Speaker
In this closing ceremony, Kartik Talwar wraps up ETH Global Cannes 2026 with a recap video, event stats, all 10 finalist demos, and the full prize announcements. The hackathon drew 810 attendees from 59 countries who submitted 266 projects — the most popular themes being AI/agentic and DeFi, with TypeScript, Python, and Solidity as the top languages. World, ENS, and Arc were the most integrated SDKs, while Ethereum mainnet, Base, and Arc were the most deployed-to chains. The 10 finalist teams demo live on stage: Défi (1v1 trading duels), ALMA (automated Uniswap LP rebalancing via EIP-7702), VEIL VPN (crypto-native VPN with TEE, X2X micropayments, and World ID), maki (secure terminal DeFi agent with Ledger/Apple Secure signing), EVM PORST (post-quantum signature verification on EVM), ENShell (on-chain firewall for AI agents using Chainlink CRE and ENS), DIVE (decentralized AI oracle for prediction markets), npmguard (agentic npm package security auditing), Corpus (AI agent corporation for go-to-market automation), and PaintGlobal (NFC-powered painting gallery with NFT minting and auctions). Kartik then announces all partner prize winners across 12 sponsors totaling $150,000 and previews upcoming events including the Open Agents async hackathon and ETHCom in New York. 00:00 Pre-Show 15:01 Hackathon Recap Video 16:08 Welcome and Event Overview 17:26 On-Chain Stats: Wristbands, Meals, and Workshops 18:10 Thank You to Partners 19:44 Hackathon by the Numbers: 266 Projects Submitted 20:43 Most Popular Languages, Themes, and Chains 22:07 Thank You to Judges 22:51 Introducing the 10 Finalists 24:10 Finalist Demo: Défi (1v1 Trading Duels) 27:22 Finalist Demo: ALMA (Automated LP Rebalancing) 30:43 Finalist Demo: VEIL VPN (Crypto-Native VPN) 35:43 Finalist Demo: maki (Secure Terminal DeFi Agent) 39:38 Finalist Demo: EVM PORST (Post-Quantum Signatures) 44:58 Finalist Demo: ENShell (On-Chain AI Agent Firewall) 49:17 Finalist Demo: DIVE (Decentralized AI Oracle) 55:01 Finalist Demo: npmguard (Package Security Auditing) 1:00:32 Finalist Demo: Corpus (AI GTM Agent Corporation) 1:07:02 Finalist Demo: PaintGlobal (NFC Painting Gallery) 1:14:03 Finalist Pack Prizes and Perks 1:15:06 Hacker Packs and ETH Global Plus 1:16:30 Partner Prize Announcements Begin 1:18:18 World Prize Winners 1:19:14 ZeroG Prize Winners 1:20:14 Arc Prize Winners 1:21:13 ENS Prize Winners 1:21:40 Hedera Prize Winners 1:22:55 Ledger Prize Winners 1:23:16 Uniswap Prize Winners 1:23:52 Chainlink Prize Winners 1:24:19 Flare Prize Winners 1:26:01 Dynamic Prize Winners 1:26:42 Unlink and Wallet Connect Prize Winners 1:27:03 Prize Verification Timeline and Next Steps 1:28:18 ETHCom Preview and Discount Code 1:29:24 Final Thank Yous 1:30:24 Upcoming Events and Closing _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ *ETHGlobal Cannes 2026* This workshop is specifically for ETHGlobal Cannes 2026, a 3-day hackathon held April 3-5 at the Palace of Festivals and Congresses of Cannes, bringing together the most skilled web3 developers, designers and product builders from all around the globe for a weekend-long adventure to advance the Ethereum ecosystem! Transcript
This is not a conference. Three days of the best days of your life.
Vibes are vibing.
The dubs are dubbing.
Those who build, those who ship of software engineering.
Go outside, you see multi-million dollar yachts. And then you go back inside and you see multi-million dollar ideas.
I can maybe touch it with my hand. I don't know.
It's brainstorming, finding your team because like there's a billion dollars inside of your computer. You just got to find it.
It's day two. I didn't sleep at all last night. You always want to do more and more and more.
I've had so much coffee.
Sleep on a scale of 1 to 10, probably minus 11.
We coded with the team yesterday until like 5 6 a.m.
Stressful, happy, tired,
relaxed.
It's my first time painting in my life.
Perfect. Future's being built.
Game is on. You know, everybody seems really focused.
Who knows what could happen?
Day three is about sharing everything you build. All the teams are quite tired after the long night, but they've been working very hard
building, building, building. So, it's amazing. People still want to innovate.
The projects are better and better every year. In the past, it would take months to larger teams to implement and now they can build it over the weekend. Submission so far have been really cool.
All the projects are being amazing.
I can't wait to see. Good afternoon everybody. Happy Easter. My name is Cartek, one of the co-founders of ETH Global, and welcome to the closing ceremonies for ETH Global Con 2026. I know this is a long day, but we're going to get into all the cool things that came out of this weekend.
You are at a hackathon by Eve Global, and our goal is to onboard developers into the web system. This is our first in-person hackathon of 2026, and we're back here for the second time to enjoy ETC and co-host this with the biggest ether event in Europe. There are 810 people who attended this event. 650 of them were hackers. 33% of them were brand new to web 3.
They came in from 214 cities, 59 countries and six different continents. People came from literally all over the world and all across Europe. And we are here to see exactly what all of them built. Not only that, we had an incredible 12 companies sent in 75 amazing representatives to talk about what they're excited about and how you can help simplify your lives by using their tech and 17 dedicated mentors. these representatives and mentors did a lot of technical workshops and because this is not a conference.
We had exactly zero talks and that was just all of Friday. We also wanted to do cool things with being on chain. All of you had these wristbands that were eat wallets themselves with a special chip. We counted a lot of meals that all of you enjoyed. 259 brand new people met each other and this was awesome to see that even the advocation and 536 workshops were attended by the whole attendee set.
So it's awesome to kind of see some of these things and we get to sort of really understand how the network expands and we're going to be giving away $150,000 in prizes and you're going to find that out very soon as part of this whole ceremony. So stay tuned to see if you won some amazing prize. And last but not least, I want to thank 12 of our incredible partners. So please join me in giving a massive round of applause to the worlds. Arc enser ledger unis swap foundation zero chain link flare dynamic wallet connect and unlink.
They're all going to talk about who won what prize and you get to find out very soon. And before we get into all of these things, here's my request to all of you which is if you scan this, there's going to be a very simple form. It takes about 60 seconds to fill out. We just rate things out of 10. We want to know how the experience was.
Did you like this event? Did you like the food? Did you like the help you got? Was everything easy to understand. Is there something we should not do moving forward?
Is there something we should continue doing? We do these events every few weeks all across the world. And anything you say here, we try to fix those things immediately for the next event. And that's kind of what helps makes things better. So, anything that you like or did not like is the feedback we'd love to hear.
And this simplifies all of our lives. I read every single line that you put in there and you submit and we implement these things immediately for the next event. So give us that feedback and we're going to be raffling a few of these hoodies for anybody who kind of pulls us out. You can will be a lucky draw winner and we'll ship this to you wherever you are in the world. Now with that, let's talk about how this weekend has been.
This of course is a hackathon and that means our focus is around builders and we're going to show what came out of it instead of just about it. You're going to see a lot of live demos of projects that we were excited about and our judges were excited about. And one of the cool things we wanted to do was also talk about how the ecosystem is evolving. So I want to start off with where people are coming from. 650 hackers.
The most attendance from the cities were Paris, Istanbul, and Rome. This was awesome to see. We have a very big local presence. And we have three amazing hackers who have actually attended 35 and 34 hackathons at ETH global including the online events across the last seven years. So Karan is the one with the most amount of hackathons on on their deck and Fabby and Julio are the two people who've attended 34 events and we looked at all of your source code and the project submissions and Typescript Python including were the most popular languages.
So this continues to stay the same list on the languages. Sometimes they change orders, but it's good to kind of see how the momentum's going. But the best part is these 650 hackers submitted 266 projects. This is kind of why everything is a little bit behind schedule because we got way more projects than we thought. And I want to congratulate everybody who submitted a project.
So, please give yourselves a massive round of applause. Our mornings being slow is a great thing. us being delayed because there's more cool things we have to look at is a pretty good pretty good side effect. And to nobody's surprise, AI and Agentic World is the biggest theme along with just DeFi as a category. Those were the two standing out sort of themes from every single project we saw and world ENS and ARC were the most integrated chains and SDKs.
And on top of that, everybody who deployed a contract, we looked at where the contracts were deployed. their mainet base and arc for the most used blockchain. So, we're seeing real activity and real deployment and it's awesome to see that especially now how easy things have become. So, we're excited to continue seeing these trends and report how the events are evolving. So, congrats everybody and uh we're gonna Yeah, actually yes.
Yes, you're still here. There's still some energy and we're gonna jump right into it. So, the best thing that I'm thankful for this morning is our judges chose to stay for two extra hours so they can talk to every single team. So, please thank all of these incredible judges for spending all of their morning and most of the afternoon. So, thank you to Sasha, Lee, Anthony, Anthony, Benji, Ivon, Kevin, Maggie, Andre, Paul, Henry, Remy, Sasha, Sean, and Tamas.
They talked to so many of these teams to give them real feedback. saw each of these demos and thanks to them we are here talking about some of our finalist teams. So 266 projects and we have 10 finalists that we're going to talk about and they're going to come on one by one and demo what they built. Before we get to the finalists actually no these are our finalists. Please give a massive round of applause to the first time ever the 10 teams that are going to come on and shell dive maki ify alma npmguard failp paint global evm post and corpus these 10 teams are some of the most creative and interesting projects from this hackathon we're going to bring them on they're going to do a demo and the thing I was going to say which I thought was going to be first is actually the list of every single project that came out of this hackathon there 266 projects on this screen these things get bigger and bigger and the text gets smaller and smaller and that's a great sign because we're seeing people excited about spending their entire weekend building things that are exciting to them and they get to share this with the rest of the world.
So many of these projects were live websites this time we got to see more than half of them ready for people to use. So you can kind of see all of these either all public including the source code learn from everybody's code and what they've been doing and really try to use that we've all been working on for the last few years. All this stuff is public on the showcase page on our website. Every single project is visible and soon you'll be able to see all the prizes you've won. So those were kind of all of our incredible finalist teams.
And what we're going to do is just jump right into the first demo. We're going to have these 10 teams demo their de projects and then we're going to go into the prizes. So, please join me in welcoming the first finalist demo for 2026 for Inerson event. Defy, please give a big round of applause.
Hi everyone. So, we are not the fight team but the defy team. Actually, it's a French word for challenge since we're in Kansas this year. So, basically what defy is, it's a challenge app where you can one v one a friend in a trading competition. So, let's get a quick demo here.
So you can select any type of uh or collateral amount you want and the trade duration and this will create a link that you can share to your friend. Once it's done you can join the lobby and basically it's executes on per deck. So you're going to want to use a collateral. So here I'm going to use a link which is going to be swapped using unis swap API into USDC and I'm going to select the pair as well as the leverage and the long or short for direction. When I hit swap it will register swap my link into USDP and then register and start the trade.
So here we can see on the server that both trade has been registered and it begins. So here in real time both users can see their position and PNL evolving uh as we go and uh you can see the the countdown. So basically the the goal is to just have fun. It's a fun experience where you can just challenge a friend uh into a quick draw without any friction. Uh we've used the dynamic wallet in order to have a really quick onboard which also kept us uh from having u the signing on the server which allowed us to execute both trades at the same time.
So it's a fair jewel and uh for the wallet portfolio we we've seen some tokens in our balance uh just before. So this was using mobile API and uh we've used nextgs for the front end and uh nextgs for the front end and SGS for the handling of positions and serving with what's so here the dwell is going to an end and I won. Yeah, by having the least loss and that counts still. So here, if you go back, you can see all the drill history that you've done with your friends, track your wins, track your losses, and basically you can really quickly, even right now, go to defy.walk.
com and start drilling your your friends. There's also a friendly mode for people who don't want to lose real funds, you can try with fake USBC as well. So yeah, that's pretty much it. Awesome. Amazing.
First quick nice demo. We are going to go immediately to the next team. So, let's welcome Alma. Please give them a big round of applause. Hey everyone, thank you for listening.
Um so as we speak there are over 40% of LT positions that are sitting outside of their range um not earning this represents billions of unproductive capital. Sorry for that. So yeah, as I was saying, there's billions of unproductive capital right now in DeFi, and we intend to solve it. Um, with ALMA, which stands for automatic automatic automated, sorry, liquidity management agent. Um the way it works essentially is we're using unis swap threading API uh unis swap wallet and unis swap caliber contract for those of you who are familiar with it which allows us to use uh e702 um to uh to offer our user users the possibility to uh delegate their position their new position uh to um our agent which will monitor their position at all times, check if they're out of range and rebind when needed.
Of course, the rebinding can happen upon, you know, user settings. Um, you know, if you if you're more risk averse or prefer taking risk, you can have different slippage leage parameters, uh, concentration parameters. Um, yeah. So, enough talking. I'll let call a little demo of what we're doing.
All right. So, we prepared a little wallet here, Unis wallet. We created two positions. Both are out of range currently. And as the first step, we'll delegate these to our agent.
This will pop up a transaction. If internet work upon signing, the agent has now been delegated access to these positions and will start working on uh gathering context for rebalancement. This can take somewhere between a couple seconds to a minute. In the meantime, I'll walk you through some of the agent settings that we have. Um, we offer a risk profile setting as you can see here.
Um, some future work will be to make this volatility adaptive and also um make the agent fully autonomous. Um, and as Jiannis said, the user can also set his max slippage right there. All right. In the meantime, the first revamp has happened and the second followed as well. There's the first rebalance position.
If we click on it, we can see that the uh that the position is now in range. We can see the price chart, the rebalances that happened, the size, and the acred fees as well as the APY is currently ster 500% we wish. Thank you guys. Another quick and easy and yet super useful demo taking advantage of. So that was our second team.
Next up, I want to bring on BaleVPN. Please give them a big round of applause.
Hello everyone. Um, today I'm going to introduce the whale. Um, real VPN is a uh cryptonative VPN protocol. Um, first of all, let me explain what is the cryptonative. There are two sides.
Uh, one of them is you know VPN creates a encrypted tunnel between the user and the VPN server. Yes, any third party cannot see your traffic but there is a problem. VPN servers can see your traffic traffic and they can log even if they can they say we are not logging. There are a lot of examples that uh they are actually logging. So um we put our uh protocol inside of the TE trusted execution environment and uh giving runtime attestations that for the codebase.
So anyone can verify that uh and look in the codebase there are there is no there is no login in feature and the other side is the cryptonative payment I think everyone will think about the 402 when I say the cryptonative payment and we are using our payment by 402 and we don't have any subscription plan we are just uh we are is charging to use it per for daily usage per each 10 megaby and let's see the demo as you can see uh this is my current um IP address and here is my VPN um you can see there is some ENS domain uh thanks to ENS uh we can make this protocol uh permissionless and decentralized. Uh anyone can deploy our protocol uh inside of their TE and if they can provide it at the station they can register our subdomain. So with that anyone uh anyone can access their VPN uh with ENS domain also you know uh when you want to connect a VPN uh you need a lot of configuration settings uh with ENS uh users don't need this just write ENS subdomain and just connect all settings inside of the subdomain. So for example, let's connect with one and yeah as you can see my IP address has changed and let's do some network test and see the pay as you go. Here is my balance.
Um let just wait one second for the uh test starts and we will see the payment. Um yeah as you can see my balance going down. We It's going it's very expensive for for the presentation and uh let's disconnect this one. And we have also one more feature. As you can see there is a human uh human uh VPN VPN protocol.
Uh just humans uh can provide their uh world app world human ID can access that IP. Uh if you want to connect that uh VPN protocol, you have to scan your QR code with your world world app. Uh let's one sec. I proved my humanity with uh world ID and I uh I'm not I I'm connecting to uh let's waiting to humanity. Yeah.
Um so with that human only IP uh in the future for example uh cloud player can whit list that IP for uh because they knows that who comes from that IP is a human and they can they can whit list that IP. So uh we don't need any more capture or rate limit and uh we can move in the internet uh smoothly and yeah that's the way VPN uh thank you for listening uh stay private awesome other super cool demo and kind of the cool thing about that is it's live and actually a useful container ility that takes advantage of microp payment. So, I'm excited about seeing real applications and uh another amazing hack. Next up is Maki. Please give him a round of applause.
Hi. Hi guys. Uh let me present you Maki. Maki is a agent that lives in your terminal and actually can do everything the fight for you. So it can send tokens and can do swaps.
It can uh I don't know do some lighting predictions etc. Uh it's pretty easy to install. just have to download one package and then from any directory in your terminal you can call for and it will Where am I always happen? So the M uh you just call it and just and it is in your terminal. Uh I wanted to start a fresh one, but let me show you the one I have already launched here.
And uh so you can ask it simple questions like my balance or you can uh ask it to say address just for it. But also you can of course ask it to send some to some doain example and it's going to do and the main thing with this agent is the that the keys themselves uh always on the hardware so they only live on the MacBook uh for ledger and they uh never been exposed to the LLM itself so it's uh they do any kind of um LLM injections injections etc didn't go to the internet. Let me ask it directly. So now I'm asking it to make a transaction and it ask me to confirm and now it asks me to sign the transaction. So basically it has two modes.
One is which I'm demoing right now and the second you can use your device for example using Windows or Linux etc. And now the transction and U to do some more visual stuff like swap and uh using tool I'm going to swap it and uh this agent is based on the agent if you know it so it so it supports the types of tools and uh you can teach it anything you do in the so for you and it also can uh do transaction autonomously. Uh it's a smart wallet so you can set up the onchain uh token limit and on chain addresses like smart contract you wanted to interact with. So it can do something on your behalf without like the need for you to confirm anything. It's still going to be secure because All the changes in policies are happening only if you sign.
So just executed the box.
Awesome. Yeah, this is such an obvious cool utility that basically prevents any confession for your private keys. So hopefully install monkey and uh all right next up course plus before we get started I have a content warning this presentation contains math in case that wasn't obvious from my Merkel tree that we're presenting here. Uh I'm sure you all heard about Google's uh crazy new quantum computing advancement that brings uh Q day. That is the day where uh quantum cryptographically relevant quantum computers begin stealing Satoshi's Bitcoin.
That day is now in 2029 according to their estimates. That means that all of us need to really get our stuff together and start migrating all of our crypto to postquantum secure signature algorithms. The leading algorithms these days are either lattis based or hashbased. Uh sphinx being the leading hashbased signature algorithm. I'm going to present to you a very slight variation on sphinx called porse which is a few times signature algorithm that achieves significantly smaller signatures and consequently lower signature gas uh than sphinx to begin.
We have a merkel tree here and one of the major gains of porse over sphinx is that uh porse uses a merkel octopus. So this tree contains a whole bunch of black nodes that are the nodes that we want to prove and gray nodes that are nodes that are nodes that we derive. Each node that we derive needs a sibling. But because many trees many nodes are in the same subtree, we don't need to represent every single sibling for each node because they are shared. That's what this is.
So this is the Merkel octopus for two nodes that have common ancestors. And so we are saving on the size of our tree, the size of our signature, and the amount of gas that it takes to verify by using that Merkel octopus technique. Horse also achieves improved security over the horse. I don't know who named these things, man. Over the horse scheme originally standardized in original Spinx uh by dduplicating the nodes you have to reveal in order to make a signature.
Now I will say sphinx plus which is the algorithm that NIS standardized as LHDSA uh is a stateless algorithm that means that you don't need to remember how many signatures that you've made before gravity sphinx where of course comes from is also a stateless signature algorithm on the EVM you have to sign each message with a unique knot. Therefore, signing need not be stateless. And this is where we can obtain a significant amount of improvements in signature verification gas by avoiding the extra overhead that sphinx plus requires to achieve full statelessness. Therefore, it is sufficient just to have a few time signature algorithm like porse combined with an extended extended Merkel signature scheme tree for each novel. I have a small demo for you.
I deployed this contract on Sapoleia. It's ERC1271 compliant. And if I hit this query button, we should get the magic number for ERC1271. Tada. Uh, this contract does in fact work as designed.
uh near-term near-term work will be rewriting this contract from solidity assembly also called ULE into Huff which is a much more efficient language and then formally verifying it. We've also provided here a convenient table of security parameters for various performance tuning uh and in case you ever wanted to read some incredibly nasty solidity assembly. There you go. Thank you very much. Thank you, professor.
But if you actually look at the project description, you'll see the actual paper the algorithm is based off of. And this is a quality implementation of that paper. You actually can verify these signatures, which is super super useful. And the fact that you can actually do this gas efficiently is a pretty big plus because if you saw that Google news from last week, they're saying every computer is going to break in three years. So, we'll see how that how that goes.
But enough of the the doomsday scenario. Let's talk about some optimism and welcome our next finalist and shall please give him a round of applause. Hi, this project is dedicated to the book of Ethereum community. Go check them out. So, Nshell is a unchained firewall for AI agent.
Um, I will put this bit in context because I'm a professor. Uh, basically when we use agent to defy, we told them to craft transaction then those transaction are broken. What can happen is what we call the prompt injection and this is very harmful. It can happen in various level from agent to agent communication. We see social engineering.
So agent can influence the other agent to uh do malicious transaction or give private keyway or simply the the agent can hallucinate. So in that context uh I find it a bit similar to traditional uh SQL injection that we have in databases and today nobody sends a payload in a database without proper sanitation. So this is basically the concept. I build an ecosystem. It's fully open source and you can look at the documentation and everything to host it yourself and try it out.
Uh the goal was to do like SDK. So you install the SDK and it will give you a set of function basically to do conditionals around your transaction. So I do not control the transaction execution. Uh this is the programmer decision what to do with it but I provide the decision and uh deep analysis of the prompt in question. So um this site shows live uh at uh the detections.
We have three level don't approve it's safe and transaction normal transaction escalated require human attention and blocked is just tradeoff malicious. So if we open one of the blocked one it will explain the analysis why it was blocked. So it pretty obvious because it's the the dead the dead address. Uh lower you will see all the agent in the registry. So they are all categorized under thread score and the the strike.
So the number of time they got blocked. Uh yeah. So this whole thing is to allow a sane uh communication between agents. Agents can check the scores of each other and decide if they want to trust and communicate. Um how all of this is possible is with the chain link theory.
So this is the the main thing and also ENS because the score of each uh of these agents are recorded into their personal ENS subdomains as text record and the only thing that can update this record is the chain link theory and inside the train link theory I'm using code to do deep analysis over the LM since we're dealing with intelligence we cannot use normal way of detecting. So we need intelligent to fight intelligence. So um so yeah that that that's about uh the the the experience and uh I also build something a little bit more fancy for ledger owner instead of using the CLI to install like your uh your agent and everything you can do it with the leak interface and you can kill your bot in one click then you uh of course confirm the transaction on your ledger and that's it. If this Asian go, you just hit it and this is the end for it. So that's about it.
Thank you for attention. And thank you. Such a nice simple way to do basically swarm management and cross a communication and actually have annotations attached to it. All right, a few more demos to go. So let's welcome the next one, Dive.
Oh hi everyone. So our project is called dive which is a decentralized intelligence verification engine. So um we actually for 14 hours from Malaysia to here we are still uni students and even though we are not the same this is our sixth global and me and direct um second finalist. Okay. So, um if you all have played poly market before and you will find out a problem is that um they're actually using something like uh this uh a centralized oracle which is like um which is called um and it can actually like they can actually control how the outcomes of each market goes.
So you can see from the koshi one where if Trump talk to Putin is yes where in the point market is no. So it seems that truth isn't objective. It depends on who controls the oracle. And another problem is that for Kauaii on the left market it says that oh we cannot bet on others people death where in the right market there is that is actually betting on others people death. So platform actually settles for profit and not truth.
And if you actually have like a large amount of money, you can actually buy the UMA tokens to actually stake and you actually can manipulate almost all of the poly markets by holding large amount of tokens. So because of this we wanted to solve this issue of a centralized like problem. Um so we created a decentralized verification engine for truth where rather than like humans or tok to token weighted oracles actually all are done by AI agents and all the AI agents yeah it's basically like a swamp and each of actually linked to a unique human behind it and it can do to like resolve outcome by um by and and is done through reputation weighted consensus and autonomous onchain payout. So we integrated world zero gravity and also hideera as the identity layer, intelligence layer and the execution layer into our project. So um this is not like just a prediction market.
We're actually creating a new open like a decentralized trusted oracle network that can be plugged into any platform that needed to use this like maybe D insurance prediction markets or any AI agent that needed onchain real world verification of true events. So we'll demo it. So since anyone can actually join into and become the oracle we do it as a cloud cost skill and you can like run register agent and you will create like a hera account you can also like um need to do over ID verification using the agent kit so to ensure that all the agents are actually connect to a unique human and continue and we showing this explorer to actually you can see all the agents that created this one we created just now but we didn't do it right now because it takes a lot of time. And this is another agent we created like a few hours before. You can see like the payouts, the or the leaderboard, the activity locks and everything.
So all of the actually the discussion and what it does to actually onchain and and now let's try to dispute a market. So in the first round the AI agents are actually selected randomly like maybe five of them like Ethereum validator and you it will actually research on its own and actually commit the findings like yes or no onto the blockchain and you will reveal it after union review phase and if is still like ambiguous because the market has like so uncertain then we move to the second round where in this time the AI storm actually kicks in and they'll actually discuss with each other and actually share their findings or convince or criticize each other. Like you can see from the line here, all of the dots are actually them connect talking to each other where the three dots behind are like the evidence that they'll show to each other. This will actually like after all of the resolving are done, they can actually vote for each other, vote for the answer and actually update their reputation. So in the long run if you have higher reputation in the next cycle of oracles you will get chosen uh you'll increase your higher chance of getting chosen and to demo this um we are actually not doing like a prediction market only we are also doing like a platform that any agents can actually pay for this swam to do a real world verification maybe asking for if the thing really happened in the real world or not.
We did X42 on using the Coinbase and they can actually pay it and actually get better answer. So because of this we are actually creating a decentralized agentic um Oracle network that anyone or any AI agent can use. Thank you. I still can't believe they did all of this in a weekend and I checked verified. Feels awesome.
Uh this is about to be just like a proper standalone protocol that unifies the biggest Oracle problems all these markets have. So uh really happy to see students do this and uh give them another round of applause. All right, three more finalist demos to go. So let's welcome npm guard. Hello everybody.
We're excited to be here and even more excited to tell you about our solution and the problem that we are solving. So, as most of you probably know, every other week there is a supply chain attack on npm that breaks like half the internet. And it's estimated that the damages from npm supply chain attack, so npm packages with malware, amounted to damages that up to $60 billion in 2025 alone. So the speed at which we're creating code is accelerating rapidly for AI but the speed at which we auditing it and doing the security around it is severely lacking and we are trying to solve this problem. So our tool is an agentic framework for pentesting of npm packages and a decentralized package manager for downloading safe packages.
My colleague is going to show you how this works from the user experience and then we're going to get into how the agents are actually festing the package. The other colleagues um so here I'm in third directory and if you guys are like me and you don't really know what to install you you can run our command uh npx npmguard cli check and we see all the packages that we have installed and thanks to our audits we know what's safe and what's dangerous. We also can see what packages are provided by us through IPFS and what are directly installed from npm. And what happens if I want to install a new package? I can simply uh run this command.
It's going to check. So it finds that there's no audit for that package. So I have two option two options. either I uh install it normally or I can um pay for an audit and every user will be able to um have access to that audit. So I'm going to pay I'm going to use W connect.
I have to scan the QR code or if anyone wants to pay for me. So now it's confirming the transaction and it's performing the audit. And now we see that the other says that the package is safe. So it's been installed inside our environment. And the amazing thing about our tool is that any one of you who wants to install the same package, you can run the same command and the audit will be available for you guys and you can uh see that the package is safe for installation.
But how do we perform the audit? Okay. So this is the screen that you get into the web link when you run an audit. So what actually happened? The main two entries for malware are install scripts that run when you install a package or runtime code that executes when you import something into your code.
So what our tool actually does is it has three phases and the first phase is to scan every single file in the package that is downloaded from npm and check for clues to scout. So it highlights the areas of code that are suspicious and it tells you exactly what kind of things what kind of suspicious things and vulnerabilities it expects. But this alone is not enough. So what we do with this after this is we run every single suspicion through an agent that's through a more intelligent agent that has the package in a sandbox and in this sandbox inter it can interact with the package. It can evaluate JavaScript code.
It can run the installation script. It can import the package and while it's doing it, it logs every single network call to the file system. It checks if it sees your environment variables. It checks if it wants to delete all your folders and everything related to that. Also, some of the malware is coded specially so that it only runs in say specific location like in Poland or it detects that you are in France or it's coded such that it only runs after let's say 76 hours.
agent in this environment can mog the environment through JavaScript and actually activate the malicious code that wouldn't be activated otherwise. So this is going to take a while but yeah 10 seconds this is going to take a while but it ends up with a script. The the third layer is a script that shows you rep that that if you run anybody can run it and it reproduced this the vector the attack vector and the vulnerability that we detected and this goes straight to the package manager as an out.
That was awesome. That's like a full-on product that's just ready to go and actually very timely. So congratulations. I hope to uh see this in the wild and happy people use it. Two more demos to go.
So let's welcome our second last finalist, Corpus. Hi everyone. Uh very excited to be here. Uh uh corpus is a operation system for autonomous AI agent corporation for go to market. So let's say if you all of you all of you guys have built great products for doing the hackathon and now want to go live but uh you probably would have headaches on what to do with for you know have more exposure exposure to the public or traction um because 90% of the startups fail because uh not because the products are was bad but because it's brutal how GTM is these days.
uh when it comes to GTM uh you have to consider two things. One is to uh you have to execute on a a regular basis uh like do research uh and generate content do inbound and outbound re uh sales engagement. But on the other hand you also have to think about the surroundings of your product like market shifts break fast ease and unconsider launch new features and what worked last month stop working. So most teams can't sustain both and they run burn out or they run out of money which momentum dies. Corpus can solve this problem by letting you launch an AI agent corporation that runs your entire GPM cycle.
You provide your product if AI agent learns it and adjust it and execute on the market. This is corpus. So every journey starts from a launching uh your AI agent through Launchpad. Uh so you tell your AI agent what uh your product is about and what you need to uh what you need to let your AI a AI agent know. Patron is basically like a shareholders of your AI agent and pulse is the uh shares that m uh tokens that are minted to have like the shares of your uh uh of the petron.
You can actually purchase the petron uh per purse to have more shares of the uh your AI agent and kernel is basically like a threshold or policy that your AI AI agent can have. uh it sets a threshold on how many uh how much money that AI agent can spend on. And for the last this is the something that uh shapes your AI agents. Uh it's a profiling your AI agents on on social media like how you want to be uh present your product to be on social media. So once everything's set uh we integrate uh we used uh hedra agent toolkit for this to have all the you know um like corporate related uh documentation to be registered to be go on chain to be uh using heterero chain.
So yes, so everything has been um recorded and with the API key that are provided and the guidelines below uh once you connect to the API key to the uh our platform, it's going to start uh running as and start doing the GTM for you. So for browsing for doing the automation of browsers uh we use stage hand for um for a AI agents to go freely go on research on different websites and go to like Twitter and start posting uh based on the accounts that I already have put it in. So this agent uh if while this agent is running on GTM uh so if this agent is good at uh creating content it may need some help on finding uh leads. So this that's what agent is for. Uh so and from these agents uh my agent can find another agent from the agents list to get a help from and buy services from it.
So for example, if this agent wants to have uh enriched profiles, then it goes it can buy a service to have to uh enrich the uh lead data and everything has to be uh paid with the n payment services that are integrated with the arc. And so this one was uh was paid with the to get the intent signal and then which was provided which was paid uh 0.01 1 USDC which is on chain recorded and then everything that the Asian has uh accumulated with their knowledge we call it playbook which this can be also sell as knowhow and how this GTM works in different market situation and agent can uh actually can um pay for and purchase the uh GTM playbook as well since this agent or or corpus works as a corporation of AI agent a human in the loop has to be um oversight. So for example if this agent wants to uh purchase something that goes over the threshold it has to get approval from the human which we have over here if you have approved then the agent goes on keep on going on on you know um doing this job. So basically you provide your product and a corpus of does the market.
Thank you. Awesome. A fullon aentic workforce that actually does pass and you can see the output. All right. We are ready for our last and 10th finalist for this hackathon.
So please give a big round of applause to Paint Global.
Hi guys, we are Paint Global. So before we start, I have a question for you. Did you went to the paint painting workshop uh yesterday? And if so, did you did you did like the best uh painting that you could? Well, we saw a lot of people going to this workshop and so we had an idea because we were thinking that nobody has reviews and probably that in 10 years that they won't uh they won't like remember about their work.
So that's why we built um Paint Global. Paint Global is a platform that um allows you to remember about what you did in the painting workshop uh at global camp. So uh this is the main page when you're not connected. So to connect you just have to tap and read the uh NFC chip. You don't need any wallet providers.
On the main page, you have like all the paintings that uh users uploaded on the app and you can upload yours. Um so you are uploading the uh painting by using a title so people can see what you you did and you are going to sign in with uh the NFC chip once again. So once you did this uh there is like a little bit a little layer of moderation because we know uh that some of you could uh post some unwanted pictures. So I will just go to the admin page and approve the new dual pictures. Okay, here it should be on the gallery.
Okay, this is the new pictures of Lucas. So, uh we have um features for to vote. So, it's like um a Tinder style vote. So you can swipe on right and left to say like if you like uh the paintings of other people. So if you swipe to right you are going to vote for them and after this you can uh save your votes by only making one transa uh one transaction and sign it with the NFC and here comes the leaderboard.
So for now uh the this is hard to say so I won't say it. Please be vote for us easier to pronounce. So there you can see like all the leaderboard um paintings. Um another features that we did is the mint minting NF. So you can mint your own paintings on the app and it will generate you uh NFT a unique NFT.
So you sign it with the NFC chip. Everything is handled by the NFC chip from Global except the next features that I will show you. So uh if you go to collections you are all of your NFT but if you don't like it you can sell it. uh with the auctions feature. In this feature, it just to add the provider wallet uh wallet connect so people can bring found on the app uh through the their own wallet not this ship shop.
Um so here you can select the NFT you can feel the information about the auctions and such as the time or the starting price. Then you are going to load the options and I will go and put nobody's going to pay for this and so then I will be the next u owner of the uh Lucas NFG. So here there is like the because the goal is to send the NFT to the chip to the ship and not to the wallet that pays the transaction. So we have a sing assign transaction to map uh the wallet address with the ship wallet address. Sorry I'm nervous now.
I will put like $30 on the transaction with my own wallet and yeah, that's $30. So, I will have the new NFT in my collection and Lucas will not have it anymore. I don't know if I can show Well, I won't show. And so, yeah, that's what we build during this hackathon. And to finish guys, I want you all to go to the app.
Uh, we all have a cure code because I want to all bust off what you did during the hackathon. And for those who painted uh but didn't take any photos, we did a very professional shooting photo. Uh but I promise I I I won't post it like that's not mine. But if you recognize like your uh work, come to us and we will send you. It could be fun.
Thank you so much and uh have a nice end of amazing first time hackers by the way. This is awesome. Well, I think this is like a true definition of a hack where they just found an opportunity with something that was going on and actually made that compatible with the crypto world and did a full end to end integration of the chip web 3 made a mobile app and got people involved. So, this was an amazing amazing hack. So, those were our 10 finalists.
Please give a massive round of applause to all 10 of these teams. Anshell, Dive, Maki, Defy, Alman, NPMG Guard, VeilVPN, Paint Global, EVM, POST, and Corpus. And these are the teams where each member will get to mint the equivalist pack, which means that every single person gets Equival, thousand USDC for being a finalist, a $500 flight credit to the next hackathon, the proof of minting the NFT, and being a finalist. will be invited to the next few events we do with different founders in this space and $15,000 of credits. And not just that, they'll also be getting a hoodie that we just gave out to our past finalists, a custom ledger flex that has this events branding on it so they can remember where it came from, and of course the entry to the next hackathon with the five reimbursements as part of this and a free entry to eat coffee in New York.
So before we get to the stuff that I know all of you been waiting for, I want to quickly talk about what does it mean to be on chain with the global community. All of you had hacker packs that got access to the faucet to make sure that your development work is not affected. But after the closing ceremonies, you'll be able to mint the additional packs, which are builder packs and pioneer packs, which account for your past attendance and different prizes you've won, and they enable you to get a lot more things. Uh anywhere from a free ENS domain name to additional discounts to other events. just invitations to a few things that we do and also discounts to ETH global plus.
So the finalists are already getting this but Elobal Plus is a way for us to give you access to the whole ETH global ecosystem across the globe where you get access to all the Pragma events. Do we do stuff like Eim roaming, Uber credits, hotel discounts, access to other site events and of course Conf is included as part of being a plus member too. So all that is on global.com plus. Let's get to the stuff that all you've been waiting for.
So, let's let's do a do a test on where the energy is at. I kind of saw the claps slow down. So, are we are we still excited? Are we awake? What's going on?
Okay. Raise of hands. Who has been to an Inerson hackathon in the last six months with us? This is great. Not a lot of hands.
This is awesome. Okay. Who knows what I'm about to do next? The same people. Perfect.
Okay. So, here is how we're going to do the next 15 minutes while I talk about all the prizes. I have a Ledger Flex. I actually have five of these. And I'm going to announce which team has won what prize from whichever our partners are.
And once you hear your team name, if you're in the room, I want you to shout as loud as you can. The loudest team at the end of all the prizes, every member on that team will get a free ledger. Clear rules. Good so far. Yeah.
Okay. So, so there's a very important distinction. There's going to be slides with many names and many teams on the same slide. You should only shout once I say your team name and not because you read your name because I have no way of knowing which team you are. And there's teams that have won multiple prizes which means that if you were the loudest team first and you were not the second time loud enough, somebody can take over.
So, very simple rules. We have about 50 slides and we're going to jump right in and we're going to start with the world prizes. So, we're going to do a test and we'll see what happened. Are we ready? There's like barely any energy here.
What do you Okay. Okay. All right. for the world prize. Asian Gate wins $4,000 as the best Asian Kid user by default.
This is the loudest team. Ground Tooth second place for $2,500. And Ground Tooth is the loudest team in the room. And third place goes to Cass for third place $1,500. Congratulations.

And Cesta Agent comes in second place for $1,250. And lastly, predicted is the best prediction market use case for $2500 and Poly POP is the second place $1250 winner.
Congratulations. Next, we have ENS VeilVPN. Man, this is a lot of prizes. Okay, they're not qualifying anymore. They already have five ledgers.
Well, uh, but you win $2,500 for the most creative use of ENS. Condor is the second place $1,500 winner. And I really want somebody to be louder than them. I don't know why I'm discriminating against them, but it's just fun. NPM Guard is the third place third place winner for $1,000 and the loudest team in the room and Crochette and Zap Wallet come in fourth and you'll both be receiving $500.
Congratulations. And Ghost in the Machine is the best integration for AI and you take home 2500 and Ground Truth is the second place $1,500 winner. Congratulations. Then we have Hyera. Dive is the AI Aentic Payments winner for $3,000 and you will also are now the loudest team in the room.
And Poly Agents is the second place tie and you'll also be taking in $3,000. Narnet is the best use of Nario. You take home $2,000 and Alpha Daw comes in second for $1,500. Your turn is the best use of Hideera SDK. You take home a,000.

And lastly, Finnvoice is the best tokenization project on Hyera. You've taken $1250 and Folio is the second team that will be also receiving $1,250. Congratulations to all the Hideera winners.
Now this is actually even more fun because now you are screaming for a ledger prize to win a ledger. So let's see how this goes. Very Clear is the best use of clear signing. You take home $2,000. Orin comes in second for $1,800.
Orin is the loudest team in the room. Base Wallet is the third place $1,500 winner. And Iris Wallet comes in fourth for $1,000. Signal is the first place Aentic and Ledger integration winner for $1,500. Polyledger comes in second for a,000.
Asian Pay third place for 700 and Soul Vault for fourth place 500. I'm gonna go back just to see. It's Orin. Is that right? Orin is the loudest team in the room.
On to Uniswap. Okay. Alpha Beta Gamma Prime I think is the first place $5,000 winner for the best API integration on UniS swap. Casper comes in second for 3,000. and Hello Broker and Alma are two teams that are going to be taking home $1,000 each for third place.
Congratulations. On to Chainlink. Nshell is the best workflow on sharing with CRA. You take home 2,000. Flow Broker comes in second for another $2,000.
Then Meridian and Open Compliance are the best. Privacy standard winners, you take home $1,000 each. Not as loud as Orin. and Delta FX is the best world integration and you will be receiving $1,000. So, congratulations to all the Chainlink winners.
On to Flare. Veil is the best TEU. You take home $5,000. Do not shout. Uh, Flex Prover comes in second for 2,000.
And Sentinel, that's more than five people. Raise your hands. Who Who is Flex Prover? That's four hands. And I saw two people screaming here.
Something is off. Wait, flex prover. Four of you. Wait, are you flex prover or sentinel? This is what we call a race condition.
Um, okay. We're gonna have to do this one more time because they are super far and they're equally loud. So, I'm gonna I'm gonna give you five seconds to to uh just get ready. Both of you. Well, I I'll go one of them first.
Flex prover first and then Sentinel. So, you all ready? Both sides. Okay. Flex prover takes in $2,000 for second place.
And Sentinel receives $1,000 for third place.
Damn it.
What does the audience think? Flex prover or Sentinel? The audience has spoken. Sentinel is the loudest team in the room and congratulations on the thousands. Corax and Multisig PE are the best smart account users winners and they both take home $1,000.
Those were the player prizes. Let's go to dynamic. Vanta is the best use of dynamic backend SDK integration and you'll be receiving 1667. Pisca is the second team. You'll be receiving 1667 should be s not 66 but you get the frontend SDK integration prize and Zap Wallet comes in third for the best mobile app and Zap Wallet is now the loudest team in the room and you'll also be taking home 1667.
Congratulations. Then lastly, we have Unlinked is the best private application on Unlink. You take home $3,000. Crochet is the best and most creative use of privacy. you take home $1,000 and Warden is the best private DeFi integration and you'll be receiving $1,000.
No, we have more. Sorry. Wallet Connect Pay is the best Wallet Pay integration. You take home $2,500. Unwind comes in second for $1,500.
Payflow is the best Rion SDK integration. You'll take home $1,000. So, congratulations everybody. Those were all of our partner prize winners. Lots of incredible stuff here and everything now is on the website which means that you can see the total amounts if you won lots of prizes and a key key important thing is everything I've said is not final which means we have the list of who won what prizes but we have not verified everybody's source code.
We have not fully checked that everybody follow the rules. So that takes place over the next four weeks. We'll be looking at everybody's source code. Do not make your repos private. do not do anything.
You can commit more stuff. We have them timestamped, but we'll spend the next few weeks making sure that everybody did work from scratch. And the timeline to return your stakes and prizes is May 8th, which means a week before May 8th, you'll get a verification over email saying this is the total amount you'll be receiving at this address. And once you say yes, on the 8th of May, you'll be receiving those prizes. So, congratulations everybody.
Oh, I'm going back. There we go. And I want to talk about one quick thing. How many of you are planning on going at ETHCOM but have not gone their tickets yet? Okay, I see a few hands.
So, just for the next 15 minutes, I'm going to do something that we won't do again. The ETH is our biggest event ever as ETH global is going to take place in New York, the biggest venue in Manhattan and New York City. We have the best of crypto and institutional side coming in and companies from all across the industry everywhere from Mastercard to Fidelity to 816Z. All of them are coming in to see what's happening at the edge. And these are the kind of the ticket prices.
But for people in this room for the next 15 minutes, I'm going to do a massive discount code for 66% off. And this will only be shown one. So anybody who's trying to buy this thing needs to be on their phones right now. and you'll see this code and as soon as I walk off the stage the code gets disabled. So all you have to do is log into econom.
com and on the checkout page you can apply this code. I'll give everybody five. There's no QR code. There's no QR code. Just a text.
There's no QR code. People waiting to scan. So as soon as I'm off the stage, the code will not be valid. If you're looking to get the tickets, all you have to do is go to the checkout page and type in oh to get 66% off. 15 minutes is all you get.
And with that, let's wrap up this event before we kind of end things off. I need all of your energy to do a one last thank you to a bunch of people that make this event possible. I want to start off by thanking all of you hackers for being here this entire weekend. Please give yourselves a massive round of applause for doing the amazing things you've done. Thank you to all of our judges.
Keep clapping for taking the time all morning and afternoon to talk to every team. All of the mentors, volunteers that spent this whole day 24/7 helping you make your projects. All of our speakers who did the amazing workshops, all of our partners who are here the entire time helping you not only win prizes, but make sure you get to do the right things. And everybody involved from the venue to the AV team to the photographers to the videographers making this entire experience seamless and smooth for you. And last but not least, the biggest round of applause for the ETH global team.
The massive shout out to Melton, Joanna, and Alisa, Brian, Alex, Karen, Aubrey, Val, Pascal, Sophia, Nuno, Anna, Emily, Jacob, and Andrew. That is everything we wanted to talk about. And of course, this would not be an E global closing without telling you what's next. So, our next hackathon is all about open agents and aentic payments. This is happening asynchronously from April 24th to May 6.
So, in two more weeks, we get to see a lot of you online. Then we're going to be doing ETHcom and the new New York hackathon in mid June. Lisbon is our next European event at the end of July. ETH online is our biggest async on online events take place in September and then two events after that are going to be Tokyo in September and DevCon will be global Mumbai in November. So all this thing is available on the website for you to look at the dates, sign up and and apply to a hack and thank you for being here and we'll see all of you in New York.
Take care everybody.
