hello my name is ABD well I was a frontend and I was also a comedy skch writer Sams I'm a graduate from University Computer Science hi my name is I'm I'll be in a front end developer building IT solutions to production and then teaching te all about hi my name is coming todge I have aound in mechatronics engineering I focus more on software ah my name is in right so before now I recently I was a part of s engineering program I completed months program to S engineer and that was actually the uh my what I was involved with before web three hi everyone my name is Abigail Nasi but you can call me IG I was previously a web to developer Javas full stack developer but now I'm transitioning into web three [Music] space experience so good everyone my name is I am actively involed with CR air jobs and and hi guys um my name is and before now I have been developer I want speak challenge of building and transitioning into something quite different from buy like software I know we is software but I moving to something quite de so I was fascinated by how evolved so I thought I said okay I want to know how everything in like te that was why I andc Bally why I love I want to give that people use and is in future the reason why I want to be a we developer is because of the evolution that is happening in the fex space so the whole decentralizing the like our financial systems it's it's it's a big it's a big win for me and given the fact that I'm coming from a country Kenya where Essa has really revolutionized how people view Money how people use money and the whole transition of cashless money I believe the fintech space in Kenya is so rich and I want to be part of that ecosystem yeah I it has always been a passion to to to go deep into Tech to go deep into program like I I I love the numbers I love the codes I love how everything just moves you know it just has this wipping effect and so when I heard about when I got into crypto as at around 2020 and I I got into different communities I love the fact that uh there were certain people who were developers who who understood the intey of blockchain itself the crypto community see how it was developed how it just goes up and so beautiful you know the complexity and all so then I'm taking an interest in wanting to advance in Te and go get get as much knowledge as possible and I mean web is a very big is a very big pass a very big helper in that web FS with um a lot of Innovations we have massive experience where we talk about um reality about reality we talk about we the security the transparency we have arici intelligence this Innovations want to into seen the inovations being carried out in that space and I want to my to this I heard of a tree Bridge from my brother and before that I'm actually doing research on how to learn we three but out of all the videos I've seen I've not seen anyone that is educated so IED Tod to see if I can actually get something friend why came here for five so when he he came back and then ask what youd you and then you get three and one of the one of the te you said was centralization and then that's how I I get to sear what what what is centralization and I have to and then get to um the the cross and pass benefit of the and then I was able to um Cal my nerves after the knowledge I had I actually wanted something more and then attending a conference last year on blockchain um I attended the IDE to venture into blockchain development then the question was how do I do about it so in there is this guy on who you know who went through breach so he was the one that actually ined me to and then told me what what I should do in order to actually you know join the community there you go from your friend this program I need resarch online because I actually want to um this I want to make of this Innovation coming from so I looked for an Avenue where I can actually learn this so looking at um making my research online I got to know about the Bri and then why do I why I ch along the line I discover that one with my great friend he is a mentor here and then looking at the standard I'm very sure I there's nothing short of stand here so looking at him I'm very sure a fantastic me was about thiso where they they'll train you to become a we three um developer and um blockchain technology and he said everyone could be on you could be on you could Lear on side and that is one thing I love so much I love to be in a commune where I can discuss with persons I can guess their Insight I can share my insight I get to understand that perspective I can ask question with the human so I saw a poster online from my friend WhatsApp status they posted about they're looking for two two people who they can sponsor me modation and flights to Legos so that they can study about with threebridge so I did a bit of um ground research and a very close friend of mine shout out to you Sharon jit talk she's a previous alumni of W3 Bridge so I asked about it about about the whole transition from web 2 to web 3 and I liked the whole idea and then I applied for for the sponsorship and I I got it I since 2022 but because of my inexperience I decided to count down to I experience so I can just I like and taking it I like going so that's about it this is my first time because I knew I well I about from my m is course she well I was really really F about how he talked about how he talks about and the Blain okay let me give you the sh I on Twitter um and then I spoke to some of my um friends around and also they were they were also interested in web TV and they also bre before so we just decid to like um [Music] register my experience during the my experience during the um the the assessment was quite challenging because it's been a while I've tried any anything related to the TA you were given but I guess go with Abit I moved to the next stage and here I am now I was excited when I got the me because I I I say I say 31st of December I was I wasn't myself so I was just out of out of the internet I just I just want to be alone so first I got I actually saw the name first of first of January and wow I was happy that I got H it was Prett intense because of the question I'm TI was tired and I I man to sched I was of the work I did at the was the most intense I vir was but I managed to overcome my tension and I so after the interview I was I was really I make I to be SP was the result came out on 31st last year I that I have occas to come s so I was pretty excited about the selection process it was actually normal I did I did quiz and I and the intervie was it should be I was finally chos like I was I just everyone okay and it's quite noral my experience the interview face was a bit easy the whole online assessment since I'm coming from a background of react ja I've been writing drive for like the past 3 years so it wasn't really a big deal for me but the actual interview was a bit intense I felt like I'm doing like an actual job interview and that experience was great so so when I got the the email that I've been chosen to join with three breeds I was so excited but the exciting part was when I was selected by the Kenyan team to come represent Kenya in Nigeria and I was among the the scholarship recipients for the whole they were covering for my flight for my meals and and shout out to Kenya blockchain ladies for making it happen and it was intense it it was intense and at that point when it gave me so much problem even the uh at home it was felt at home and everyone was was cared that much um my my Ambience was overflow to everyone in the house and you know so when I later got the nail that you you you you g to the next step like it was like a miracle it was like God still does me and like my dream is actually coming to that when mail came and I saw the assessments even with my experience I was like wowed me to complete this 2 hours I said wow I'm up to it so I started working in and then was it was it was it was a bit um difficult but I was up to TK and then for me to move to the next day because submitting my assessments I was a bit hopeful when when my when the result came out I was so happy and then I was home to the interview stage then I did the interview from familiarity so I feel very excited I program did the test you know and then the or the suspense was you know awaiting the you know Acceptance in know to come so on first I received that um AC and I F so soy about it I was no actually I was I was and then at a point I was for this but then friend that and [Music] then my experience getting exam was kind of T because the assessment we were given to do um we no issues that time so I time some kind of I wasn't expecting to be chosen because I felt as if me submitting uncompleted project I only chosen to out of the bridge so I was amazed and shocked at the same time with my expectation for program is to be a smart contract I should sell a lot my Val because of theor training that there this of so much training so much impact so at the end I see myself becoming a smart developer to be one of the best developers and to my to the EOS projects blockchain integrating blockchains uh Blain technology uh to sub solutions to BR about advanc um Advanced Solutions existent of solutions developing I expect to be a to Smart contract I expect to be able to build uh my own kind of community blockchain community so my expectations for for this program um I'm hoping to be a fully we fully blockchain developer and aside from that um I'm hoping to have like broken into the looks in space where I'll be like contributing and not just being a consumer more of the creation side of things and aside from that I I want to be part of those who Revolution how the fch space is and specifically the blockchain space in Africa and the whole of the world I like to carry that flag SM contct and also and very I hope to achieve lot one of things I want to achieve is I want to be class and also to positively on my community just want be Market ready and also meet new people create network and collaborate thank
