uh one of the crazy things happening in crypto right now is no doubt just the general uh d5 craziness and explosion uh that we've seen over the the past one plus years i've lost track of how many billions we're blocked indeed fine out but if there's never a dull moment sometimes it feels like an ongoing soap opera uh our next presenter is somebody who's very good at uh sorting through all the the craziness and uh also is uh has a news feed that kind of helps you sort that through the signal and noise and some really spicy commentary as well so uh thanks for uh joining us today julian hey guys hello there's uh oh let me let me do okay cool um yeah so the um the original idea about um about raked was um i think in the defy space um [Music] there's a lot of uh things happening in the sense of um hacking and exploits and and um but the thing is that there was no no place for people to understand um quite on the very deep level um um what was the basically like all the different interactions with the um the blockchain and all the different transactions so rate was started i think about like three months ago now a little bit more maybe four months uh we've covered um about 40 different stories most of them are exploits and and arbitrage as people might call them as well um but basically the the idea is whatever happened on shane uh we have a team of people that will be covering the news and when i see a team of people they are people that are really knowledgeable about those like auditors and people that understand uh they have a deep understanding of uh those smart contracts and those uh defy legal interactions so what we do um as soon as there is something happening we trigger what we call the wrecked opsec team and then we investigate we also been part of a few different actions in term of white hiker like that so basically we were doing and trying to save funds on a few different projects that got hacked in the space and also we give it's um we try to build i mean if you if you go to the next page i mean i don't understand why i cannot share this uh this it's really annoying me um can you go to uh there's a page where um yeah the second one if you go to the bottom of the page you can go to next page here this one you go next page um then we have a tags um if you go next next one yeah you go next and you need the second page again i mean yeah click next um well yeah if you go to opium diaries dystopian dreams for example in i'm not sure if you remember um the start that was published couple years ago and read it um from the future i'm here to tell you that what you're doing is very bad so basically what we're trying to do in rect we're also trying to describe or try to make the user think about um as a restriction think about what we're actually building in the crypto space in the blockchain are we building a better future or we're just replacing the elite replacing the people who are on the top by ourself and then we go to visionaries we go like through very deep and um deep understanding of what we're trying to build but also the the way rect is built it's really high quality english um and um and um yeah so we have like three different things in fact uh um rekt is not only a major uh media company it's actually not a major we call it like rekt istek uh because we're building um a few different pillars of of uh of this project uh the first one is security so we have an a security auditing firm that can jump into any project and try to do right hacking and to save money if it's possible then we have transparency that's the reason now rect is fully decentralized meaning that if you have ipfs or you're running on your mobile metamask or whatsoever all the content that you see on on rect is fully hosted on ipfs so no one can actually remove the content so for example we uh received a few uh lawsuits um people suing because we were saying um staff that didn't want to be published on direct well the most important bit is like whatever is happening on chain will be published on weight so no one can actually start that and also we are building some very cool stuff around encryption so we can actually get content into the platform uh from anonymous uh users authors um and uh yeah so rekt is going to be more like the central autonomous organizations might be a token coming as well um but uh yeah so basically think about rekt as kind of like the defy uh version i mean the wikileaks version of for d5 so like leaks or whatsoever and then we try to cover the news um the most transparent way and the more quality way i think um yeah i think that's it not sure if you have questions so uh let's see we're just wrapping up here any uh quick comments or uh quick uh questions for julian in the a lot of going on um so um i would say focus on encryption focus on add-on content um and and also uh being able to i mean we have a few we also like going into jumping a little bit into nfts but also
