well it's the eath berlin reunion Meetup yeah welcome you guys thanks for staying after the the presentations I like to bring some of the youth Berlin team up on stage cool all right here's another microphone cool you okay just go Italy as you're coming up on stage so yeah come come over here to pocket Leah's Helena who else is here a free yeah you need to come back on stage you are free come Oh crease crease from the back Venice in the back whatever but you can come or not it's okay so it's basically like I just want to give you a recap of what the have we been up to in the last few months so basically some of us as Daniel and Simon I don't know if they're here or not know so some of us have been really really busy trying to sort out German bureaucracy and get an entity we are still working progress it's been like five months so guys like it's horrible don't ever turn into an official entity just now the whole and you will be fine and that's a good one on the side obviously because there can be very few signers on an entity we and we are actually around 20 people so we yeah we decided to have a doll so East Berlin has become the department of the centralization or decentralization the person that you ask and and the dow is gonna be ready for now we are just trying to reassemble and this is the first event that we are actually getting all together and seeing our faces again after much traveling soul-searching building whatever we happen bureaucracy or whatever we have been doing and we're suffering saturating basically suffering through the crypto winter and yeah creeps are we entering to but yeah basically that's what we have been doing the realities and it boils down to the fact that we actually have some funds and this is also about being transparent after East Berlin and we want to put them to work in a way that affects the ecosystem positively so guerrilla con is the first strive for this we are actually funding the production of the event and being held by a couple of more people and we're running to provide pilots one that aleeah's is gonna introduce later on on education and the other one that kicked off today on our Twitter and and and then we have to be he's very expensive so yeah to the second is Berlin we have actually nothing planned yet so after a after the presentations we're actually gonna have an open mic when everyone can give their ideas and work on a listen it's basically possibly gonna be Peter only give me radians Peter yeah what do you think I I think I think Peter should I say I think we should do everything that Peter wants us to do yeah so um yeah guys and maybe Alex you want to give more updates on anything no guys okay fine thank you I think you coordinated with DEFCON basically right so that's already the dates are set for the next one it's gonna be together with DEFCON to kind of have another Terms of Use but sort of like a whole week where you have blockchain related events so it's it makes it worse for people to come like from wherever these central to be honest I don't know yet if we're doing it if there's really need for like a large open conference we'll do it again and but at least we kind of have a time frame already set and I think it's important that we put this out everywhere so that not people start popping up a conference in Korea or New York at the same time well like if cerium didn't hongkong something right like at the same time that if Berlin was right so we kind of want to avoid that so we actually should start pushing this out basically the idea beyond that yeah we realized together with dobkin that everyone is really tired and really broke from traveling so honestly we have we have to become more realistic you know you know traveling is fun and when it's covered by the companies it's even more fun but it takes a toll on life and it takes it all also on your job and sometimes on your pockets so we just decided to team up with that gun even though we won't have a conference per se from east berliners las i said but we will be running a couple of tracks in duckin just a and then obviously the hackathon is going to come the next day the next to other days so it's the third week of August and then maybe we just have to chill and I have a little secret about the central Allah or the apartment of decentralization because it's pretty centralized without MP there wouldn't be much happening I think it's about 8090 percent of the stuff we do actually is done by her and most of the time we just say go ahead like we're voting so so I've got to have a I have a question how many people with a show of hands in the audience actually collected their eath back from kickback I want my I want my eath back okay Peter you don't know none of your ideas for the conference during the brainstorming oh but it's really cool to support support our community members support conferences like this yeah so thanks for contributing to curly Kahn
