.
So let's bring on our next team and that is project zero inch. Welcome.
Hi. Can you hear me?
Yes, we can. Let's get started.
Okay. Hi. This zero in motion yet powerful. Uh so why are we here? I think we all love the like exchange user experience right we everything so seamless we deposit we go trade limit order pretty easy to understand compared to like you know Dex and so on that we have but like it's also have its own issue like you know sometime people hack sometime they just go on fraud so decent light and self custody also really helpful and I hope all of us love it but uh where are we here no where are we right now so we have zero in limit order protocol which kind of filled a lot of the gap right Now with zero in limit order the user experience on the trading side look a lot better like you can trade you can limit order it get few everything seem to be quite like seamless but it also still lack privacy which is a main issue on all public chain right people can look at your wallet and your activity and some just like you know go on and just you know bully you about your trade but some might like start doing something worse like copy your outgo and then you know you get you earn less and some might have worse idea So we built zero in kind of an attention to zero uh one in limit order protocol.
We try to get the best of both world you know have all the good experience and also have the privacy that we expected. So let's go to demo. So uh let's start from connect the wallet. Uh we support all the wallet that you expect it to support. You get to connect at this step.
It's similar to uh exchange. You go and deposit the account can be automatically gener will be automatically generated for you. So you don't have to do much. Uh so given that it's minute, I'm going to just deposit a small amount to pray around with. Uh hit deposit.
I pre-approve it. So you know in the real uh real thing, you might need to approve uh approve your token first. So now I can like start trading. Let's say I try to buy uh wrap it at this price. So like you can hit different percent.
You can look at the price chart in different time frame and you can pick like price slightly above or below the current price and you can click hit press order. This thing will generate CK proof uh that uh you own asset. So after you depit into this ex our exchange right uh it's going to get into the same smart contract and every transaction going to look like it come from no one you know no one know who who make the trade. In this case it might not get matched. So, let's uh do something that might match.
Let's say 0.25. Uh I'll pick a price below market rate. Let's say, you know, 99 cent per dollar. Hit press order.
Uh this one got to go similarly. Hopefully, it get filled by the the uh resolver. Uh yeah. Okay. So as you can see some might get viewed some if it the price hit it at some point will get view uh but you can look at the trade history uh here and you can look at the transaction.
So the transaction going to look like uh normal 1 in uh transaction where it's fully compatible with the the limit order protocol. So this mean that this privacy extension apart from hiding who actually made the transaction still fully compatible with uh the the one in protocol. So in the future if there's more people building more extension it can go together. So but what do I mean by like the privacy part of it? Uh this is the the main extension smart contract where you hold asset like similar to if it like you know exchange uh wallet everybody deposit into this account.
So you can see that uh some deposit might come from different address but like all the uh command to trade just come from the layer but this is this is like our layer which is our infra that support like submitting transaction on behalf of user but it uh it allow anyone to submit this transaction. So even if our system go down or not go down you still have full control. You can still push transaction through as long as you can create the proper CK proof. uh I think and then after you defit your trade and you uh have enough fund you can withdraw. This is also similar to what you expect from uh the normal exchange.
So you hit withdraw. This one you don't have to sign anything. So it's generate proof that like you own asset inside exchange. Uh it submit through lelayer also but you can submit it yourself and then the uh asset going to get like pushed back to your wallet. Done.
Uh so how do we get here? So uh we we aim to have it private but fully compatible to one in limit order protocol which mean that unlike many uh privacy protocol that decide similar uh decide with like naive way that you have to have expected token that go out expected token that go in. It will sacrify a lot of composibility especally with a really dynamic protocol like 1 in. What we can do is we design a new multi asset double shielded pool uh CK circuit and then we also create an idea that we want to do a just in time private node generation. The quick idea is like uh most protocol kind of go with asset and balance and then just had a secret and create a note of it.
We take another step to shield the key first. We call it like secret hash and then we take it and create a node in real time. So the first shoe kind of make it be able to share and keep it in the protocol without leaking information about who own the the asset, right? It's kind of similar to when you have key and then you hide who who who it is first then before you hide the trans the action itself. So you can create proof and so on and that transition is right the order is right and the one in order is the the fully compatible one and then in this step right uh it's go to layer le over and so on as you expected from this one in demand order protocol but the the trick is the magic trick that we have here is like the just in time private generation where the secret hash which is private get combined with the thread result in real time and then it get pushed back into the database without like reing who they are.
You can this is going to be compatible with like you know if you have auction if you have all kind stuff it's go together. So you can have a dynamic pricing and or dynamic logic with the the protocol. And I want to also point out that it should be compatible with the two previous two no previous team that uh have do option auction or do all kind of privacy on different part that uh all contribute to one in privacy. So we hide the uh the who make the transaction some high the who who do the auction and so on. So I think the ecosystem go together well and this will be really nice.
Uh and yeah we compatible with all the thing that other people will build in the future to team up and so on or some we might build oursel but yeah that's the idea. Thanks for your time. Thank you.
Amazing. Thank you and uh such a another incredible example of and a functional demo of another privacy related uh enhancement to the limit order protocol. So this is great and uh
for people haven't figured out privacy is back the the last three
are all on privacy. So this is this is I'm I'm really happy to see this thing. So congrats again.
Thank
all right we are ready for our next demo and for this one want to bring on the NU team.
Hey everyone. So we are excited to introduce you Anju a gamify crosschain bridge that make defy visual and fun. Instead of silence transaction we are building a trad 3D experience where every swap actually change worlds. So for this project we are team of two students so machas and myself. So basically people bridge token every day but ask yourself do you remember your last bridge probably not those forgettable those are forgettable transaction there are no visual feedback feedback no reason to return so our idea uh was simple what if every bridge swap made your island grow what if uh you earn companion level up and watch your world evolve just by using defy so this This is Angel.
Let's jump right into it. So this is our landing page. You can directly launch your app in the right corner here. So to get started, you have to know that we are using a fork uh mainet RPC to use of 1 in IPA. So you have to connect our RPC hardier and then connect your metamas.
So to get started you will be asked to enter then you will have to get some ETH to get started because you have first to put your wallet into smart wallet account like that uh this the website can see your token. So what do you get here? We can do swap by using one in uh APA. So this is our TR island. I already have some some swap.
So we are going to do uh to get to USDC by using a range a. So let's go. So this is going to increase my level my XP and plant a new tree. So as you can see we got as you see we got a new tree and the island is regenerated. So uh for the rich part I'm going to show you everything and let my mates speak for myself.
Yep. Hi everyone. So for the bridge we use the one in P infrastructure to create NTLC escu. The ESCO is located with an ash and an expiration time. For case it's one day and the advantage that we better tested and audited contract with native handling of locks refunds and reliable events emission.
Then the listener captures the lock event he evented by the one in a s group. It calculate the ETH near combation via price or recorder and deploys a mirror HTC school on near. Uh the near screw is set to a shortterm expiration to ensure that in case of an issue can be proceeded on near first then on interior auding any phones being stuck. Then the listener automatically revealed the secret on near to unlock the phones and once reided the same secret is used to unlock the ISU on Ethereum completing the process. It's the same for Trump.
I let my mate speak.
Yeah. So I've just show you the transaction uh with ETH near and so uh as we are using forp you can explore u the blockchain right here. So I just copy the the it creation and we can see everything on our blockchain right there. And then uh for the near part if I update this page you can see that we just received our near and in the the tr parts or the terics we got the same thing here. So everything is connect and we received everything.
So for the bridge parts uh for each bridge you do uh you have a reward token which are used to in the NFD marketplace. So this is still work in progress but in the future we want to add a specific NFD due to the chain you are bridging. So you can get your animal and they will automatically be spawning in your islands. And the last thing we have to show is our island explorer. So this is the community part when you can see every island of every user and like them.
So have fun with it and if you have any question or feedback, we are open to it. Thanks so much.
Amazing. Well, thank you for uh making another fun experience on what bridging looks like and how you can actually make that uh cool and give people rewards. And uh for everybody on the live stream, this is actually one of the first amazing demos of uh we doing crosschain swaps between Near and Tron, which is now captured live for forever. So, command work and uh hope that everybody gets to use this thing and build out their their forest. Congrats.
Thanks.
All right, we are ready for our next demo. And for this one, I' like to bring on one inch teleport. Hey, Cartik. Hey, everyone. Right.
Um, so I think I'm audible. All right. So my project is one in short ports. A little bit about myself. Uh, you can find all the information.
Feel free to follow me on discord or github and today we'll be talking about cross protocol solutions and um, primarily what is a one tele oneinch teleport. Basically, I wanted to create a solution that you can manage all your liquidity across different protocols in one place. Um, mostly collecting fees, withdrawing liquidity in bulk and migrating liquidity between protocols, also merging it between different accounts. So, idea really was to do this uh crosschain, but in the end it kind of hit me also this could be cross protocol. uh behind the scene where I'm using one in GPA and the ideas here to support as many integration as possible.
So one of the integrations I was exploring is migrating liquidity between protocols. For example, normally the problem would be in this scenario you have to repay your debt, withdraw collateral, then resupply and this takes couple of transactions. So instead wanted to do that uh in one transaction as well as collecting your fees in one transaction between multiple protocols or drawing liquidity. So let's dive into the demo. Um try to collect my wallet, right?
Uh so here I have my wallet connected and I have a couple of positions and say spark instead of going to let's say directly to spark to manage my liquidity I can just do it directly from one teleport dashboard. I can collect my interest. So this transaction goes through, I'll collect the fees that I generated. I can exit my position as easily uh without needing to jump from like uh different protocols. Um let's say we have a more sophisticated portfolio maybe like on unis swap and you might have multiple positions there.
So instead of interacting with each position individually like unis swap doesn't allow for instance bulk transactions I have to withdraw fees from um like collect fees from my one first position then do the same for the other one and you can imagine if I have multiple position this might be a lot of manual work here on the other hand I can just do this actions in bulk so I can collect all the fees from all my positions at once. So if we proceed, the simulation shows the results. Uh same would work with withdrawing liquidity from multiple positions at once. So they can imagine like next step would be combining protocols. So if I have uh two of them, I can do them in bulk too.
So I'll collect like fees from spark and unis swap combined. And that works exactly as expected, right? to collect all the fees for example. Now let's try this on some more complicated. What if you have actually like five different protocols?
So there's another wallet um that we're connected with and same here like I can select all of them together and proceed. Then this one will should work with metam mask instead of rabi. So we'll have a simulation here of the transaction as well. And yeah, so it collect all the fees as expected. Uh so what else we can do with one inst um length of our portfolio in a little bit more interactive way like uh for example a canon board uh when you can easily drag and drop portions of your liquidity.
You can split it uh combine it. So if I'd like to maybe put some 1 in tokens in the staking platform, I can just drag and drop and confirm this uh signature. And once the transaction is confirmed, I will see uh movement of tokens, right? So I can also do this cross protocols. For instance, if I would like to maybe move money from curve to spark, should we do it like uh this is this and same here.
I would just confirm with the signature what would happen between behind the scenes. Um so basically depending on complexity of your position if there is a a borrow that you need to repay that will happen. take a flash loan to repay the borrow, then we're able to withdraw liquidity, resupply it, and then borrow again to return the flash loan. If uh target token is different, we can also swap it for 1 in for example. So that's um in a core what's one inch teleport is all about and for the future of this project, I'd like to extend it for more protocols or more crosschains.
And I'd invite anyone who's interested to make it really one-stop solution for all protocols out there. Uh feel free to check out the repository and you can reach out to me and we can um make it the next next unicorn. Thank you.
Amazing. Thanks so much Vitalik. This is uh another example of actually making things composable and uh offering basically skipping steps on managing all the stuff that you have on so many different protocols. So uh teleport is the right word and I hope that the drag and drop becomes like the new norm for for rebalancing liquidity for people. So thanks again and congrats again.
All right, we are ready for our last finalist demo before we get to all the prices. So without further ado, let's bring on one option.
Welcome Mark.
Hey Kik, thanks for the intro. So let me share my screen. So hopefully you're able to see my screen now. Everything all good?
You're good to go.
All right. So, hi, my name is Marco and today I'm presenting to you one option. And one option is a decentralized protocol for minting and trading options built on top of the 1-in limit order protocol. And on top of one limit order protocol, we have the following key features. Uh first, we can create gasless options writing, meaning that makers can write options and sign limit orders without having to pay gas fees.
Second, all the collateral uh is all collateralized options. So meaning takers who fill the orders do not have to worry as the options will be fully backed by the underlying asset. And three, we're fully permissionless and decentralized protocol. So I'll explain a bit about how this all works. Oh, so in the first step, the maker creates and sign an options order offchain.
So the maker will include information such as what is the premium for the options contract, when is the expiry date for the contract and what is the underlying asset. So uh the maker will actually sign an EIP712 signature and send it to an off-chain database where it's actually publicly available for the takers to fill. So step two, uh takers can look into the offchain database and also decide to fill an order and pay the premium for that option. So once that's done, we actually have a hook that will actually mint the option and we implement it as an NFT where the maker will then receive the uh taker asset, the premium that was paid by the taker and the taker will then receive the option NFT which was backed by the collateral. And finally, step four.
Once the taker owns the option, they can choose to exercise this option. And if they choose to do so, we will then send the underlying asset to the taker. And then the maker will receive the strike price asset. So now it's time for me to share the demo. So firstly, uh we should connect our wallet to MetaMask.
And now that we're connected, uh, we can first try to create a new option. So I'll try to create an Ethereum option and that's using USDC strike asset. So let's say we have a strike price of $3,000 uh, US and let's set the premium to $400. So let's uh create an option that expires at the end of the month. So now we're actually signing off the uh off-chain EIP712 signatures.
And once this is done, we'll actually uh send it to the off-chain database where we can actually publicly uh see everything. But because this is the option that we just created, we're we're not allowed to fill this. So actually let's try and connect oursel with a different wallet. Okay, so now we successfully connected to a new wallet. Let's attempt to buy this option.
So let's complete the transaction. And we can actually see that we've successfully purchased the option. And we can actually even confirm this that it's all happening on chain. So we can see that the fill order are uh function is actually uh being executed. And we can see that we actually minted one option here.
So now let's exercise this option. So once we exercise this option, we can actually see a bit more details of the token transfer. So let's have a look. So now we can see that the exercise function is actually completed and this is a success. So we can even have a little bit of a look and see the token transfers for the previous wallet.
So it's taking a while to load. So just now we just exercised the option and we can see that we're actually paying out the uh USDC uh strike price uh that we just uh exercise and we're also receiving the uh wrapped Ethereum as the underlying collateral. So uh that's for the demo and for the technologies used I used solidity as well as hard hat as the development environment to use to build the options NFT as an extension to the limit order protocol. And for the simple demo just now I usedJS to integrate uh with MetaMask as well as building the front end. And finally, I use DOJS and ExpressJS and SQL to build the relay and off-chain database for storing the uh maker signatures.
And of course, there's a lot of future improvements that can be done. Uh today, I'm just showing a simple demo. So, just to make sure that the flow is clear, but for centralized exchanges, we usually have options change sheet, which definitely is possible to build on top of this protocol. And second improvements are put options capabilities. So earlier today I just showed the call option flow but we can absolutely build on top of it put options and third uh we can also integrate with oracles so that we our makers can have more accurate and real-time pricing.
So thank you very much and and you can also you know u look into the code as well. Um if you want you can look at our at my GitHub uh repository and feel free to you know provide some uh any comments or even contribute to this protocol as well and we can have a more uh decentralized um community. Thank you.
Amazing. Thank you Marco. And uh such a cool way to show off uh how you can do actually functional options here and uh and the fact that you can extend it to put as well is is even better. So amazing. All right, those were our seven finalists.
I want to give a massive round of applause again to the seven teams. Dungeonheim, NG Pony Hop, One Teleport, CK Fusion, One Option, and Zero Edge. Um those were some of the coolest projects that our judges saw from uh the judging process uh this uh Monday. And uh I want to get to the part that I know a lot of you have been waiting on and uh that's of course the prizes. But before we do that, I want to just quickly take a second to talk about what it means to uh be on ch when you're part of the eth global community.
Uh all of you were part of the hacker pack process as you were participating in this hackathon and it lets you get ready for the faucet and not have to worry about uh being uh out of touch on how you can test everything on various test nets and just gives you a few other perks of the developer tool side. But uh after this um hackathon you'll actually be eligible to mint a bunch of the other packs that are for developers. you'll namely based off the number of events you've attended or the prizes you're going to win today, you'll be eligible to also mince the builder pack and the pioneer pack which gives you even more on top of what the act does. So that's anywhere from higher faucet limits to more developer credits to uh being able to actually get access to other events that are happening across the world. uh all that is a part of you uh being a a not only just a great developer but just your journey to uh do more and actually build more and showcase more of what you've been doing in the space.
So you get to do that very soon automatically. Um and we also have all these things available for all the other roles. If you're a volunteer or a mentor or a partner um or a speaker, you get to mint all the other packs that are are free to mint and they also give you access to various perks across the the rest of the Ethereum ecosystem. So all that is live and available on eglobal.com/packs.
And the thing I'm going to talk about is going to be the thing that we're excited about the most as ETH global, which is ETH global plus. This is a way for you to uh consolidate all the things that are happening in the web 3 and Ethereum ecosystem um as part of being a premium member of the ETH global community. And this is um a way for you to access everything that's happening um basically all under one roof. So you get access to all of our Pragma events um across the globe. You get access to all of our city packs which gives you discounts on things like hotels and flights and side events.
Uh we also help you make uh onchain uh more easy. So you get not only more developer faucet limits, but um you also get free L2 and mainet reimbursements. Uh we also now have access to uh airport lounges, 100 plus side events that happen across through our ecosystem through all the events, eims for traveling anywhere else, Uber credits, and a lot more startup credits. So you don't have to worry about taking your hackathon project to uh production. So anywhere from RPC to discounts on security audits to basically being ready to uh get cloud credits, all that is kind of covered as as your journey.
Um, but the thing that is super interesting and we're kind of happy about is our new partnership and uh integration with Priority Pass. So, as an ETH global plus member, you also get access to an airport lounge and the annual membership free is uh is free. So, you can access 1700 lounges 17 Yeah, 1 1700 lounges across the globe. So, all that is live and available for you to claim on global.com plus.
And with that, let's go and talk about all the amazing partner prizes. So, of course, the majority of what we're going to talk about will be prizes from the 1-in team because they wanted to have everybody test Fusion Plus and all the crosschain pieces that they've been working on for such a long time. So, we're going to jump right into all the prizes there. And we're start with the Fusion Plus tracks. So, the best APOS integration goes to After integration.
Um, and you are going to be winning $12,000. And the Katai swap team wins the Bitcoin Fusion Plus integration and you'll be receiving $12,000 as well. Cosmic Fusion is the best extension to the Fusion Plus with Cosmos. You will take home $3500. And Nether Swap is the best Fu Fusion Plus and SU integration.

And you'll be receiving $7,500 as well. Onto the other tracks, Super Order and One Delta Unite are the two teams that are going to be receiving $10,000 for extending the limit order protocol. One option and ZK Fusion are the two teams coming in second place for $7,000 each. and Rosetta is the third place $3,500 winner. So, congratulations to all five of these teams for extending limited report call.
Oneinch teleport, Bob, and Buns are the best full application integration of 1 in APIs, and you'll be each receiving $5,000. Dungeon Hype is the second place $3,000 winner, and Fusion Jar is the third place $1,500 recipient. and Yeti is the judge's pick and you'll be taking home $1,000. Then we have Etherlink. And Gatai swap, Near Fusion, Mob and One Prime are the four solver runnerup category winner and each of these teams will be receiving $1,000. Now, those were all the winners and because a big part of submitting the projects was to correctly implement some of the other chain integrations.
If you did not see your name or you did not see a prize being awarded, it's because it did not meet the engineering criteria of qualifying for a proper working implementation. So, some categories did not have the proper qualified projects. If you feel strongly about any of the work that you've done that should have made it easy to uh to be qualified for one of those integrations, um you have the next three days to message us uh on hello global.com and share um some proof of like what you're integrated and and what why you think uh it should be reconsidered and we'll review all those submissions again and make sure that before we disperse any of the prizes, we have a final corrected set of any unawwarded prizes uh as part of our process. So everything we've announced is indeed right now tentative and not final, which means that over the next few weeks, we'll be verifying everybody's code again.
We'll be verifying everybody's uh submission and making sure that nobody cheated or worked on something before or it actually does work as expected. And as a result, some values may change, but u we believe that this is still a 90 or so percent correct um understanding of everything. and you will get a notification in two weeks over email confirming what prizes you've still won and the total amount that'll be given to you as the prizes. So the current timeline is to disperse all the prizes on August 28th and we use the next few weeks to uh check everybody's source code and similarly the timeline will be the same for state returns as well. So you'll be receiving your stakes with the prizes on the 28th of August.
And before we wrap things up, we want to say a few thank yous for helping pull off this incredible event with a thousand plus people across 80 different countries. And so many people are involved in making this such a great experience. I want to thank uh a lot of people here from our judges to the volunteers to the speakers to our partners. I want to start off with thanking all of you as hackers. you spent 10 days with us building something that you are excited about and you got to test some incredible APIs and protocols that are about to change how we think about DeFi.
So give yourselves a massive round of applause. Uh, and I want to thank especially the 1- inch team of and the mentors and everybody they brought in to help make this uh a really incredible experience. Uh, to pull off this incredible feat where you get to bring on other chains and have them also care about making everything work seamlessly with each other's protocols is is not easy. Um, the fact that the 1C managed to make this really easy for all of us is uh is something that we're super grateful for. So, thank you again for the 1 in team and everybody on the 1in staff for uh putting in all the hours to help answer all of our hackers questions.
I want to thank all of our judges to uh uh who took in the time and many hours on Monday on a live call talking to hundreds of hackers and giving them feedback on their projects. The volunteers that ran everything behind the scenes so that you have a great consistent experience no matter what time zone you were in. uh all of our speakers who gave incredible talks and workshops and uh talked about how you can actually do crosschain more seamlessly and all the partners behind the scenes from all the protocols and and the 1 in team to uh help make this multi-chain multi-protocol event uh a massive success. And last but not least, want to give a massive shout out to the ETH global team who does so much amazing work behind the scenes to give you this amazing experience. So big shout out to George, Alex, Karen, Aubrey, Val, Pascal, Rich, Safia, Calvin, Mackie, Nuno, Anna, Emily, Jacob, Andrew, and Liam.
So those are all of the the winners from all of our partner prizes, but the finalists are getting a lot more. So they're getting another $1,000 from the global team because uh they are now the winner of the United D5 finalist pack, which they also get to mint on the 28th. And that means they get in addition to all the partner prizes they've won, a thousand bucks access to global plus a $500 flight credit to the next hackathon that we're throwing off. Uh a proof of being a finalist on chain that others can use to anywhere from whitelist them to give them special access to their protocols and products. We do a lot more events with other founders in the space so they can learn from them and talk to them and have more conversations in private settings.
and over $15,000 in developer credits to help take their projects to production. Uh, and that's anywhere from AWS to things around uh, account abstraction to security uh, review audit discounts. All those things are part of the finalist pack. Um, and they'll also be receiving this hoodie that only the finalists have on the ETH global community. So, every member gets this, shipped to them wherever they are.
And of course, things like 10x throughput increase for the faucet. All pragmas are going to be free as part of uh being a global plus a custom ledger flex that'll be shipped to them as well for being an incredible finalist the flight reimbursement and which they can use for any of these three events starting next week and of course access global plus for one year which uh lets them take advantage of everything that's happening in our ecosystem. So congratulations to everybody who was part of this event. Before we kind of wrap things up, I want to give a massive uh shout out to everybody who was part of this, but talk about what's next. And that is we have a few more hackathons upcoming.
We have ETH Global New York next week. That's next Friday. So, if you're in the East Coast and you're watching this thing or you want to decide to last minute show up in New York and hack with hundreds of more people, you get to do that uh in seven days. We're also going to be doing another AI agents hackathon on September 5. So, it's exactly three or so weeks from now.
And uh with GPD5 and all the other changes we've seen in just the last 48 hours, you get to really go in and make some incredible AI agents that leverage crypto as a native primitive. Then we have our New Delhi hackathon which is going to be in person on September 26th. Then our biggest async hackathon ETH online will take place most of October and we're going to have our last event of the year as part of Defcon in Buenesaris Argentina and that's going to be on November 21st uh this year. So uh we look forward to seeing you all uh at these future upcoming events. All these things are live for you to sign up and uh learn more about onglobal.
com/events. And with that I want to thank all of you for being part of it. Thanks again to the 1 in team and we'll see you all in New York next week. So with this uh signing off from the global team, take care everybody and uh enjoy some lowfi beats. [Music]
