[Music] hi everybody my name is Warren Leo I work for a company called Imaging Group so we are one of the largest created ecosystems out they probably operating out Malaysia in total we have hi brands we have 100 million stop images and we have between 40 to 50 million monthly visitors across all our different assets but one of the things that we're looking at right now is to start blogging initiatives to put the metadata as was the assets they have onto the blockchain purely from the angle of digital rights management and because we want to look into that space we are training our team up and we also you know to be alpha as one of the largest technology companies here to see the political talent right so about a month and a half ago we will be calm I have three the trainer first for the people of birth of which 50% are from our company our ADA scholarship recipients or participants from the outside industries over the NEX were first to meet September we have also decided to fly a trainer from the US with the principle objective of training our own team up but at the same time hopefully to play a role in sealing the local technical developer community the intention is really to run to five-day immersive courses right of which this for enough focus on theory but also focus on hands-on development so that by the end of the course the participants can actually start building basic DFS on right so that the first ending is on September 30 second percent right and the response of which is very more have been taking up so they another six spots extra we have not decided on opening up the second 18 yet because we want to feel of course it in theaters but as that's in demand over there especially from the crowd here to either participate yourself or sand your friends will start the joining the training there I'll be more than happy to open up a second intake which would be our September to the 40's how the cost of is structured is that you know that we hands on a theoretical training but the main focus of being on develop a series of me yes right because of what we're part is the focus on the output ie by the time developer with no background in launching who go to the program and he or she would be able to start you know and it's finding inspiration on knowing what to learn and water-based lobster which are required so organization and how how does I got of people get support each other right so they can start sitting at an equal to me that's the intention I mean III friends and I travel around here towns and so similar to you know the incest that this gentleman and shared over there and I know all the people in the government and Korea you name it and the critical point that I want to share you know which is similar to what Joseph is saying and what Shaun is alluded to it's one Anthony twist extant is that the people the government okay don't really know what's going on right at the ground level they can understand things at a conceptual level and a hit line level and what they read about blockchain and organization i ce o--'s and scams right but if you ask them right can you really visualize the actual use cases unless than to speak to some like Joseph who s working in both iOS or ABN AMRO ice will open trading floor myself right I came from a company's training background right they won't be able to really identify the actual use cases though so for them the the bridge between theory and practical applications it is still a gas to farm right and that's why you know I would urge people that ourselves we have a lot of experience to actually start engaging more right you know start hosting more advanced and bringing more the community together and more important you know start educating people about because you know don't get tensions but the chemist see it right right first wanted to eat pigs actually work we will hope to be able to clean 300 to 500 developers in human right it should be blocking agnostic it
