[Music] [Applause] I would say the day in the life of a resident it's it's amazing because you're waking up to all these like-minded people you guys are laughing at the breakfast table at the same time someone's coding someone's doing yoga someone's doing whatever they feel like doing like one of the most amazing thing that came out of this is the friendship that I'm getting is amazing like I'm making new friends who are doing totally different things the biggest thing I'm going to take away from here are the connections with the people so not just the residents but also the mentors and the visitors that we had over the last month I'd say something that is incredibly important and undervalued is the power of continuous education especially in your your career so it's not just about building and creating but it's also taking a step to understand reflect and learn here at the Moose house also the space is very important I think that like architecture definitely impacts the way that people like collaborate and like work together and co- live really lucky we sourced from a few different local chefs here um that are also part of the Moss community and it was a priority for us to have seasonal and local ingredients seeing everyone participate with more human aspects of things I love seeing everybody work out together and learn things together and kind of get out of their elements and I think this is a very magical place I think that the combination of the talent that you can see here and living with that people you get to know them Beyond of what their project is or what they're passionate about but actually like what is gratitude what is generosity uh how people can work together as a a team beyond what is just a project or a startup those things are wonderful there's a lot of different experiences and knowledge in the house that made me thought not only in what I knew there's like C attacks and gitcoin but it opened my eyes to other ecosystems this can impact communities what we're doing is actually building public goods so you have people that are now building things from like climate action like planting more trees gain force and rewarding people in emerging markets for doing that I'd say some of the most impactful pieces is just the spontaneous collaboration so the way that this whole entire house and residency is organized is there's a lot of communal spaces where people are just doing work and collaborating and there's constantly workshops Just Happening throughout these communal spaces so you can hear you can peek in and really understand what people are working on is really been really beautiful to see everyone mentoring each other helping each other with their projects and that's also something that exceeded our expectations in terms of how much people were collaborating with each other and generous with their time to support the outcomes and the projects I can definitely say that it's been one of the most important experiences of my life to share space with people for such a duration of time to think about such a wide variety of topics but within a common framing or a common lens this goes beyond of what is your professional life it challenges you to discover yourself as a human being probably the biggest asset and value that I can take from here felt very accepted and like seen here in a way that I don't think you're going to get if you're at a space that's just to solely hack out a project in a week and then and then you're gone so I think there's something very special to it and I I really hope that there's another one I'd like to say thank you to everyone that supported this happening to the sponsors and to everyone that supported and believed in this type of vision I want to say thank you
