developer hi my name is D Joseph I'm a front end web developer experience in HTML CSS and JavaScript together with real GS hi I'm and before transitioning into three i' had experience as a FR developer um working um for some years now in the stre hi my name ISU I'm from stat and I've I just finished my internship with cab Innovation where I learn pure JavaScript hello my name isum so I'm I want to be devop because I want to add value to my community and make money well do and um I came about word three uh the whole idea of three that's as far back 20122 where I was in conversation with a friend and he was like the opportunities are great and then um coming to last year I about the fact that it's more like theal work and the idea so I just to give it the shot we is both a St of technology and an error it's an error in the sense that is the advancement of the web two internet infrastructure there used to be web one then there was web two and now we have web three so yes it's an error is also consist of a St of Technologies because at the heart of web three is the blockchain and at the hand of the blockchain is cryptography and centralization this means that the blockchain and web three is the future of the internet and I'm here to add my C to the future of the intern of cryptocurrency with the blockchain and the security invol it as well so I would like to join the space and to build mind as well I I want to be a with developer because it aligns with my my passion for software development and it gives a vast opportunity and in a Block Chain I want to BU a analytical platforms where you can actually analyze data for different cont dress the opportun for people to actually analyze their data their address I want to be because like I said I F of I left behind so hi three brid uh on I was following the conference last year and then from the conference iend so because I always wanted to go into I saw the opportunity applied this was from my friend SM shout out to a ment in ch smart contracts so I got to find out about where PR that was 2 years ago from a friend her name is a mentor actually her name is FAS I was then time I to Technical and I was hoping to transition into a technical so she was like she's a doctor of and I should give it a try so that was when my J coming into on uh I have about my friend a long time friend was actually the one that really encouraged me to apply for the the training and theit that the Institute has were three from a brother friend of mine so we were discussing off it was discussing with the brother of mine so they were discussing and I had him mention my three and Stu like that so I meiry and he told me about it and I decided to give the shot okay so I heard about um web three Bridge from my mentor Mr Longs in um I attended in in j a good I attended in J plau State it's actually a we two program but then he was to take on some free persones so that's how I got to know him and then he told us about this amazing is um the we Bridge so we three Bridge um came through a friend who suggested it that SP about the three Bridge um and advised him to give the shot and I came about uh I met someone has been of this place and um she spoke about the bridge and I said I will give the shots I had about a three from my H that's SCH inovation h then after the the interview stage I'm not really frontend engineer so I'm mostly backing but I really have like basic knowledge of I was like really struggling next level then I was able to I didn't have much expectation of being I oh if they pick me I will I believe that this is for me generally then I got picked when I just check my mail that was like this January beginning I saw my were like oh you are invited to come to the camp and the rest wow this is for me I have to like submit theer and like I have to be here the the process of the test and interv get was it was smoth I think the test was okay the time was a little bit short but you know we need to work with time we given so and I was static the day I KN I got in I started the first aspect from selection um I was expecting um some kind of OBG so multiple shs and um so there I said I to do something and it was interesting within a few minutes because uh I was expecting so but I did it I be it and um I was quite confident in what I did but at the same time the entire post and telegram noise and everything made me feel like you're not going to shoot me but no keep the face so the excitement came on 31st of December where I had the um results that I've been picked from on site coming to we3 bridge is actually was actually a rigorous process for me because this is my second time applying I applied last year I passed the test when didn't pass the interview so I have to take it again because I really want to come here so it was really the test honestly is tough but then it's it's like gearing you up to come here because you can't come here and joke the mail the accept came on the 31st of December then I saw I saw p.m. so I was very excited and then I just said to myself okay 2023 has ended well so we have to pass through um some process which is the um the test proc test process for though it wasn't is like not the T the the time is someh low so I was to the particular app after that so I go down there see um I progress to the next level which is to the interview level so I have to interview for the test now after we have to for um I think 5 days days now the curiosity is the Curiosity was very high then so so thinking of what the outcome will be and all that and eventually I got picked um I think on December 31st to the next um to the next from I think December 31st night just like a a new year gift for everyone everyone that coming to site so I was very very very happy my experience during the the the assessment process it was quite is quite smooth and I really thank God for being ped I would actually say all the time that is my gra actually and I was I was really glad when I got the email at first when I got the email I was I was shocked I was before the email I was when I got it I was go thank you and I later got an email for the outsite after the interview yes it was actually amazing it was like the time wasn't the time was great was very for me process was Heavy in the sense that I wasn't expecting the the the task giv but than I was able to make up submit after submission I still have to go you have to convince interviewer of reason why chose because AED so was to conv the interviewer and then on the 31st of December I got a beautiful news that I was chosen not only chosen but I was given the opportunity to come on site to meet uh beautiful people uh that missed [Music] now in the space of 16 week I expect myself to push myself to the limits and also at the same time enjoy the Beautiful Moments at the end of 16 weeks I want to uh I've become very developer smart contract for the next 16 weeks it's going to be interesting I'll just keep on learning start more about smart contracts on espcially on and also make money work onject um it and my expectations after this R program is to have aifi knowledge the blockchain space possible make money and connect with like I expect that I will have a solid on the building smart contract and SM applications and looking to collaborate and work with like man and of course make money um at the end of the program I would like to be if not um an expert in the industry but I would like to be 70% fit for the industry then the 30% will be me doing the rest on my own and stuff like that I'm challenging myself to be a professional in ethereum solidity and smart contracts I believe that having this knowledge will keep will keep me in a very good position in the ecosystem of three yeah I believe from this program that I'm going to be good at least reasonably good with smart contracts and um I'll be able to have give a short opportunities outside there and I expect by the end of 16 weeks I should be should be able to write I believe in theu I believe in community generally because going from half transition I believe in togetherness and the rest of them so I believe in making good good people meeting friends I meet a lot of people here and I believe in I want to be the best version of myself just the best version of myself keep going I boots
