The Sovereign Rails of Tomorrow ADI Reveals the Infrastructure Powering the UAE’s Web3 Economy

Good morning ladies and gentlemen. Distinguished guest assalamu alaykum. A year ago on this very stage at the capital of capital we launched a belief a belief that blockchain could be sovereign not speculative. A belief that technology could be a vele to dignity. Hope to those who need it the most.

Last year here in Abu Dhabi we planted a seed. a seed called the ADI Foundation. Today that seat stands tall not because we built it but because the idea became bigger than the people who started it. Today I would like to tell you a story. A young king once asked a monk how do I build a kingdom that last?

The monk replied by building not walls but the minds, not armies but the character, not place palaces but the purpose. This story is us. Governments don't need more technology. They need a system that empowers citizens. They need more rails for trust, more inclusion.

So Adia is that monk, calm, disciplined, sovereign. In the past 12 months, we moved from vision to execution at an incredible speed. More than 500 million are within the reach through our partners. We have forged partnership with more than 50 local and global institution and more than 20 nations. But numbers are not the victory.

It's the impact. Technology does not succeed when it only grows but when it uplifts. Ladies and gentlemen, every era has a city that writes history. Athens shaped logic. Romesh shaped governance, Renaissance Italyshaped imagination and Silicon Valleyshaped information.

This century Abu Dhabi is shaping the future and becoming a lighthouse for the world's digital economy. Abu Dhabi thinks long-term. Abu Dhabi brings diversity. Abu Dhabi invest. Abu Dhabi builds quietly but moves globally.

Now to the future. We will bring a billion people into digital economy by 2030. We will facilitate a trillion dollar annual sovereign transaction on this chain. We are developing tokenized railways for payment, identity, energy, health and education. From the Middle East to Africa and Africa to Asia, we are building a civilization layer for humanity.

I am fascinating with one saint Swami Viveanandan. He said take up one idea. Make that one idea your life. Think of it, dream of it, live on that idea. This is the way to success and this is the way giants are produced.

My friend, ADIA is that idea, that giant and generous idea. If history has taught us anything, it is this. The world is not changed by those who wait, but by those who build when no one is watching, who dare when other hesitate, who choose purpose over comfort. Today each of us in this room carries a small part of the responsibility because sovereign rails are not lines of code. They are lines of human possibility.

They are the dignity of unbanked stability of nation and future where no one is left outside the gates of global economy. If ADI stand for anything, it is this that progress is not a privilege. It's a promise. I really thankful for the leadership here who given us this spark to take it globally. I'm really thankful for the EDGM to giving us such a vibrant stage and this is what we pledge here that serving humanity is the biggest religion.
