Pragma Singapore Recap Video

[Music] good morning everybody my name is cark one of the co-founders of eth global and I want to welcome all of you to pragma for many many years e Global team and all the events that e Global organizes they Define the global culture of ethereum they on boards thousands of new developers uh they facilitate exchange of ideas U between the top builders in the [Music] ecosystem what I really like about pragma is that has been built on the shoulders of like the years that e Global hackathons have been built but it created a very different Focus than the hackaton sometimes we just want to go into like more deeper conversations pragma has been a good event like so far from what I've seen like I mean I think what is really cool and ESP special about pragma is that it's more intimate setting with actual Builders this is a very good concept to have a small mini conference before the actual Kon and the good part about I I like here is that the quality of the people in the crowd it's small it's focused on Founders and leaders it's about building on ethereum EVMS it has an amazing group of people here like there's a lot of CEOs and other Founders which is great to connect the talks are always very big brained um very professional and that gives it tons of credibility you have developers who understand the ecosystem very well and they are trying to build something uh new and cool this is I think my fourth or fifth time doing pragma anyone can come here and once any kind of a beat a amateur or to an expert and the kind of conversation which is happening here it's one to one and also the content is also very well curated I can see meaningful and also hard questions being asked and also speakers being very candid about what is real so I can see this as a place for uh where real Builders can find unfiltered and also very OnPoint information to support their journey I believe that I really joined web 3 to build Tech and I really want to stay in this space longer because I believe there's a new internet ahead of us and web3 is the platform that is going to enable all of that I fundamentally believe that this is going to give us the first time that we're going to see Innovations within financial industry in our lifetime yeah I think what really attracts me to the web space is how the system is built in a very bottom of fashion which essentially means that now you're able to have the power yourself to be able to provide something very valuable to the humanity we want to see ambitious attempts to break out of the crypto bubble and serve audiences that are beyond the crypto core really excited about the growth of this space and we're yeah we're in it for the long term
