One word to describe Abu Dhabi Finance Week. Maybe that's too hard, but a few words. Highlevel speakers everywhere you look. My name's Edwin Smith. I'm the editor-inchief of Spears magazine.

This is my first time here at Abu Dhabi Finance Week. First impressions are that it's an incredible event. Stunning setting. The production values are amazing. The team make everything so slick.

And most importantly, the quality of the speakers is absolutely unmatched. There are so many amazing people to hear from. It's hard to know where to start. For us, really the value of events like Abu Dhabi Finance Week are bringing together this ecosystem of leaders in private wealth across private capital. Bringing them all together in one space at one time, meaning you can connect, learn, have productive sessions together.

It really is unbelievable. So on stage, I was speaking with Renuka Jagani. She's the chairwoman of Landmark Group, a vast family business that's been a huge success story for the last 50 years. I was speaking to her about the culture of the business, how they maintained that through the generations and how she's bringing her own children into the company now uh looking to succession planning for the future.
