[Music] hi everyone happy to see you here thanks for joining uh my name is Andre ber I'm from I'm product designer from M labs and our team created Z ZM solution for scaling ethereum uh with Native support of account obstruction I'm focusing on user experience for developers and their users as you all know there are two types of accounts external owned accounts and my contact accounts which are enhanced with account obstruction before talking account obstruction what's wrong with external owned account of course you can talk about all that limitations and the biggest problem is unboarding and security why is it face the problem for Mass adoption look at this slide external owned account is not complicated you just download app copy it phrase um deposit crypto and this is it uh but users are not used to this the security problem here is that users don't know what to do with the seed phrase e-commerce includes a lot of steps with using different applications but it's more familiar for every everyone because they know what to do make everything familiar and easy to use and they will become convenient for the user this is how you can scale your product for more users different type of account powered by the custom code and can secure by different other than a it phrase theing support native account obstruction what is the difference uh Zing account obstruction integrated at protocol level account on uh Zing ER can initiate the transactions like an external owned account but can also have logic implemented in them like a smart contract um there's a un unified me M Pool for transactions both uh for external own account and smart contact accounts and the casing ER allow external owned account and smart contact accounts to benefit from a paym pay Master thanks to its single transaction flow so on the casing era it's if we look under the hood all account all accounts behave like smart contract accounts talking about account obstruction it's a custom code that allows you to have a lot of functions that increase security recovery option pay G for someone else and most important improve user experience but why we need that we need that because better user experience means more users will be able to use and secure themself in different ways and this means that M blockchain adoption is closer and this is what all we need if we want M adoption happened we have to stop being Tech oriented only instead we have to unlimit our Tech and focus on users to provide them best user experience so what is user experience according to n nor group user experience includes all the aspects of the interaction between the end user with its company its services and its product to know more about this interaction user experience focuses on deeply understanding users what they need what they valal their abilities and their limitations you have to understand users in order to help them avoid the main obstacles along the road to much blockchain adoption and secure their account in the way they like to do that we shouldn't limit our focus on to product problems and feuture lists only instead We should strive to learn more about our users and to see to see things from a much wider perspective we should start by conducting user research to gather insight into a user needs by user behaviors and their motivations we need this research because user expence is user centered it's very important because if we gain a deep enough into our fish users we will be able to craft solution that targets their specific needs and they will be able to secure their account in their way that is easy specifically for them our users our Focus will be looking at what the user is familiar with already to actually use and happy to use that this would greatly help us to enhance their future experience to a more magical level so how can we really really make it happen we have to unlimit ourselves because it simply doesn't make sense to learn so much about our users and craft such great ideas about them be constrained by T limitations that deess our user experience such as it phrase and fees for every transaction we have to stop being ler fxed on tech only and actually take care to understand our users and make each step of our product so easy to use and they will fall in love in this with our product and feel secure even in the way way they didn't notice this is what is needed in the order to create a truly magical experience this is the reason we must unlimit our minds and be open to new fresh ideas and this is where account obstruction can help us because of using custom code and this custom code means that blockchain account or smart contract wallet can include any logic you you can allow the user to approve their identity and secure their account using email phone number or iCloud kchain with face ID only and this is this is all it what we usually need the users has now created account opened or secured simple fantastic flow this is made possible by custom code that can include different functions and ways to secure but which custom function is better and For Whom the question is important because many developers idea are limited by using email phone number and face ID in the context of account obstruction but account obstruction is not only about unboarding using Emil or only unboarding we have to unlimit our imagination about using account obstruction let's check some examples let's take potential customer mic for example let's learn all we can about him by studying his habits and behaviors and let's let's make something that he will truly appreciate Mike is a gamer without any passion for crypto or crypto wallets he used a gaming game control where is impossible to install metamask and he doesn't want to to install or use external crypto the wallet he can connect to the game using wallet connect for example he wants to play and protect uh his achievement through the power of blockchain can we use his habits to help us create craft something that doesn't disrupt his standard gaming experience yes if such a game would allow him to keep his game achievements and items in the blockchain in form of nft authorization to this game account can unblock his smart contact wallet what about paying fee a game platform where mik downloaded game can pay fee instead of mic because of pay Master one of the account obstruction key components blockchain can add value to the product by adding benefin such as trust security transparency Etc mik can play the game as always it before but with the benefits blockchain can provide earn items in nft might can transfer or sell and be a blockchain user by the way this selling and transferring can be additionally protected bys or email confirmation or anything else like another game console or green Hardware button on the wall connected to the internet because account obstruction allows it another case is am m is is an investment advisor you can ask her to help you to invest in crypto in this case we are discussing investment so Security First for this reason instead of sending your crypto tokens to Amy or sharing a SE phas with her you can ask Emy to initiate this transaction for you and approve it in your smart contract wallet this is similar to working with accountants someone can initiate the bank transaction you have to approve this transaction can be delayed because Amy can set the price from and two and add fees and times limitations what about fee Amy can can pay fee instead of you because you already paid for her Services she can be also a guardian to protect this Investment Portfolio if someone wants to withdraw about the daily limit or send to unknown addresses to realize this scenario she can have a smart mobile phone crypto wallet protected by biomic authentication and she can log into the desktop devices with the same authentication at home and office and allow them limited access for security reason this allowed her to work all day without opening her mobile phone for approval every time she initiates transactions but she has she had to use uh her mobile phone in some specific cases as a guardian to protect client's portfolio so we discuss it individual cases but what about corporates as you remember we have to use something user get used to employees worldwide have their own corporate accounts they can use to do something inside the company this personal Cate account can be a way to open a personal SM contact wallet so this is how a company can integrate the blockchain inside the processes and pay fees instead of employees so they will even don't know about crypto the security department will be a guarantor for this employees accounts so risk management from account obstruction is a great tool for this just imagine if every MS Office user can authorize transaction directly from the email or the corporate message app today I showed you some of a million possible cases because of account obstruction some developers asked me what about the private key for crypto users it's crucial but if we are talking about blockchain users like gamer mic we don't have to force them to know about a private key for some cases if they don't want to or we don't have any risk of losing something for example testing Hardware connected device solution Etc as you see our goal is to provide a blockchain benefits for everyone and make solution easy to use and easy to secure in a way that will like and learning about user allows you to create a new level of of experience without breaking their habits your users have to be in the spotlight your mind need to be open to new cases and your Tech need limited unlimited tools like account presentation uh in the case of uh gamer mik uh we like we use the relayer in this case to sign transaction I assume for that uh for him uh how does he get the account to begin with so yeah how how do we get him on the blockchain or like how do we create a blockchain account for Mike in order to start like relaying those like functions nfts there in his assets in general um interesting question uh in most cases when we are talking about the uh Mass adoption of uh smart contact wallet we are thinking that we had some existing solution let let add somewhere inside the smart contact wallet and let's force them to to turn on this smart cont contract account but what if we create for every user by default smart contct account on the background and and and it's optional to use or not uh it's possible if it's super cheap it's super quick and without any issue because already make PID for some Games Etc and this is the solution we don't have to force user to jump to my contact let them to have it on the background and use and as option sorry I missed your first half of presentation so you might have answer this there so my question would be how big of an appetite there is in traditional gaming industry for these Solutions so how what what's the response that you get from potential business integration Partners do they understand this do they like this do they want this how how let me double check how to integrate the blockchain to game industry and like using using this solution account extration and not not let think the users have to care about all the Sovereign stack issues user experience wise so if if this is a product that you pitch to possible Partners using any onchain solution just wondering what's your what's the feedback from these Partners so is is it is is do these companies understand what the value value for from integration for them do they want this or is it are we still early like do we have to still preach to these companies like blockchain is good use your blockchain give badges for gamers you know and then this is the way you do it easier sorry I didn't I yeah he means that uh does the casing pach this um solution to gaming companies and if they like this or not okay we're ping everyone um it's it's on the road uh as you know we have some we are making we we don't want to have some to push specific game specific we want everyone to use and welcome everyone to use so we want make Tech way to use for everyone and for this reason we are not P foring you know we choose someone we are working with them no we're not doing that we're making St for them to use and as you see we want to make ecosystem ecosystem oriented games ecosystem oriented ecosystem sorry say as you see some games like crypto as you know they're not just just game they making ecosystem you can you can have some on that game and uh swap on swap for free and this is the game changer we don't have to focus on one game it's super nice first second super nice having uh two games different partners using using the cine for example and you can use um NF from from one game uh to launch this NF from another game and this is hyper cross chain transactions and Cent chain nfts super nice idea we're going to do that but yeah we're we're not fishing one specific game player yeah does anyone else have a question it's it's actually another question but I would love to add some like um some additional flowers to your question because like I'm building building an account to obstruction wallet on Z I think and like um maybe can I working my teammates working with Andre so I think um thanks for the amazing presentation by the way and like one of the things he mentioned this um like uh removing SE races private keys etet and like I think the important like crucial part is instead of convincing the companies to build something with account abstraction I think convincing existing blockchain users to not have any private Keys is more difficult because most of the time let's say as an account abstraction wallet Builder uh we see that um okay how can I recover my funds Etc and like um how can I say that like onboarding a completely new people like people who are not crypto native to account OB section is a bit more easy than the existing people because they can understand the concept because it's the web 2 e uh but um
