[Laughter] [Music] w my name is CH Felix a pharmacist a profession but is self thought front end web developer my name is Bak I'm a front end developer my name and um I be front end web developer my name is Victor I'm a back developer my name is I'm a full developer my name is Baba T uh I am an interior designer that is transitioning to Tech So currently I Meed a front end my name is oo Kandi I'm a front end developer um one of the reasons why I want to become a um web three developer is because of the Technologies and how blockchain has really solved problems blockchain is transparent and uh it gives this room for good security measures you get so I want to build you know I've been consuming this product and I've seen possibilities I've seen people I've seen how to like interact with blockchain and how it has solve problems so this is one of the reasons why I want to like um be a Dev and build something and see what people would how people would benefit from what I have to offer in this space I want to know more about blockchain technology how every Everything regarding web3 space so that's why I want to I decided to transition from Web Two to web 3 actually reason I want to become a web developer is because of the of the high demand in the in the web3 ecosystem and the money there is actually very important too I want to become a web3 developer because I see web3 as a future and I wanted to be part of the future that will bring a lot of probably solutions to the space I was already developing with web then I said web had even much more potential to help me achieve sister I'm learning front end basically by myself I had I did a lot of online program that I used to um learn front end development so last year I did work to Advan so then I graduated to so I was now why work to advance when I can go for web 3 I my friend we after learning web two so we just go online search for what to do then we come across learning web then we search for different way different places to learn web we register for like three then three schools then I just quit after that but that my friend decid to keep going keep searching basically it's through a friend that I get to know more but I get to know web bridge by research on Google I Bridge from the blockchain Club in my school L te and from an alumni his name is Jeremiah so he told me about to come come and learn how to code on the blockchain where I schooled B University it's kind of like a school where there are Tech Guys Tech girls so a tree bridge is not really that new most of the time we come for conferences every year I heard about a tree Bridge from G to precise I think I joined their we two unn um WhatsApp group and and Kelvin Kelvin yeah posted um the opportunity at we Tre Bridge so I had to maximize the opportunity and apply I chose Bridge because I even when I heard the story about web preg I had to start asking questions I asked the set man at G like who's what's web privileg like what are they up what are they up to like I was shocked that he call who like a training facility will feed you feed you home you shelter you and everything for free blast I let you know because not easy but then bro they run for Nigeria if you see steady lights food Wi-Fi not easy now you know this things may just walk they try not easy morning evening afternoon full day you H to just focus do your thing just mental state everything day in order I just walk so the environment is actually very nice the accommodation is actually very nice I wasn't expecting it to be like this I decided to choose web Bridge because of the way they make you achieve your hym the purpose of coming to web bridge to learn which is to learn this web of uh it was quite intensive though I knew my abilities but yet was in because I knew the competition was fierce I knew I wasn't the Holy One who was competing to get into the court so and the space so I need to SP so I I prepared myself fortunately for me I was able to h both the interview and the uh the test so and yeah I am today I had experience like I I did um quot 11 before so I have a little bit of knowledge of how it is going to be so yes I was ready for the old test so actually after finishing the web to advance they did a lot of interview for us so and then I passed so I just like wow on site I can try but I sacrificed a lot because I left my project management in and then also my designer my work although I have um a lot of apprentice that is helping me currently I was doing a cover job the pay was a bit the pay was something but not something wasn't heavy enough I was I did Cover job for just the whole of December and after December they were like wanting to employ me I told them no I told them no that um I won want to work with them I'm going to Lagos by January so there's no need don't need like working with them so that's it so I left the job I left family I left Abuja I sacrificed a lot because um nor nor this year I we don't plan say I got go another stuff so I do you know normally I trade I know the way trading be you guys be full time you guys on chats I get channel where I get subscribers people where they look up to me say I got day for them I got give them signals I got tell them how and where to enter Market you know these things people depend on you and not really easy when you not for them again so most of all these things I got sacrifice some I got look up say make I focus on building first and and I not really pain say I sacrifice all those stuff because I know say not for the betterment of my future as well I had to delay my NYC service and I have to I left my dad at home because my mom is dead so he's the only one at home so I have to leave him and come here expectation for the next 16 weeks is to be able to write solidity of hand and learn more about this web space after the 16 weeks I want to wow become financially Brant I should be able to by the time I'm done and I'm equipped with the skill because I've heard a lot about how they transform lives when you write good contct that is as smart as you and you deploy to the to the ecosystem so like you know you know the financial get in then solution like I mean solution I'm trying to provide that those are one of the things like I know I'll be skilled enough to be able to build my Solutions the next um 16 weeks I expect to see myself as a web three smart contract um Dev if not Dev probably a security aito and um I see lights at um within the 16 week so for sure to learn to be a smart contract developer to learn from it and to of course earn from it as well expectation just to sharpen my skills as a Sol develop as developer as a whole also wanting to go into fulltime Sol smash contract ating
