Open Conversations: From the Ground Up: Localizing Blockchain for Real-World Impact (Anke Liu)

Funding the CommonsThu, Oct 9, 2025, 12:00 AM

A conversation with Anke Liu, Ecosystem Growth Lead at Stellar Development Foundation. Financial infrastructure doesn’t reach everyone. Across the world, people struggle with slow payments, high fees, and limited access to financial services—whether across borders or within their own communities. Anke explores how Stellar’s open-source blockchain is enabling practical, real-world solutions. From cross-border transfers to humanitarian aid, she discusses how decentralized technology is helping people and organizations move money more efficiently.
