e [Music] [Applause] my name is Zin I'm a full stack developer my name is Al I'm a backend developer my name is to AKA T crown and I'm a front end developer my name is and I'm a frontend developer I am Sam I'm a frontend developer my name is I'm a front end developer my name is b i so I'm a f developer I want to become a developer because um I want to know more about the ecosystem and how it works I want to contribute to it I've always been interested in like air DRS air drops blockchain and and Bitcoin and all that so I always been interested in like learning more about it and going in that part so when my friend told me about what breach and how it will make me better so I tried to be a the security has always been something I've always liked I've always liked building things being able to secure them and I think the web three space gives me the opportunity to do both things like work on the blockchain deal with security research and I think that's one of the main reasons and also there's a high demand for Rory developers so so I'm hoping to feel that space you know three is a space that has a lot of opportunities and three is more enlighting and I don't want to miss that part let's take few seconds take our way three 12 sponsor leaks now Bo so I had about we three Bridge uh in 2023 when I went to Ghana so I I saw uh with three guys win aaton and all that and uh I don't really uh I didn't really know a lot about we three I didn't ask so I missed 2023 so that opportunity to like ask around and know what what the bridge does basically I miss that so last year uh I had a friend who actually was part of uh last cour so he was the one who actually gave me a lot of insight about how uh the culture and the community is like in W bridge and I feel like wow uh it's going to be an amazing experience for me if I could just push through and get here I had a we brid for my friend me I saw like a product of we brid my friend proper and I saw like the progress and the Improvement so I thought to give it a try part of my Twi brother aim I think it was part of is it or it was like just you can just do it and just add it to your you know PR your portfolio I okay fine it's good cuz I saw results I chose because I have two sisters who are Al of Bri and they preached well Bri to me and it was it was very very nice to see the comments online to see that has the biggest Community when it comes to world three in Nigeria so was pretty similar because I was on the week list and I got the emails to apply so we had like 2 hours to do like a mini app on stuff but I think I I did well because I'm here now so well friend propa who me the L and I was like was like I should apply before like the deadline so I applied and the just me about like like the um test be for like 2 hours and how everything is so I was actually like prepared so when he came I did it and I was able to finish before the time then I waited for the interview so the interview part I was CU I that day I had demo and like the big demo so I was already like Ted and all that so it kind of like affected my interview a bit full I'm here so that mean I did well I I I actually joined thece so when the application came out so I was feeling reluctant to like register so I had to wait like until maybe 2 days uh to the uh 2 days to when the form is going to Clos so I was so I was like okay should I do this so because it is it was a very tough decision for me to to I know that I'm going to leave my family and I I'm going to leave my job as well so it take me a lot of time before I could decide to register again I'm um direct entry from advance so just the interview we asked to explain more some of the T we have done doing our advance so just to explain how the code work and how can you handle people when you come to onside down just finished a 5 month internship and they were planning to rain me as a developer so I have to drop it on came of my Gs are always like in contract based so nothing more so I just had to like avoid some GS and photography is pretty good like very very good at the point but you know the way Nigeria is at the point know things are not really little better so you have to just explore and make things make and just get it all along we can hand from different places for the next 16 weeks I want to like get better for him like to be a better blockchain developer and um to grow ah I'm expecting a lot like a lot of fire Brimstone sleepless nights I'm prepared for it don't worry we're there I believe that I would have uh gotten better in all uh aspect of life uh the way I uh relate to people the way I react to things uh technically uh what I know before and uh What uh I have Leed yeah with the people I have around me I'm going to make it I hope to be good after the 16 weeks I I want to boost as an alni after the court I want to I really want to see myself big after the 16 weeks oh God will I want to just become a go and be able to exploit the space so well and make something really tangible out of it not even tangible something really massive out of it the next 16 weeks I see myself as smart contract um developer and more of blockchain and let's see how the journey is going to take so far
