all right yeah uh thanks for the patience um now next up we'll have um uh the founder of her herow uh we'll be talking about the road to Defcon that's going to be up in a month thank you so yes let's start um so my name is sinin I'm coming from erow and more especially erow global where I'm the global lead since uh October right now and just to talk a bit about myself because before starting so I've been in web3 uh for five years right now uh starting with the blockchain society so blockchain club and then walking at leer um and stocket and um yeah I'm going to talk right now about the r to Devon so basically this talk will be will be focused on U opportunities for women to come at Devcon and more especially as well to learn about uh all education technical education that we are providing there so uh who know about ER okay one two three four okay great um so we are a woman in nonbinary Focus um especially uh more about the education technical side um so it's more for Developers for researchers and Builders so we are really present um like at aaton doing Boon camps and stuff like that and uh we are really International so as you can see we have some uh subd down all over the world so in South America um in Europe in Africa and in Asia um so we are everywhere um and that's that's super important because all contents can be available in different language uh thanks to our sub and uh what you are providing regarding education stuff so for eum uh we have some boot C and study groups that you can take part in it um just to to learn about different things like um eum protocol fellowship program uh you can integrate this program thanks to our studio groups and get FAS for that um and we have two study groups related to that um so the woman eam Foundation stud groups and the woman in itum protocol um and uh everything is providing uh and yes teach teaching by by our community so exclusively woman and we have as well a solidity sisters group so it's not only about basics of solidity is as well related to take technical Concepts regarding three dig stuff so the the stud groups um has like one year one year right now um and feel free to take part on this kind of Studio groups uh through our we website we have a special section about it um and right now um another step um after doing this this First Step reing Studio groups and bootcamps um it's important to to make everything in in practice put everything in practice uh through Hons so we are we are everywhere uh like when when we have like um his Global a ER is here with some with some teams um so I was leading this uh this uh this uh this aatan um for the community one year ago and that's why right now I have the opportunity to to to be the global leader for da uh because uh we are providing a lot of great outcomes um thanks to our program um and what I want to talk right now um is about the rad to Devcon designed by eral so basically the goal behind that is to learn build and accelerate so learn um with a grade program build your project and accelerate it at the end with an accelerator from December in partnership with en Club um and the first thing that we run actually is the global developer course so in fact the road to Devcon designed by erow is the biggest activation uh from erow since the beginning so that's why it's important to talk about it and just to start your journey uh especially your technical Journey um and for that we are starting with the global developer Court um sponsored by Bas and people uh like we have selected 100 woman and this woman has the opportunity to get the certification and after the certification they can unlock a scholarship to come at Devcon thanks to Bas and this program has been designed by uh me um s better and B so right now about uh another thing that we are running is the chain Tech City so who planning to go to CH like before Bangkok okay no one ah yeah so just to let you know um there are like 10 popup cities there uh during one month so it's it will be one of the biggest Gathering um of like just for one month is is huge um and ER with be there by providing as well AUP city with a woman developer residency so it's more focused for uh really Advanced woman developers a co-working space where where we going to run uh everything related to educational content and um providing as well uh local Meetup uh Branch dinner and funny funny funny funny community events because it's important to learn but as well to have some fun during a popup city um just to to to know each other very well um and um and another thing uh so we are organizing as well the biggest woman Laton uh in R three um so it will be during Bangkok um and it's a bre so if you can come at Bangkok uh during Devcon you can as well participate in it um on online um so we're going to have like mour IRL but Monto as well online and it will be Global so just to let you know we just launch Reg ation um on Monday um and like official registration on Monday and we already have something like 100 uh registration almost um so it's pretty pretty cool uh to see that because behind this this number we have as well uh 60% of ran deers so just to for the context another thing uh that will be doing bck is the uhon is the technical Conference of ow the first edition was in Hamsterdam um 3 years ago I guess and and the second edition was in London and then Brussels so it was a practical success one of the most successful events at bruels so bruels sorry yes it's my French um and uh if you want to take part in it during deathcon let me know and just don't hesitate to to to scan this sare code to be H and another thing that I never talk about it just before this talk so we are providing uh 10 scholarships um for woman providing from Asia um so if you want to attend Devcon and you are a technical on the technical side don't hesitate to um scan this C code uh share with your uh woman friends or just for yourself you can apply uh through it um and uh yes you had Bangkok um to this way and uh yeah if if everything is really detailed uh on the website um so yeah do you have any question about R to Doon I'm here for that no top great okay I think it's it's all right
